I shop here quite frequent after work. My wife and I were in tonight about 7pm and the staff a younger blonde girl and some young man were talking poorly about people as they would pass by. When I overheard that I honk the young blonde lady caught my facial expression. (Disgusted) this store seems very snooty. One gentleman is always pleasant. Tonight he excused himself to grab a plastic bag off of the floor, so someone didn’t trip.He’s always a nice cashier.It’s Cub, not the Ritz but, get a clue your customers should be valued with respect after all that’s why the employees have jobs.

I liked this grocery store, they have daily counter for picking a quick bite or regular food or even for a picnic. The essential items brand comes at lesser price than the regular brands

This is a grocery store more people need to visit. They have a really good focus on Minnesota made products. Staff was friendly, and they have some pretty decent fresh departments. Really enjoyed my visit

They let the dogs go in so they can pick out their own food

I absolutely love this grocery store because of the drive up option. If you order online, someone comes out to your car to put the groceries in your trunk. If they dont have an item in stock they suggest similar alternatives or refund your purchase. Ive made several large orders through this system and never had an error, which is very impressive to me. Also, 2 of the 3 large orders I placed were completed far ahead of time. Never having to enter the grocery store is great value considering the fee is $2 to $4. I save an hour of time in exchange for a very low cost.

They had the keto noodles (shirataki) that l was looking for.

Honestly the only grocery store I go to anymore. Are prices sometimes high? Sure. Are sales sometimes amazing? Absolutely. But the quality is always better than the alternative.

Generally as well stocked as anywhere these days. Good staff, good beef deals occasionally. Self checkout available and carts are sanitized.

I stopped in to the store on Wednesday 6/10 around 7:30am. I saw a manager, assuming the store manager, walking around to each and every single employee saying good morning to him, and checking in with them. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE! I heard him say how are you doing today? and the employee said just about 50 things to do the managers response was Well I wont give you 51, what can i help with?. As I walked through the store, i saw him continue to make his rounds, and then found him facing and stocking shelves in the juice area that looked like it needed the love. From that short trip I took, I can say that the manager cared about his employees, and was out there helping. I was super impressed. Love the cub here!

Employees get fired here for helping out of town shoppers with a courtesy rewards card swipe... or so I was told. I hope its not true.

They didnt have a lot of the things I was looking for . They either didnt stock their shelves or hadnt gotten it in yet. Having trouble finding things I normally can pick up anywhere. But after this one change from a rainbow to a cub it always has seemed dirty and just not well stocked.

All of the shoppers at this store were wearing masks today when I stopped. We were doing our part to protect the employees. However, NONE of the employees were wearing masks to protect the shoppers. The very kind woman cashiering told me that their union has told them they do not have to wear masks. I work at a senior residence and felt very vulnerable. And I cannot shop there until all employees are as concerned about the shoppers as we are being asked to be about them.

Why dont you have diet cherry soda? I had a raincheck for diet cherry coke on May 25th, I have been in your stores to get the pop several times and no diet cherry is in stock. Why? Please let me know when and where I can purchase diet cherry coke again.

Im so used to my normal Cub store. This seemed very large and I had some difficulty in finding everything I wanted. After finishing, there WAS a live cashier that rang up my groceries and she even bagged them for me as well!!! Very nice lady....service beyond my expectations...especially for this time of night.

Good enough store, but I couldnt find some of what I wanted and I bought Linders chocolates. ..they were old and whitish, bad flavor. I live 30 miles away, so wont return it. But very disappointed.

The store itself is wonderful. The shelves are always stocked. When I get to the register I am always treated with pleasantness.

Our visit to Minnesota we were surprised to find Cubs Foods alive and well there. When I looked around and was kind of sad that we dont still have them around here in Indianapolis. Bought a few snacks and Treats on our trip and found the prices to still be very competitive as they were when they were here.

Excellent service! I was looking for flax seed oil and they did not have any. HOWEVER, 4 people came (two of them wearing a suit) trying to find it, and one of them said please dont give up on us yet, well have it in stock very soon.

Great local store. The bakery is very good, good donuts and bread. Prices are typically cheaper here opposed to Byerlys, Hyvee, Aldi, etc. This location has an Amazon delivery locker in it as well.

Once again some quick groceries for my weekly lunches. I like Cubs deli dept.

This cub seriously needs some deep cleaning. Here is one picture as an example. Their bathroom was beyond disgusting. There was a sign that stated if the bathroom was bad to tell management. The sign is a bit of a joke because the grout was bad/cracking, the floor was terribly discolored, etc. It was gas station level dirty.

