Sandwich tasted bland so I opened the sandwich to check if sauce was needed. Lucky I did that because I found a fly in the Lettuce. Will no long buy any food made from this gas station. Health dept needs to visit that place.

I love the food, but I am very concerned about the lack of masks being used by the employees during this covid 19 epidemic.

10degrees outside. At the pump and waiting for my card authorization to pump gas. I get nothing but a blank screen. I had step inside and ask the clerk whats up with pump 2. Oh you have to pay inside for that pump. I say. Why cant someone hang a sign telling people that. She says. Thats what I said. I turn around and drove off. Never again. I love shell gas but never again from this location.

Ive paid inside twice and both times had poor experiences with an incompetent employee. This a.m the employee disputed how much cash I gave him and refused to give me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

The donuts, especially the apple fritter, are the best! And I love the coffee, Jamaican me Crazy!

Horrible service and Condescending people... can’t tell you how many times I have had to look for the cashier, cashier was texting while I made my purchase or workers were rude! I gave them many chances but I’m tired of such poor service! Also sale price never show up right and workers give you attitude when u ask them to check and fix it!

Great customer service all the time and very acceptable food for the price .... I’m just a little disappointed because I pay for a large soda 🥤 and seems like the machine it’s out of CO2, I let the lady at the register know about it and she talks to someone else but they didn’t know what I was talking about and they also don’t offer me a solution 👎 . I had to eat my breakfast without the drink I was expecting 😞.

Can be busy at times. Sells diesel at South pump. They do not sell beer or liquor here the last time I checked, but have everything else. Its a nice store.

I’ve been here multiple times, I’ve always had a pretty good experience, especially with the night staff.

The food is really good at the register they dont give you time to get rewards cards or care if you have one they dont say hi it wasnt like this when we 1st started going.

The food is ok, if they make it right. Time after time the food is cold and soggy and they never can seem to make their own menu items correctly.

Gas is usually higher priced than other stations around but the Hi-Vee card brings it low enough to be worthwhile.

This station is a waste of time, everyone should prepay. At least 5 people in line ahead of you. And expensive. It took me 10 minutes to put gas.

Stopped for gas saw they had food court so I ordered a steak sandwich. It was the worst thing I ever ate. Don’t order any food here
