Went to try to get brakes fixed at this place two times both times the store was closed after I had already made an appointment. First excuse was the manager who was the only one that had a key supposedly got into a car wreck and was getting checked out at the hospital that I can understand the second time the store just closed for no reason given and I was not notified and wasted my time again going down to the store for an appointment at 2:00 in the afternoon. I do not recommend doing business with these people they constantly break appointments and they maybe cheap but apparently theyre so cheap they dont have anybody to run the store.

Breaks-4-Less was great! I easily set up my appointment online and when I got there they took me right in and inspected my brakes that I had replaced there a year ago. Both guys took time to answer all of my questions and removed my tires and inspected everything; he even took it for a test drive to see what I was talking about and explained that the noise I was hearing was not my breaks. Thank you!

I used Brakes 4 Less with my last vehicle but now that Ive upgraded vehicles I wanted to have better brakes installed. I ordered Bosch brakes and intended to bring them in and have them installed. Heres the problem:Their value package includes front & rear brakes, plus installation for about $180. But if you bring your own brakes in and have them installed, they charge $200. The nationally rated Toyota dealership down the street only charges $150 for labor.Mathematically, that should be impossible. Not only does that make me question the integrity of the company, but the quality of both their products and their labor.

Went to the brakes 4 less in anderson and had a basic brake job performed. The service took almost 3.5-4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time. After a week I noticed a noise coming from my back wheels while moving. Then found out my emergency brake didn’t work when I tried to use it.Set up appt at the Easley location bc I did not want to return to the anderson one after such poor service and results. I believe the manager was Chris; he took a look at my truck and diagnosed that the previous location did a horrible job putting my brake assembly back together. Sloppy work that could’ve resulted in permanent damage to my vehicle.Chris not only fixed the issues but I was in and out within 30min. If you decide to use this company completely bypass the anderson location and go to the Easley one. I will definitely be back and would recommend the Easley location

My wife took her Jeep Wrangler in there because she couldnt get a hold of me on the phone. They told her that they were going to do her brakes for free but they had to change out calipers, rotors, brake lines and master cylinder because they couldnt get the brake lines bled apparently. $850 later her brakes are done on the front only. I will never allow anyone that I know to take a vehicle in there. Awfully nice of them to put the free brake pads on for her though and they did all the labor for free they told her. Not quite sure if the calipers, rotors brake lines and master cylinder are made out of platinum or some other precious metal but that does not add up to $850. Another place that sees a woman by herself and takes advantage of her.

Nice people checked my brakes I was told by. Gillstrap dealership they needed changed. . these guys checked them and said they were fine . has a call from Gillstrap about there service dept . Tryed to call him back but I guess he didnt want to talk about there service dept .

They put back old rusty pins on brake pads that were brand new..Manager said thats what came in the box I questioned him and told him that was a lie. Called Dexter supervisor twice and he still has not returned my call about this problem.

Mark was very snarky and arrogant tried to take advantage offering things I didnt need. 4 wheel brake job cost around 200. Well just 2 front brake pads cost me 150.00. Will never return!

The first time my car was serviced here, I had a decent experience. But my most recent was horrible. The things that I thought I paid for were not fixed. I asked thorough questions before my service and I was assured the problem would be fixed. Needless to say my front brakes are still bad, rotors werent touched and when I took it back within warranty they didnt even look at my vehicle. I was informed that the person who performed the service on my car was incompetent but was promoted. I will not be returning to this particular place. My money was not well spent and I regret it.

Great honest service. Brought our vehicle in hoping to get brakes changed but felt something more serious was the issue with the way it handled. Thomas inspected it and called me to see what i wanted to do before proceeding. Turned out to be some more serious issues than just brakes but he fixed it in less than 2 hours. It wouldve took me a whole day or more. He showed me the deteriorated hoses and explained all that had been done. And I have warranty on the work and parts. I left very satisfied knowing everything was checked thoroughly and had peace of mind that my brakes would be now safe for me and my family. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend!

Hands down best place for brakes! I got all new brakes put on my car a year ago and purchased the lifetime warranty package. Ive put 40k miles on my car since then and required new breaks again. They completely honored their warranty with no strings attached! And they didnt conveniently try to sell me anything I didnt need. I paid absolutely nothing to have my brakes replaced! Good to know theres still good businesses who honor their word without the fine print! Im definitely a customer for life.

I am so incredibly grateful for this establishment. My Jeep brakes were complete garbage. All of them. They replaced all 4 of them and gave me a lifetime warranty and did it in under 2 hours. Theyre extremely affordable and give you options on payments that work best for you. I ended up paying less than half of what the dealership quoted me and they had everything on site. Theyre all very friendly and clear on exactly what theyre doing. Im so so thankful and will recommend them forever.

