Awesome people! I didn’t catch anyone’s names unfortunately but the two guys who helped me with fixing my car were great. The lady who was at the front desk was so nice and helpful! I’ll definitely use this shop again if I ever need more repairs.

Tried to submit photos of a windshield pillar for an online estimate for warranty work from Ford, my wife and I both travel extensively for work and time is a premium, submitted all the pertinent information and they still asked to bring it in to inspect for other places? Explained I didn’t see any other places nor were they approved for warranty by Ford…just wanted a simple estimate and did all the work on my end. Asked if we could just do the pillar by email, no response. I was a bit irritated that my time taking photos, vin number, contacts from Ford all laid out in a very well assembled single email to still get asked to bring it in…moved on to the next shop. I’m sorry 8-5 Monday through Friday doesn’t fit a full travel flying all over the US. Don’t waste time sending photos in for estimates…need shops to be responsive to this fact…I can’t take half day off for 10 minutes to get the same exact thing I should have gotten with the photo estimate they offered.

I Chose Jock White after an accident I had. I remember going in and speaking with the front receptionist April, and Lindsey, they were great! Very Professional, and Pleasant. Time spent to get an estimate was super efficient. The shop was excellent at communication, they contacted me constantly with updates on my vehicle. I really recommend this place. Jock White Collision was recommended by my insurance company after hitting a deer. They were very professional, courteous and friendly and kept me informed through the entire repair. My car looks brand new. I would definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to family and friends .

My 2012 had extensive damage to the front end. When they had finished it drives and looks like a new one.

My car was wrecked and needed repair. I was sent there for a estimate. I told them i had my own shop to do the work. They got mad. The lady was very rude. Even cursing cause ppl come in for a estimate but not work. I never heard of this shop. So obviously the work is probably as poor as their attitude. Definitely not the way to pull in business. Take yaself off the insurance list but its not the customers fault that Allstate said go there.

I went to Jock White Collision Repair to have 2 decals put on the bed of my truck. Lindsey in the front office was very friendly and answered all of my questions completely. The shop was extremely clean and all of the associates that I spoke to in the shop were very professional and courteous. Mr. White even took the time to look at something on my truck to see if I could save money.Just all around a great experience! They will do any future body work that I need done.

I used Jock White to replace my rear bumper cover after being rear-ended, and I couldnt be happier with how things went! We were able to schedule it so that they started work the day I dropped off my car, the repair was done quickly, they handled the other drivers insurance company, and most importantly, the paint match is spot on and the new bumper cover looks like it did before the accident.They even went out of their way to clean/re-paint my Weather Tech floor mats to make them look new! I should probably call and see how they did that, since Im sure Ill need to do that again at some point.100% a Five Star experience!

Took my Chevy 2500 heavy duty truck there and they did an incredible job fixing the back left quarter panel. Looks like brand new. I highly recommend Jock White.

So, I backed into my husbands truck, resulting in 2 cars that needed repair. Yep! Embarrassing! My insurance companys claims department recommended Jock White as the place to get both vehicles repaired. They worked with us scheduling times we could drop the vehicles off, one by one, which was very helpful with our work schedules. After a few days, they had received the parts, repaired, painted and had the car, then the truck... ready for pickup. I was amazed at the job they did! It wasnt just a good job, it was perfect, like new and I couldnt tell that it had ever been damaged. We were thrilled with the perfection, professionalism and downright friendliness they offer. Would recommend over and over again! Love this place and its people!

