I took my truck to this place. This place is good place their customer service is great. They welcome people with open arms. All the workers are so amazing, they’re so respectful people. They treat everyone with the same respect. Overal they fixed my truck well and I had no problem after I took my truck to his place. I would recommend y’all to visit and see yourself. Some people just like to spread negative comments just because they didn’t get what they wanted. Thank you guys for taking care of my truck.

Was given a total to be charged to my card when picking up the vehicle on a Friday night, mechanic Jason was great and took care of us. But then on Monday was given a call and told it will actually be twice as much. I came to talk to them in person but they wouldn’t fix this problem because Jason misquoted me. So now I’m paying for their mistakes.

They stole one of my friends trailers. Very irresponsible business and very unsafe.

I had the good fortune of calling this business this evening. I had called around tonight and they were the only ones open. I was having trouble getting my key out of the ignition when attempting to turn my vehicle off. Instead of having me come over so he could make a buck, he walked me through a simple fix and saved my life and my weekend! I would highly recommend that you give Ultimate Fleet Repair a call for you auto repair needs.

Had a fuel line burst on 2002 Sprinter. They diagnosed and gave reasonable estimate. I then asked them for a general overview of the vans function and they gave reasonable estimate. I am very pleased with their fairness, communications with me and quality of work. Would highly recommend.

We batted around the options ... we did a lot of googling and explored a lot of ideas before deciding on a course of action. I appreciated every minute of it. I have had 2 freightliner Sprinters worked on by Ultimate Fleet (mechanic Jim). Everyone in the shop is very informative and helpful as well as very reasonably priced.A Forklift operator helped me unload the first Sprinter from a trailer I brought it in on. They got the work done quicker than I needed them to and went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met.I have been to many diesel mechanics with my Sprinters and they are a different kind of beast than most diesel work. It is tricky to find mechanics that know the Mercedes technology outside of a dealership. Very refreshing to have a great diesel repair company that isn’t 4hrs out of town.I now know Ultimate fleet repair is well versed with Sprinters. Highly recommended!

First time calling this place, I am already giving Gary 5 stars without having my truck serviced or meet him yet. Well Gary woke up took my call at 11 pm, listen to me and set me up for a toomorrow appointment. Hands down!!! Respect Gary!!!

I was driving across the country in my 2004 Sprinter and had a mechanical problem. the staff were professional and very competent, and they were able to help me--without a scheduled appointment. the mechanic Jim Mahoney did additional online research to figure out what was going on with my vehicle, and the manager Chad Rasmussen lent me a car to get coffee and bagels.. I would go back if i did not live 2000 miles away!!

When I picked up my RV to go on a road trip the yellow engine service light was on. I was a bit uneasy about leaving without knowing if it was serious or not. Gary saved the day. He said that I would have to pay for a computer read out and promised nothing else. The code led his mechanic to a soot build up in the filter. It is a fairly simple process (all computer controlled). In about .5hr my fault was cleared and the problem fixed.The most remarkable part of this story is that I had no appointment and had not been a regular customer. I have to say Gary went above and beyond!Thanks Guys

I called Ultimate Fleet Repair because I needed a tire on my Subaru repaired and they were the only business that showed up on Google Maps. The nice man listened to my problem and even though they dont repair cars, helped me. He told me where to go and stayed on the phone with me until I knew where I was going. I wasnt even a customer and they treated me like the most valued of customers.

Came in told me doesnt have a mechanic there, Why tell me to come if you didnt have anybody to work on my van, I state is asking $1100 for the part they told me $1200 and $130 a hour, so he calls me saying its going to cost me $2500 to repair ? How did you come up with that number ? End of story is go to a professional place not someone who wants to squeeze every dollar out of you to keep his busniess open !
