The service at Sunglass Hut is top notch. Ling assisted us with our purchase of several Ray Bans and Yolanda gave us exceptional service and a great deal. Will definitely go back!!
Yolanda was AMAZING! Super helpful. She made great suggestions based on what I was looking at and gave me options to order. She was so great that I went back and bought another pair of sunglasses the same day just cause I wanted to make sure she was there. Some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time.
I love the sunglasses I choosed. The service was amazing. Yolanda was friendly and professional. She gave me a personal attention. She was very helpful to choose the best glasses for me. She does know very well the products in the store. I would definitely go back.
If I could rate it less than 1 star I would! Yolanda the manager was extremely rude to me during my visit. I felt rushed and that she was given priority to other customers because they were purchasing in stock items and I was ordering online lense replacements. She told me that I had the option of leaving if I wanted to. I will never purchase anything from Sunglass hut again after being treated so poorly. Very disappointed in the customer service.
Yolanda was extremely personable and helpful with helping us find the sunglasses we wanted. She did very well with explaining everything to us and in the end we were happy with what we got. Thank you!
Would not let us in the store as they have a capacity limit and wanted us to wait outside. We ended up making our purchase at the Oakley store instead.

Expensive, but excellent service. I got some awesome aviators here that I later decided did not fit my face as well as I initially thought. I brought them back in hopes I could exchange them for a different pair that suited me better. They obliged and I was happy

The sales lady/manager was by far the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with !!!! She had extensive knowledge on all products sold and went beyond the extra mile to help us find products we liked and also keep us safe during this covid crazy time. Again a cannot express how great it was to work with her!!!!

I decided to stop in and buy a new pair of sunglasses today. The door was locked and said they will be back in 40 minutes. I left. Your store should not be unattended during business hours, whoever owns this franchise is losing money due to their employees laziness. I will not be returning.

Got a new pair of raybans at moa sunglass hut and used an old pair to go towards the purchase called there oops policy. The raybans I paid for was about 170 and I was able to use the oops policy to cover some of that cost trading in an old pair . Later that day when I went home I realized that I didn’t really like the pair so I went to a closer location to see if I could return them, Thinking I would get 170 back . When I returned them the guy working credited me back only 85 dollars and on my way out of the store I noticed it on my Receipt so I went back in to talk to him about it . He said what’s done is done and he can’t do anything about it even after he called the manager . So I left with 85 bucks feeling cheated that it wasn’t 170 the cost of the raybans. So I called moa sunglass hut and explained what happened. Turns out the employee was not suppose to return on the pair because on the receipt it’s was a oops receipt meaning I traded an old pair of sunglasses to go towards a new pair .. sunglass hut at moa gladly gave me back my old pair and canceled the oops receipt so I could go back in to get a pair I liked so I wasn’t cheated! However when I called the sunglass hut In eagan the next day to talk to them about the situation to the manager to explain to them what happened and how it could be better for future customers I was treated like garbage the manager at this location would not let me finish a sentence on the phone was extremely rude and said to me there store did not cause this issue to begin with. The only reason why I called this store was to get an Apology from the manager that this situation happened and would let future employees know not to do a return on oops receipts. It was very frustrating for me as a customer to be treated this way. As a customer of sunglass hut I will never return to this location because the manager is horrible at talking to customers the way she treated me was like a employee that she disliked and even talked down to and talked to me as if she was better than any one else and wouldn’t take responsibility to even apologize or recognize that her employee did something he was not suppose to do . I’m at happy to say that moa sunglass hut was very understanding and even a apologized for the way I was treated at the eagan location and that this situation should have never have happened.

Never really helped me with what I want and looking for as soon as I get to the door. As soon as I found a sunglasses I found, thats when they asked if I needed something. They have some good selections of shade but Ill be at a different location.

I had a Ray-ban aviators without the receipt and as per the policy, they’re supposed to exchange it(screenshot from their website is attached). Even though, as per the policy, they’re liable to exchange it. The store manager, Yulanda didn’t do it. She was rude, inconsiderate and bot honoring the sunglass hut policy. Pathetic service.
Service was actually pretty good when we initially went to buy a pair of Ray-Bans. When we were buying them the lady cleaned them and put them in a nice Ray-Ban case and gave it to us. 30 days later, we werent satisfied with the model because it wasnt fitting too well so we went to the store to exchange it for a different pair. We get there, explain the story, the lady says that while we browse for a pair to exchange shell heat up the frame and attempt to make it tighter. Once we get a pair that fits well we take it to her, while we were shopping shes been cleaning and twisting and bending the original glasses. She informs us that there is a scratch on these glasses, one that she didnt mention when we came to the store and told her the story, and because of this scratch we will have to pay 50% of the price of the glasses that we now want to exchange for the original pair. Another thing is that both my husband and I agreed that the paint on the new glasses seemed to have chipped away on a certain part. When we told the lady this, she said that it was probably just a reflection. They were very friendly when we wanted to buy something, although when we had a problem the customer service was terrible.
