Great service, I believe her name was Briana who helped us. She was so nice and friendly. Let me look at whatever I needed to make a decision on some rings I wanted! I was pleasantly surprised at her service, which did sway my decision in buying from her over Kay Jewelers in the same center. Customer service is so important, and she rocked at it! I have been to this location a handful of times and have had a wonderful experience every time. When I was first looking for an engagement ring Heather and John were incredibly helpful in assisting us to find a great ring. We have been back a few times to get the ring cleaned and look for wedding bands to match and have had a great experience. I highly prefer this Helzberg location over any of the others in the Twin Cities that I have been to. Always friendly, attentive, and willing to be honest with you and help you find a good deal.

Poor customer service at this location. Walked in with my partner with intentions to try on rings and potentially purchase. NO ONE greeted us and NO ONE offered to help and it wasn’t even busy! Unacceptable. Left the store after 30 minutes of NO HELP and walked right across to KAY jewelry and was greeted and helped immediately, which is how it’s supposed to be done!!

Bought a diamond ring for my wife for Christmas just before Black Friday. Riley called me a couple weeks later and informed me I was getting $260 back and could choose from 3 different gifts. I chose a 40” Visio TV. I was totally blown out of the water!!! I got an amazing diamond ring and over $600 back that I never expected. Sara and Riley went way out of their way to take care of me!!! Thank You Riley and Sara!!!

When we first arrived at the store, Sarah the manager greeted us and asked if she can help us. We told her we were just looking but were still asking questions about the watches since we were curious and wanted to have the right information before we bought anything. She then passed us onto another employee name Riley, which she was awesome! But we felt because we were a young couple, Sarah didn’t expect us to actually buy anything which is why she passed us on since she was still in the store and wasn’t helping another customer. When we actually bought two matching watches from the help of Riley, Sarah then had to help re-measure the watches to fit us. I was thanking her and trying to make conversions and she didn’t seem to want to talk to me at all. I felt ignored but as soon as she finished, she walked off smiling and talking to another worker there. The service was awesome from Riley, I just felt ignored by Sarah and not very welcomed from her.

The ladies that helped me were so helpful. I think that played a large role into finding the right ring for my mom. I had a specific price range that I came into the store with and they directed me straight to what options I had. Exceptional visit.

I have been to this Helzberg Diamond Store several times. John has always been very friendly and professional to me and my husband. All of our jewelry has been bought at a Helzberg Diamond store. Our purchases were made at either South dale (which is now closed) and Mall of America. All three stores have always be nothing but wonderful to us. I have taken my jewelry to the Eagan store for inspection 4 times now and have always had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for all of you help John and your staff!

My family recently got me a ring and one of the bridges on the ring failed which resulted in two small diamonds falling out of the ring. Helzberg claims that this is “normal wear and tear” and not something they will assist in repairing.Very disappointed that Helzberg is choosing not to stand behind their product and help with the product fails. Bridges failing are never the fault of the consumer.I would not recommend anyone shop at Helsberg after this experience. Find a jeweler who will back their product and put the customer first.

I’ve been in three time. Every time it takes around an hour to do something that should only take about 15min. Along with that, the sales people never seem to quite know what to do, asking each other for help, etc. One of the managers even told me the wrong information of when I could pick up my ring. I was very patient with them, but it’s just been frustrating every time. My experience has only been based on customer service.

So my father and his friend visited this store was treat extremely poorly. They didnt get greeted with a how are you doing or a can I help you look for something? The sales clerk then finished up with another customer and just stood near my father and his friend.So my father proceeded to inquire about a used Rolex and was just immediately ask for his ID. The sales clerk then mentioned that its their store policy. While the customer she helped before them was not asked to show and ID when he asked to look at watches who was caucasian. My father was curious about the price of the watch and the sales clerk then snidely said Seven Thousand. She was so rude towards my father and his friend because she was assuming they might not be able to afford the watch or possibly attempt to steal it.Its disgusting to see this kind of discrimination occur. I implore everybody to never shop at this store ever again until they can treat every customer with the same courtesy no matter who they are or what they look like.

After spending almost 15mins at Kay jewlers right across from helzberg diamonds without even being acknowledged by any of the 3 associates working there my fiance and I walked into helzberg and was promptly created by John. He showed us around the sales floor and my fiance found something she loved that was just over what we were looking to spend that day so we decided to walk around and talk about. We went back in and even though john was with another customer he was quick to say welcome back be with you soon. We explained our situation and he quickly had all 3 associates searching every case up and down, unfortunately my fiance didnt like the selection with our original budget, but when you get treated like family and you can tell the sales man are really trying to work with you and not just trying to up their commission we ended up spending a little more than planned going with her first pick. Thank you John and team for a really truly great experience I recommend these guys to any couple for any occasion great team great prices they offer great financing and have a great selection!!