Always open for a late night supply run.

Cub is good for a quick shopping trip. Things are easy to find, and the layout is easy to navigate.

Did self-check out, wasnt helped for a while receiving bagging error, cashiers instead opened another cashier and continued helping other folks. Patiently waited but ended leaving to another cashier and waited in line. Poor customer service even during slow times, discouraging to come back....

The best thing about this place is they seem to have a very good handle on stocking: they rarely run out of product. On the flip side, I went to self checkout and the attendant was talking on her cell phone while the checkout scale threw 4 errors in a row. With the proximity of Hy-Vee and Byerlys, I cant imagine theyll last long with service like that

Please, Please, PLEASE reserve one coffee grinder for non-flavored coffee beans. It is so disappointing to get home with a fresh bag of beans only to discover the grind has been tainted (i.e. ruined) by the previous users Hazelnut or Amaretto or whatever sweetness they dumped in there.(Yes, I always shake the trap door thing and check for beans before I use it.)

Great place to shop

I am going with 3 stars because the staff should offer an elevator. It was my first time to the movie theater, the steps where very painful to climb. With all the people rushing to get a set, I could not take my time to climb and climb. Two bad knees, do not equal a show at the SM of MN 😦 I will find the elevator next time for sure.

Cub Foods... Very poor service, Waited 20 minutes for help in the deli department no one came to serve me. So I went down to the other end and asked for help, there were two customers before me, so I allowed those two customers to be served first. Then there were two customers that came up behind me... So she pass right by me turned to help them and left me standing there... So I laid my items on the counter and walked out of the store... Theres too many stores in this world to have to fight over one

A particular employee(male) condescended my girlfriend and laughed at her loudly for something that a different customer had done. The employee didnt realize that it It wasnt her fault because he was flirting with a woman while ringing her out and not paying any attention.Its sickening to think that I cant send my girlfriend to this store anymore without worrying that she will have a bad experience. This is the third occasion that something childish and lame has happened at this store.

Beat customer service bands down, from Adrianna the cashier to Bob whom helped me put my groceries away in the heat index of 112 degrees. Wouldve given 5 stars but they dont have chicken wings in stock often and thats a staple for us.

Typical Cub. What is atypical is that the deli has hours until 9 PM but is repeatedly buttoned up in plastic by 8 and you have to fight to get anything as they refuse to dirty their slicers again. Management should review their practices - if you dont want them to follow the hours - then dont have a deli.

The worst cub ever! picked up birthday cake and decided to get some balloons. women came to help me after blowing up 3 balloon she gets paged and tells me shell be right back. she never came back left me standing there for 15 min. another clerk shows up to help and doesnt know how to work the tank and tells me all the air is out. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CUB! THANK GOD THERE IS COUPLE MORE CUBS AROUND ME.

Truth be known, I was sad to lose Rainbow at this location, but Cub has won me over! HyVee bakery is waaay too expensive, and Cub carries a few things I cant find elsewhere. Cub has the best bakery, and the meat dept. here is super. Love the many yogurt selections, and the fact that they went to a rewards card, so much easier and green than the weekly coupon booklets. All in all, if I say Im running to the grocery store, my family knows I mean the Eagan North store. Great job! ♡♡♡

Best price in town on frozen lasagna!

Poor. The billboard on 494 said Cub had blueberries and strawberries for $2. Walked in to the Eagan store and couldnt find the advertised specials. Clerks knew nothing, just shrugged their shoulders. Store is old and worn out. Counters are low on merchandise. To many manager specials on out dated (old) mear.

Used to be Rainbow, but its now Cub. Pretty nice big place. The deli people always seem to work slowly here compared to other stores.

Drinking Water is coming properly from the tap. Customer service is not taking care of it much seems.

To my knowledge, this is the best store to buy produces (vegetables and fruits) in Eagan area.

Aging, tired space. But, selection is typical Cub. Pay terminals updated to accept Apple and Android pay. Convenient location.

Out of all grocery stores at Eden prairie, this one is the best to find fresh produce .

The carts are old and barely work. Most have the plastic on the handles missing & frequently are all out in the parking lot vs in the store. The store was nicer when it was Rainbow Foods. Its needs a SERIOUS facelift bad! Its boring & places like Byerlys, Jerrys & even Hyvee have better aesthetics. Cub doesnt need carpet on the floors but this particular store is just depressing. I frequent the Cub in Woodbury which is larger, but Im not disappointed when Im in there. The atmosphere is...depressing in Eagan. Its need a renovation soon!
