I always come in around 5am because of my schedule, Tyler and Seth are the best!!!! I normally get my usual coffee, but I started my monthly and I didn’t feel so good nor did I want coffee. Seth and Tyler came up with a drink for me and it was so good!!! they understood the assignment 100% i hope they know they made my entire day with just one drink that they thought of themselves to make me happy.

Super friendly customer service at this location. Very personal interaction in a good way. Not just heres your coffee leave me alone, next coffee... It was definitely a crafted drink. Good job

Sweet staff and very helpful when I’m not sure what I want. They could be a little faster in my opinion. I have sat there for a long time a couple of times with only two cars ahead of me. But I feel like based on the amount of times I’ve been there it’s not a big deal and maybe there was a issue. But over all great people and great place.

By far one of the best Starbucks locations in the area. This location has had its ups and downs in the past, but the new manager seems to have it well under control. I appreciate them making an effort to be friendly and chat while waiting for my drink. This location is clean and has plenty of parking.

I went in tonight w/ my mom and the staff were all so sweet!! they helped us with any question we had (and even helped my mom save money!!) it was so sweet of them to take care of us and remake my mom’s drink with no stress! :) hope management knows they have an outstanding staff !!

On a cold and rainy night in Easley, SC, my daughter and I decided to stop into Starbucks for a hot coffee beverage.I have been to Starbucks half a dozen times in my life. My main take away was that the drinks were either too bitter or sweet for my taste.The decor is great at this location. It feels like youre in the place to be. We had a lot of drinks to choose from but chose pretty readily. I ordered a hot butterscotch latte. The barista asked about my taste. From my reply, she said she would use one shot of syrup instead of two in my drink. It was tasty and the right amount of sweetness for my palate. My daughter loved her caramel macchiato, as well. Great job with the drinks.The place had a fairly steady stream of customers, but it was not overcrowded or uncomfortable. Speaking of comfortable, we took the two comfy chairs at the front.The two of us were enjoying our drinks, talking to each other, and I was leisurely writing on my laptop. I was feeling pretty inspired, which I think was mostly to do with the change of environment. We were appreciating this visit tremendously.Before long, a woman sat beside me and started talking to us. We started talking about the coffee and the location. We talked about a variety of subjects. Before we knew it, it was about closing time and wed conversed for hours!Before we parted ways, we exchanged phone numbers, so that we could keep in touch and go for coffee again sometime. How many places do you think you will get a hot beverage and come away with the bonus of friendship.

I came through the drive thru today with my two kids and the barista taking our order and who was at the window was very nice and helpful to us! My husband died recently and this was our first time out without him. Endymion was very sweet, and spent time talking to me and my children and even gave us some future kid-friendly recommendations after I told her we didn’t come often due to the lack of caffiene free option. Thank you to Endymion and the Easley crew for making our visit today exceptional!

The guest service and attentiveness has really suffered with the seating being closed. Somewhat concerning that the team changed the trash and went right to making drinks again after just sanitizing her hands. Pretty disappointed in the brand here.

Savannah was extremely rude and got an attitude telling me I was wrong about my order how they canceled it months ago yet I just ordered this past Sunday no issues. She really needs to work on her customer service. Definitely won’t go back to this location again.

Well I just got yelled at by one of the employees there and the coffee today Taste burnt. I dont think I will ever return to the Starbucks theres no communication amongst the staff so when I said something to them is when the employee yelled at me And then to pay the type of money I just paid for coffee and it be absolutely disgusting is just not acceptable

The Starbucks in Easley SC makes the very best Mocha Cookie Frappuccino. Best in the Upstate.

Keep trying to give this location chances but I’m done at this point. The espresso always has a burnt taste, not sure how you achieve that as I myself am a barista but they manage. Go to the Starbucks in ingles, that one is usually pretty good.

This starbucks used to be good and fast! Now I order something from my app before I leave my house and when I get there, it still isn’t ready. Always late for work because of this — I live 8 minutes away. It doesn’t take that much time to make a cold brew. 🙄 Also, some baristas make it in several different ways. I hope y’all are okay, and try and get back on track!

I go to the Starbucks all the time and only take the drive-through just because I work and I just need to get it quickly. Every time I go I’m always almost late to work even though I am in the line about 20 minutes early because it literally takes me 20 - 30 minutes just to get through the line usually there’s only one or two cars in front of me and it still takes that long. I don’t know what they’re doing inside and why it’s taking so long. So if you want quick service just try a different Starbucks, because they take FOREVER!

I was in the drive through line for 20 mins. It was my first time ordering here so I didnt know what to do. I ordered and the cashier didnt let me know anything except to move on because I was holding back the line. Didnt even get my drink or food

Stopped in during a time when they were not busy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were even kind enough to try their hand at making a new drink for us. Very satisfied. We are not in the area often, but will surely be back the next time that we are. Keep on keeping on!

The staff is amazing! My daughter always wants something from the secret menu so I have to give them my phone to see the recipe and they are SO SWEET about it! Ive never been in and had a bad experience. You should try the banana bread. They even offer it warmed up. SO GOOD!

