We were in town when we experienced an issue with our car. I had no choice but to get it fixed to be able to return home in Maryland. Having been in car sales management for 5 years previously I am a bit picky when it comes to the car buying experience. I know what it should look like!! Ive purchased numerous cars over the years and let me say….this was by far the BEST experience. If you want a good experience Im sure anyone there could help you. If you want hands down a GREAT experience you better ask for George. He actually listened to us…he showed us what we wanted to see. He made some subtle suggestions along the way but at NO POINT did he ever seem to be pushy or trying to take over the process. We bought a Toyota 4runner from Easley Toyota Used Cars and never left our house !.They brought the car to us and allowed us to test drive it. Not only that but he checked out our trade in and made some pictures and just like that we had our price. We agreed to the price and he went back to do paperwork and washed our SUV and filled up the gas tank. Looked Great !!!He was back in just a short time and we had our new SUV and he took our trade-in just like that in One Day !! Our salesman was George Hooper and he was fantastic!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. The service department is insufficient and apparently overwhelmed. They drove my vehicle very hard when servicing after I repeatedly asked them to be easier on my vehicle. After picking up my vehicle it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off so I had to wait hours for them to fix what they messed up. I highly recommend no one uses the service department at this location. The managers are wonderful and the office staff but the individuals actually performing the work are incompetent.
I was very impressed with my customer service and the quick appointment time I was able to get last Saturday for my service on my car. The customer service was impeccable and I am quite pleased. I look forward to getting future service done at this Toyota business. Thank you!

A year and a half ago, I bought a new car from here and the whole process was fantastic. The salesman I worked with (Mike Abbott) was super respectful of my time and my goals for buying a car, and he didn’t try to pull any tricks with me. He recognized that I understood what the car was worth, and he respected that. So we put the sale together.Only reason I’m writing this review a year and a half later is because I’m now in a different state, shopping for a car again, and I’ve experienced what “normal” car salesmen are like. This made me realize how great Toyota of Easley was. I understand finance a little more than most people, so I saw right through all of the “well ya add this number and that number” bullcrap they tried to pull, and I remembered that Easley didn’t do any of that with me.In conclusion, stop by and buy a car or two from them. They’re awesome, and Ryan Norris himself (the dealer) even took some time to speak with me—he’s also super friendly. If you live in Greenville, go to Easley instead to get a Toyota. You’ll enjoy it a lot more, trust me.
We had a very smooth and welcoming experience to purchase our vehicle. The test drive process was seamless and we felt very comfortable. T.O.E really helped us narrow down our options to what we really wanted and once we decided on the car and model, they were extremely helpful meeting our requests for a the features and functions we wanted.At no point during the process did we feel pressured or time-bombed (this deal is only available for 24hrs kind of thing). Its a great place to buy a vehicle. We love our 2021 Toyota Venza!

Despite cars being in short supply now Toyota of Easley was pleasant to work with. They were able to get a very rare RAV4 prime in a week and they didnt charge over msrp nor put on any unwanted add-ins. Delivery was smooth and everyone was very knowledgeable.
We had THE most amazing experience at Toyota of Easley!!! We were greeted by a salesman right away. His name is Scott Ferguson. He went to work for us immediately! We told him what we were looking for and he started checking to see what he had. We left to eat and he called right away to let us know he found what he thought we might be looking for. We returned to the dealership and he drove it out. It was perfect! A 2014 Toyota Tundra. We were trying to upgrade our son from an older Tacoma truck. SCOTT was just amazing! He was extremely professional!!! Listen to all our questions, concerns, etc. He worked very hard to get us the best deal! Such an honest, hard working man!!! We ended up purchasing the truck from him! I just CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about this man! Such a pleasure to work with. The rest of the process was fantastic as well. From the gentleman that explained all the other features we could consider (he was NOT pushy AT ALL), to Bill who helped us figure out the financing for the truck. This dealership was extremely helpful. This is not the dealership where I purchased my truck, but I stopped by the service department to get my 15,000 mile service. They found that the previous dealership lost my oil cap on my 10k service last month.
Service is excruciatingly slow. Huge customer base and not enough techs. The oil techs have no clue what theyre doing. I took my car 2 weeks ago to have the oil changed under Toyota Care. This morning, after noticing some petrol smells coming from the car, I found that the oil tech didnt put my oil filler cap back where it belongs. Ive driven over 1,000 miles with no cap. Oil was all over my engine bay. I brought my car in this morning to have everything looked at. The tech said the oil level was fine(after 1,000 miles with no cap) and that he cleaned the engine bay. I made sure to check before I left. He didnt clean the engine bay, and while Im no mechanic; Im pretty sure that an engine open to the elements for 1,000 miles should probably get an oil change. They are currently changing my oil and detailing my engine bay after I notified the service rep. What kind of ding dongs are working on our cars???
Monica, was great in sales very patient and understanding. We test drove three totally different vehicles and they had the one we needed as we wanted to stick with a decent budget due to us owing more than our trade was worth. 2020 Camry se xp edition; we love it never even thought I’d have a car with a 4cyl non turbo engine. After 5,000 miles in two weeks we couldn’t be happier plus the gas mileage alone is so exciting 35 min mpg driving on cruise above 75 mph, 40 mpg+ when driving rural/ 65 mph interstates/ city. I’m never feeling like I need more power. So yes I’d definitely recommend Toyota of Easley and Monica in sales our accessories guy (sorry I can’t remember your name) very great to work with and saw me through till the end of each options of add ons, our finance guy for all his work with the paper work as well..Now for service, Ken has been great we have a 2019 Toyota Avalon and 2020 Camry ^ I am a stickler for service as it keeps the vehicle feeling as new as possible for as long as possible along with gives you confidence and peace of mind of your huge “investments” we have had the Avalon serviced and our Camry once both times they did everything Ken said he would and in a timely fashion. I look forward to many years of a great relationship with this facility as it’s minutes from my job, but also you can feel a sense of a good company and tell it’s family owned which means so much. Sorry for such a long review 😳🤭😂

True was amazing.. After dealing with another Toyota dealership that left a bad taste in our mouths, True was able to get me the Tacoma I wanted in such a short time.. less than 3 weeks!! The other place said 3-4 months :( .. True was up front about everything and got a lot taken care of before hubby and I got there to pick up our new truck!! I will never go there again. svc dept continues to not deliver. Incapable of completing a job 100%. Its not tricky to press the cars radio button to On to test whether its working or not.

Amazing experience on the purchase of my truck! Michael Abbott my salesman had everything ready for me before I got there after work to test drive the truck and do paperwork, he is really quick replying text messages and emails. There sales Manager David Garret also was excellent help when I got there really straight for with every detail if you are looking for a pre own or new Toyota go see them!
Two reasons Ill never shop here again:1) the salesman doesnt know when to back off when its clear they dont have what my daughter needed.2) I dont need a car dealer enforcing vaccination mandates like its a nursing home. Who in their right mind shops or sells cars with a fever? Perhaps a review of your home ec notes from HS would help.

While visiting my daughter her car engine light was on. Should up unannounced and the service team put a technician on it in short order. Problem diagnosed and I was given a rental car until the car would be fixed the next morning. Due to timing on part arriving. Very pleased with service and hospitality.
