Amazing people amazing service

Took in my 2015 Volvo v60 T5 for a timing belt change. They were very friendly from the first initial call to the last. They even sent me a text saying my car was ready! Had a small set back that was my fault. I accidently ordered the wrong timing belt kit. Called the dealer and had the part the same day. Sheriff Import was even nice enough to go pick it up for me! All in all I am very satisfied and will be doing business with them again.

My sunroof was stuck in the vented position. Called and told them I just bought the car and did not have a lot to spend and was told to bring it by and they could probably ge it to close. I dropped it off at two pm and requested to let me know what they find out before they do anything. I called at 5pm when I had not heard from him and he was looking for parts and informed me he had never worked on this type of sunroof. I was not comfortable with the information and asked if he would just get it in the closed position I would have to do this repair at a later time. I was charged $350 to close the sunroof and he could not disconnect it. I was then informed it’d someone accidentally hit the button the glass would break. I should have been told this jacked up price, as I initially asked for a quote so I could make a decision. If he did not know how to fix this type of sunroof I should have been told in advance. I did not want mine to be his first one, I was more than happy to pay but this bill was outrageous for something he was not familiar repairing. Feel taken advantage of and sorry I went there. RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE where they are upfront and won’t overcharge you.

My Mercedes Benz 89 560 SL has only been worked on at Sheriff Imports for the last 23 years.. Russell does outstanding work..I highly recommend.