Taste it before you leave here!My partner and I have our regular drinks. We order 2 or 3 times a week from different locations and they never disappoint.We stopped here late on his birthday to get a pick-me up (same drinks). Were too tired, after a long drive, to turn around. Both drinks were off. His birthday mocha was steamed sweet milk no espresso (we always order extra shots). Very noticeable. Mine was harder to pinpoint, just had a soured aftertaste.He said they were just having a off night, but Im not likely to go back.

Usually great service but this time we ordered a certain drink and found out they were out of it and waited to tell us at the window.Was then offered a premade different drink right then and there but not offered a chance for something different.Had to go in and correct.

Our last trip here was so bad. But, tonight we really wanted Starbucks, so we gave them another try. Tonights service was spot on. Much quicker and our drunks are perfect.

I live around the Asheville NC area and trust me they know how to make your coffee!!!!

They have messed up my order 6 times and have gotten it right twice. Not going back. They do not know how to make their drinks right.

I like Starbucks but Im not sure how they built an empire on a coffee like Pikes place. So when I ask for dark or bold coffee I would expect they have it ready instead of being confronted with they dont brew it after 11 oclock. I dont see that at other Starbucks and I dont see consistency in brewing the same type of coffee. Some make the Christmas blend dark others make it weak.

I dont drink coffee, but the rest of the family does. This experience was good as I was in and out no mistakes.

Reid, Justin, Kate, everyone there is so friendly and welcomes me like a friend when I walk in the door. Justin has my mango passion tango fixed up for me before I even finish ordering it! Let me be clear, my apartment complex has a free coffee bar and if I want something more than that I can get coffee anywhere. I dont keep coming back to Easley Starbucks for the drinks. I keep coming back for the stellar customer service that makes me genuinely happy to spend my money there. The staff there is absolutely wonderful and they all work so hard everyday to make every single one of my visits a comfy satisfied one

While my order is always correct, its hardly ever prompt. Were nearly six months into this store being drive thru only, and it seems service is only slowing down.

I literally ordered a black coffee and they forgot about my order. Not even a very busy store. If Im going to pay that much for a cup of coffee, itd be nice to get it without having to beg for it.

I arrived at starbucks 20 minutes before closing, sit in the drive through for that long and was told they were closed when it was time for me to order despite taking the person in front of me and it being exactly on the hour. Just incredible.

I ordered a drink that I always get from Starbucks (with almond milk because I have dairy issues). When I first got my drink it tasted awful so I brought it back and the girl taking our order was extremely friendly and helpful, but the girl who made the drinks was very vocal about her frustration and made sure it was heard that she didnt know why it tasted bad. In her rush to remake my drink she must have skipped looking to see what kind of milk I requested because after drinking it Im now in the very pain that regular milk puts me in. Very frustrating.

Placed a mobile order and it was ready and waiting exactly as desired. Parking lot was packed to max, but line seemed pretty low as I walked it. Typical larger starbucks, so pretty much enough said.

Truly dont understand the hype about their coffee. Its okay but honestly I make a better cup at home. Do I have all the extras? No, but everyone I decide to pick up something like a flavored sugar or extract I add to my collection. And I have to say, my coffee maker makes the best pot! I will of course stop in for a cup as long as someone else is paying the tab.

Did this store change management? If so, bring the other store manager back! I never see the same employee twice, the drinks are never made the same. And its a common things these days to ask what is in stock before ordering.Lately, Ive been finding myself driving out of my way to the Powdersville store or coyote coffee (which I hate) because I know its got to be better than the Easley store. 😑

Great lattes, I always use the app to order and pay, get to go to the head of the line that way! 😊. Have purchased this way at numerous stores in the Upstate this way. Love the Joy tea during the holiday season.

The slowest establishment in existence, no matter what time of day you go. And they almost always mess up my order... even when I clarify and re-clarify. Can’t be that hard to put a tea bag in a cup of hot water, can it?

One of my favorite stores..and i only have 2 stores i go to...great people always smiling and always willing to fix any mistake they made. or even if i didnt mean to order something they always help me figure out what i want to drink, its just my favorite store hands down

Starbucks is know for a good quality coffee, I agree, I only wish the employee where more personable and friendly, I understand that in busy hours is hard to say stop n have a conversation. But I work in this type of industry as well, but my believe always is is my hands are busy my mouth is not connected to them I can always say hello with out having to do what Im doing ...

This used to be the best Starbucks around now they are horrible. Drinks are never consistent, employees are all new agian and are not trained before they are put out in front of the customers. I will not be returning for a while.

So today I went to Starbucks and we asked for the peppermint mocha with heavy cream instead of milk or half and half. But they said they were out of it. That is essential to owning a coffee shop. Maybe someone is on a diet and decides to choose heavy cream because lactose has natural sugars in it. That was the case today when we went. So my mother couldnt get a drink. She drove to Starbucks expecting to come home with a drink, but she didnt. That was disappointing...

Enjoyed a holiday coffee with my husband here. I love the holiday drinks they have .It was crowded the day I went but the drinks were made fast and right, very impressed with how well they run even when they have a crowd

I used to drink QT coffee but I tried Starbucks about 3 months ago and now I wont go anywhere else. This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and I always feel like more than just a customer. This store is always clean inside and I never have any trouble getting my drink quickly.
