Did not receive the service I was promised and called to complain. Was told I would get a call back. Still waiting. My wife called three days after the service and was told the service manager would call us. Still has not happened. Our vehicle went in for computer issues and they are still apparent. My radio, navigation, and DVD did not work when I picked the vehicle up. I asked if it was a fuse. They said no it came to them like this from another mechanic. I said I will check with them. I called and they said nothing of the sort but looked up what fuses would be the radio and etc. The fuse was completely missing from the fuse box. I think it is absurd that a Ford dealer would not know about a fuse. I replaced the fuse at my home and the computer issues came back. This seems like they removed a fuse to hide a problem. I paid for services and expect my vehicle in running order. Now it is parked because with the radio, navigation, and DVD back on the computer is not working properly.
