We had the privilege to work with David on a difficult project and yet as difficult as it was, David and all his associates were very kind and patient. We have a 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara and due to Suzuki pulling out of the U.S.A it was extremely difficult to find anyone who would even try to cut a key and program a new FOB for this car. After 30 phone calls to various other dealerships and locksmiths, when we called Batteries Plus of Easley, David was willing to take on the task. He had a reliable provider who had the keys and FOBs in stock and they arrived on time. When we came to get the key programmed David tried every possible method, including the method in the manual for my car, however my car did not cooperate. Since the programming was not able to be completed, David gladly refunded our money. We truly appreciate all his effort and kindness and patience to take on this difficult challenge. This batteries plus is exceptional and has outstanding customer service! I will come back if I ever have any battery or key needs and will reccomend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks again!

The key fob that I needed for my Dodge Caravan was not in stock at my nearby store. Trevor located it at a store about 20 miles away and had it shipped to my store. I did not want to drive to the other store because of city traffic. Trevor provided excellent customer service taking care of this for me.

1/6/2021I got the battery in my garage door opener changed out along with my keyless entry to my Camry. The clerk also helped find two batteries for two walkie talkies for my grandsons. On my way to the check-out counter I noticed I didnt have my wallet in my pocket. (senior moment) He continued with the check out after giving me my keys to unlock my door to check for the wallet in my car. (No wallet in the car) I told the clerk that apparently I had left my wallet at home. No problem, he said. He then gave me my garage remote back to me along with keyless entry and I returned home to get my wallet. I returned to pay him for my $14.10 purchase.He trusted me with all my repairs is why I will be back to this location! I gave him extra $10.00 to buy his lunch for the day. We need more people like this clerk in America today. You help me and Ill help you!

Excellent customer service! The Easley store was out of stock with the item I ordered online for pickup on Saturday. I had placed the order on Friday for a specific Type 31 12V Deep Cycle Marine Battery). The folks at the Easley store contacted the Greer store and then contacted the delivery truck to swing by Greer and pickup the product.. This truck delivers on Friday and I wanted to pick it up (curbside) on Saturday. The truckdriver picked up the battery from the Greer SC store and delivered it to the Easley store on Friday. The Easley store called to let me know they had the battery, and I picked it up the following day. Smooth as silk on my end! THANKS!

I paid for a Lifetime install for my Timex watch. I have used this service several time for which I am grateful. However this last time using this service was not so great. The gentleman who took my watch complained about doing the service as soon as I handed him my watch. He stated that Timex and Bulova watches were the worst. He had extreme difficulty getting the back off my watch, took it into another room and still had a lot of difficulty with loud complaints (possibly swearing) coming from that room. Finally when I got my watch back, I asked him why he and the other employees were not wearing face masks. He informed me rather brusquely that he was not required to and that the Surgeon General said he didnt have to. Well I am a nurse, and the CDC continues to inform us that it is highly recommended that we do wear face masks. If this is a company policy, I highly recommend that you change that policy to protect your customers. Every other business that I have had to go into also highly encourage social distancing. I realize that the public is not very compliant with these recommendations, but at least the businesses TRY. There is nothing in your stores to help customers retain the 6 feet social distancing recommendations. Shame on you. I have never completed a customer satisfaction survey before, so you have the honor of receiving my very disappointed feedback. I sure hope someone pays attention and wises up to our current situation and changes the companys policy regarding the current pandemic.

I ordered a battery for my wifes cell phone, an AT&T / LG 425, on April 2, 2021. It was to arrive 5 to 10 days later ! After 4 trips to your store it arrived, only to discover it was the wrong battery.

I could not open my watch to replace the battery. I went into Batteries Plus Bulbs in Easley, to have a battery replaced. This place was recommended by someone. The woman there not only scratched my watch, but broke the small metal piece to pop it open. Since this was a special watch, I think she could of told to me she was having trouble opening it, before proceeding.The overall store had a variety of items. I might buy items there but will not have them work on anything. February 2020

Bought a battery this year. the battery started my motor cycle 1 time. i checked the battery with my tester and the battery tested bad!!! took the battery out and took it back and i was told that they would have to keep my battery and charge it & retest it before they could warranty it. left the battery overnight & picked it up the following day. brought it back put it in the motor cycle and bam!!! still did not start the motorcycle, called the manager and told him that i tested the battery with my new battery tester and it says that the battery needs to be replaced & that it had zero health. brought the battery back to them a second time and they retested it with their tester and told me it was good needless to say that acted like they were doing me a FAVOR GIVING ME A REPLACEMENT. When i brought the new battery back it starts the motorcycle as it should. then i tried to call the manager back and let him know the new battery works as it should i was told he was reprogramming a key for a customer i left my name and number .Long story short i was never called back!!! customers should not be treated as like they are wrong for trying to get a battery replaced under warranty. might want to get your battery tester updated or calibrated!! very poor experience!!! the battery was bad the first time i brought it in. should not have has to come back twice!!

This location has very friendly and professional service. They had exactly the battery I need for an old watch I picked up some time ago. They usually always have what I need immediately on hand in the store. The wait times at this location as well as the Batteries Plus location on Woodruff Road has incredibly long wait times for service. This location is far better than the Woodruff Road location which is almost impossible to get in and out of on an hour lunch break. Would recommend and will continue to use this store location.

I asked BPB if it might be possible to fix an old cordless hair trimmer.(Older unit made with far superior blades/quality than anything new but supposedly not serviceable) Was told that if they had a similar battery type, they should be able to fix it. Jake rebuilt the battery pack on my 10 y/o hair trimmer & it runs like new again -> for only $15!

Omg... is all I have to say. First thing that happened was a defective screen causing a yellow spot, so they replaced it again free of charge. While I’m thankful for that and the repair is nice and everything.... now my sensor doesn’t WORK. I’m over this place and I won’t ever be back. I don’t get it. Now I have to go to CPR which is where I should’ve gone in the first place and have them correctly fix the issue that wasn’t even an issue before.... thanks for messing up my phone AGAIN. Lmao

This is the second time I have tried to use BPB and both times I have walked away with the product I needed and a promise never to do business with them again. First time I was overcharged for batteries because they ran out of the multipack and I had to purchase two packs to get the required batteries, paying much more than the multipack cost.This time, and ultimately the last, attempted to order online just to find that later in the day, before I went to pick it up, the order was declined. The email stated that the store declined the purchase and to see them for details. When I ask them why it was cancelled, they had no idea....I would have to talk to corporate. What the hell does that mean??? So was screwed out of the 10% discount l had received on line. How do you stay in business is a real surprise to me. Hope this helps others not to waste time trying to get a good value. You will end up paying more, so go elsewhere first.