On 11/16/2020, I drove my pearl white 2020 Toyota Prius LE with less than 200 miles on it, to Jock White Collision Repair.May I say, my first impression was what I read of reviews from customer after customer that was satisfied and gave a 5 star rating. Yes there where a few bad, and I mean they only gave 1 star. But, that did not make any sense other then to think there are people out there that will not be satisfied no matter what you do. This operation went way beyond any auto body repair place I had ever seen in my 66 years of life. Starting with the freshly sealed look of the asphalt parking lot, to the marked off parking spaces to choose from. Once there, I got out of my car and walked into the office area through a full glass door. Inside I was nicely greeted, but could not help but notice how pristine clean everything was, right down to the polished concrete floor. I looked through another glass area that allowed me to easily see into a very large very well lit work area. Yes there was some dust there but after all, it’s a car body shop for goodness sake. There where no shadows, no places to hide. It boils down to this, if your work is good, you have nothing to hide from anybody. On the web I had researched the entire state to find a shop that I felt could make my car feel new again and remove the damage I so carelessly caused within days of the purchase. And I was pretty sure I was standing inside of it right now.I talked to Jock White himself and I showed him the damage on the hood. He told me the estimate I was given seemed low, That was interesting but not a deal breaker by any means from what I had seen of this operation. So, I left the car with them and by the time I got back home, I found an email that let me know my repair had been entered into their system, and it would be tracked as things progressed. Well, things where under way and so far everything felt as good as it gets. To be continued!In my younger days I was an accomplished watchmaker and held certifications from Buolva, Rolex of New York, and The American Watchmakers Institute of Cincinnati. I worked for many years on all sorts of time pieces that just a speck of dust could be your worst enemy. The bad part is, my skills left me with a fussiness that to this day, has been a problem for me and my expectations. As I explained, I did my research to find a place I was willing to bring my very new, very low mileage car, to make the damage I caused on the pearl white hood disappear. Within a few days that is exactly what they did at Jock White‘s. They not only made it disappear but disappear without a trace. Once I got the car home I took a good close look over the hood. I was expecting to find a trace of the original damage in a ripple or some minor imperfection. Well, imperfection was not to be found. Thank you to Jock White and all who work there. I do not know what else I could say, but truly the repair you did for me goes well beyond five stars. It was just a work of art. I thank you, and if ever I need paint or body repair on any of my vehicles, I will be back, you can trust me on that. I have to say this, I am not a relative or connected in any way to this company. I did not know they existed before I started my search. The thing is, I made a good choice in coming to Jock White. Absolutely no regrets. About the estimate, he honored his original price. This is a great place! I was having trouble with my car leaking and they cleaned out the drains and then tested to make sure they werent leaking and didnt charge me anything. They were kind, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue. Back in November someone backed into my car. This accident cracked my bumper and broke off part of my back tail light. StateFarm was the Insurance company of the responsible driver and this was one of the in network body shops they work with. It wasn’t far away from where I lived and I didn’t really know of any other body shops so I decided to give them a try. They were backed up and couldn’t get my repair done until January but they promised they would get the repair done quickly due to ordering the part in advance. They did not disappoint me. I got my car back in 2 days and they did an excellent job on the repairs. At the beginning of April I had yet another person back into my car. This time the damage was down almost the entire right side of my car and my right side mirror was knocked almost completely off of my car. I used duck tape to keep the mirror on my car. I chose Jock White again for this repair because of the fabulous job they did before. I just got my car back and you can’t even tell that my car was in an accident! They even got all of the duck tape residue off of my car. The staff in both cases was very polite and helpful in keeping me updated on what was being done to the car and giving me an estimated time the work would be completed. I highly recommend Jock White Collision to anyone who needs car repairs!

Ignore any low reviews on here. Get u a list of shops and drive by and see the places and talk to the people. They have the cleanest lot around, clean shop, and friendly staff. First impressions mean more than you think. They even fixed things on my car that were messed up before my accident. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars for sure.

Last week some idiot rear ended me and Jock was one of the listed repair facilities for State Farm, the at fault partys insurance. I wanted to get 3 opinions and Jock was my first stop. Even though I havent ended up doing business with him yet, he should have been my only stop. The next 2 places were useless. My car is likely totaled since its an 06 Jetta and was hit by a truck but Jock took the time to give me advice on how to go about things with State Farm, that my vehicle was likely was totaled, what my best bet was, and also spent time to cut off a sagging part of the bumper that was likely a hazard. He did this without knowing if I would be a customer or not but out of decency.The next stops were Kevin Whitakers collision facility and Eagle Bodyworks. Whitakers was the worst experience both shops seemed more interested in making sure they could claim my vehicle for repairs with lawyer speak before simply telling me my car is car is a total loss or not. I felt like I knew less than when I started. State Farm told me to take my car into a facility of my choice. It turns out the best course of action would have been to NOT lose a day of work and just have a claims adjuster come out instead which is what I set up.My point with Jock White is sometimes basic human decency goes a long way and treating someone like a customer before theyre a customer goes a long way.

After bringing my auto to Lindsey on Friday for the repair estimate, on Monday, Jocks decides they cannot fix my auto because they are too swamped. Why could they have told me this on Friday or better still before I wasted my time to bring my car there. After I did hear from the responsible insurance company of the driver that caused the accident and scheduled with another shop to do the repair, I came by to pick up my vehicle as we discussed in email to Lindsey before 530pm Jocks supposed closing time. I got there between 515pm - 520pm and the shop was closed. So instead of being able to take my car to the other repair shop yesterday, I had to take time of work to take the vehicle this morning. Now because I brought my vehicle later than scheduled the new shop cannot start on my repairs until next week. Which means not only did Jock White cost me a 1/2 day of pay, by the time my vehicle is actually repaired it will be at least a month since the accident. Since I cant get a rental car until the repair is started, it will be 3 weeks I dont have my vehicle. Thanks for nothing Jock White...hope my disgust and frustration with your organization is coming over loud & clear to your owner. Even my mechanic says he will never recommend Jock White again. The behavior of your organization was very unprofessional & disgusting and also makes me wonder if it was racially motivated. I really dont think Jock White would have done that if I was a white man. I gave them one star because it seems they put Lindsey in a very comprimising and embarrassing position. If she wasnt embarrassed, I was embarrassed for her. I couldnt even be mad at her personally. Jock White, you suck!!!

Worst collision place i have ever been to. They were not up to pare with being able to fix my vehicle. Instead of telling me this they tried to fix it anyways and once i got my car back it was not right. So, again i had to go another week without a car because i had to go to a different collision place to fix their mistakes such as not hooking a persons headlights back up to work properly. I would not recommend their service to too anyone.