Went to have parking brake shoes for a Jeep Wrangler replaced. Once they got the wheels off, they discovered that the existing shoes were fine and that they were just severely out of adjustment. They cleaned up everything and adjusted the brakes for a fraction of what I was expecting to spend. Very professional, very courteous, very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service I received. The manager josh walked me threw everything wrong with my car ( even things that they do not do. ) I was told what was good what could wait and what needed immediate attention. I loved that a problem was pointed out to me they could not do there. It showed me they were really looking out for me and my safety not my wallet. I was also very surprised by how clean it was for a mechanic shop, especially the bathroom. They walked me threw each step of the process and even had a fridge of drinks in the lobby for the people who were waiting. This review is based on the customer service. I took my vehicle by with pads that I purchased & wanted to see what they would charge just to replace the pads. Quoted @ 100.00 per Axel. Theyre cheapest package at the time was 159.00 for all 4 tires. They wanted to charge me 200 for bringing my own materials in. I requested not turning the rotors & still price was @ 200.00. The thing I though was interesting though is there were no customers in at that time, & no cars in the shop. Thought they might try & work with me but they didnt really seam interested. Everyone was just sitting around in the office. Ended up going to Roots up street & was very pleased with the result.

They were very helpful and willing to work with me. Letting me know what was needed now and the things I could possibly wait on. Friendly attitude and great customer service.

I had an excellent experience here. I went in as soon as they opened and informed them of what was going on with my car. Thankfully, I ended up not needing brakes at all and they were even able to identify what the issue really was. They test drove it afterwards in order to be sure. I took my truck to Brakes-4-Less because they were making some noise. After checking it out the only thing was wrong was some missing hardware! A fifty dollar fix saving me a hundred bucks! They were completely up front with me and went out of there way to get me the part that I needed. I will be trusting these guys with all of my brake needs from now on!

THE BEST!! I want to say the folks at Brakes-4-Less went above and beyond. Friday evening I had what I thought was a brake problem disabling my Mercedes SLK280 just outside Easley, SC. Roadside assistance towed my car to Brakes-4-Less. Connie waited WELL past closing time, 45 minutes I think, for my car to arrive. She said they probably wouldnt get to it until the next afternoon but called Saturday morning to tell me they had looked and my brakes and rotors were fine but I had a tire issue. I picked up my tire/rim and bought new...brought my tire back to them then they replaced my wheels...all of which they had removed to get a good look at all my brakes and rotors. When I asked what I owed they said NOTHING! I really appreciate the time and effort they took with me and my car. I highly recommend these kind people!!! Thank you so much Connie and company at Brakes-4-Less.

Unfortunately my experience here was really negative. They will pull you in with their lowest price brake job but then be prepared for them to tell you that you need new everything. I was not experience any issues besides my brakes before I went in, and after I left I was experiencing really bad noises coming from the back and they told me that my drums needed to be replaced and that it was a problem before I got there, and it most certainly WAS NOT. Issues do not show up in a matter of hours. As well the manager Connie was very rude and doesnt understand customer service. You can disagree with a customer and still be nice about it. She was overall rude and it made the experience worse than it already was. My suggestion, go to the Brakes for Less in Greenville. Nicer staff better overall.

I had the best experience at brakes for less in Easley, SC. I went in because my brakes were making a noise. They showed me that my rotor was actually broken. They went above and beyond to help me. I left with 2 new rotors and 4 new brakes. They saved me lots of money and possibly my life if I kept driving like that. All employees were very friendly and definately did everything under the sun to help me out. I cant thank them enough but I definitely recommend them.

Bait and switch.You will never get your brakes done for the $139 price as advertised. They will tell you a lot of things are wrong to get you to the higher price services.It would be better to go to a regular garage than to use this service. After their inspection, if it doesnt sound reasonable to you be wise and go elsewhere.I paid $200 for labor after i bought my on premium pads because they said the pads included in that price squeaked and made noise.

I normally do my on shade tree mechanic work, but due to time I asked them to do it what a mistake. They took over 3 hours because after they had my truck apart they figured out they didnt have my parts and ran somewhere in town to pick them up. What they charged is crazy, parts I looked them up about 250 bucks I was charged 700 lol. I think next time Ill take a vacation day and save some of my money. Brakes are very simple shouldnt get paid like a doctor to do the work. (DIY) P.S never told me they didnt have the parts manger left while workers smoked a pack of camels. (Update 4 days later) I cant write another review, so Ill add to this one. Three days after having work done my driver side caliper which they rebuilt is leaking break fluid like crazy. I am adding a bottle of break fluid a day until I can get back in to make them fix if it on Monday (6-12-17) I will update my progress once this is over.

Took my id not truck in for rear brakes they brakes was good they charge me for cleaning the dust out change the fluid adjust the brakes then got home the truck would not move they came and got it then they said the e brakes cable needed replacing they disconnect the e brake starting home no brakes so I took it to and other shop they had bent the cable machism did not need cables so brakes four less sucks a big one
