Had a problem with my touch screen and after calling Route 18 Jeep I spoke with Denise who verified that the dealership would order the parts and have it repaired for me at no charge. Service was excellent and they kept me updated throughout the process. In addition to the service received on my Grand Cherokee I observed another example of excellent customer service. I picked my Jeep up a little before 3pm on a Saturday. Service closes at 3pm. Another customer had a problem with their vehicle which would involve some diagnostic time to figure out why he was having a battery problem. The Service Advisor explained that they needed to diagnose the problem in order to determine if it needed a new battery and if it would be a covered repair since the battery may have been replaced in the past. The customer couldnt leave the car until Monday and the Service Advisor couldnt get it fixed at that moment given it was closing time. The Advisor offered to loan the customer a Jump Box for the weekend in case he had any problems getting his car started. This was quick thinking on the Service Advisors part and gave the customer piece of mind that he wouldnt get stranded if he couldnt start his car. Well Done !!!

I have a Dodge Journey purchased from New York. I visited a friend in New Jersey the previous week. On the way, a problem with the ABS sensor system caused three lights to turn on. My friend brought me here and made an appointment for repairs a week later. After three days of repair time, the maintenance staff here told me that the sensor was not damaged and everything was okay. So I returned to New York City after staying in New Jersey for two weeks. After returning to New York City for two days, the malfunction reappeared and I went to New York City. The maintenance staff, they definitely told me that the ABS sensor on the left front wheel of the car is damaged and needs to be replaced. They also told me that if the sensor was repaired last week, it is still within the warranty period of the sensor, and the replacement of the new sensor will be free, but Now I will be at my own expense. I sent an email to the customer service manager of route18, and there has been no response so far. I paid 157 dollars here and wasted two weeks. All this is really too bad, if your car shows up The problem is to try to repurchase the repair department of the car dealer to repair it if you can ensure safe driving, otherwise you will waste money and time like me. This experience is too bad, I doubt whether I was cheated.

This was my first visit here. When checking in my car with the service team, Chris Toth my service advisor recommended a few additional items, which I greatly appreciated. This is mostly because this was also my first visit to a CJDR service center (first time Grand Cherokee owner). I also greatly appreciated the turnaround time of the service provided. Kevin and Chris were very helpful and able to accommodate me ASAP. I originally came in because I couldn’t get my air cap off to put air in my tire. My tire pressure was below the average. I didn’t have an appointment but was desperate so I went to my car dealership for help. I appreciated that Kevin had a tech remove the air cap and put air in the tire just so I could drive. 2 days later the tire was still leaking I called for an appointment and he was able to accommodate me next day even with there busy schedule. Grateful, that they were able to help me just in time before traveling for our family vacation!l and figuring out the issue that there was a nail in my tire. I arrived at the dealership to get my car serviced. I was greeted politely by a young lady with my tag number. I went in and checked in and 45 minutes later the car was done. I was pretty amazed by the great service. The staff was awesome.

Great place to purchase a vehicle or parts but not for service. Sales and parts staff were outstanding. Service department is exact opposite. Calling in for service is the worst experience. Person in charge of setting appointments on the phone makes it seem like you are bothering them with something as simple as an oil change. Was told on two separate occasions including today that first available appointment for an oil change was over a week away and drop off service only although I was informed when I purchased that this location has a quick service department for basic oil changes. Also had my brand new 2021 in on multiple occasions for a simple squeak in my breaks. They held for over a week with no repair. Local mechanic in town diagnosed and repaired within a half hour. Moving forward I’ll do my best to avoid this service department at all costs.

Horrible dealership !!!! They have had my truck for 2 months ! I have to hunt them down for any information, I had to physically show up at the dealership to get information and they still have no answer ! I have left many voicemails and no return calls!!! Currently right now been on hold for 27 minutes and no one has picked up ! Ask to speak to any manger and get told “in a meeting “ . I wouldn’t recommend this service department to anyone ! Horrible!!

My experience was terrible!I sat for 3 hours giving almost 60% of the vehicle and I couldnt finance it!the horrible seller, he barely talked... I was the one who was selling...not to mention that he called me and until today nothing!in short I went to another dealer, bought the car in just 30 minutes and with much less down payment and I was super assisted!do not recommend for nothing!

My husband, my 6 month old baby and I drove 3 hours totally prepared to walk out with a new car with no questions asked. We were probably going to be the easiest deal of the day. Come to find out that they wanted $5,000 OVER sticker price for no reason whatsoever just because they can. The truck we were interested in was on their lot for well over a week so to say that there was a “very high demand” for it would be a stretch. I was in contact with someone from the dealership days prior who knew we were traveling far with a 6 month old, I was never told to expect the MSRP to be jacked up like that. Thanks route 18 jeep for a complete waste of a day.

Service was excellent, Michael Nabinger the service advisor was friendly and professional. My oil change did not take a long time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The cost was very reasonable and they accepted the coupon from their website. Other dealerships that Ive been to in the past would not accept their own coupons I was very impressed . Definitely would recommend RT 18 Dodge /Jeep.

Thanks to Mike, we do not see any active leaks in the AC system currently. We are going to fill the AC system with Freon and a florescent dye to help detect any active leaks. After left my vehicle for 5 days with tire rotation, oil change and AC check and repair the total cost is $579.58. Service is good and price is acceptable if anyone want to get a reference. Vehicle is Jeep Grand Cherokee Model 2015

I went in a few weeks ago after my car got an oil change, was charged a $100 that I was not aware of when they called and said the car was ready. I went in to talk to someone about trading in early and looking into something else, I really wanted to know more about the dodge chargers, what there prices go for on monthly leasing, how early can I trade in and etc. but when I came in I was pretty much talked into not even considering it as my next car. I was told there more for being “toys” in the summer. When I asked about pricing I was given the run around. Another thing that had happened to me another time was when I first got my jeep compass, I had went over all the features I would be getting and I was given the “wrong” car? I was suppose to be having heated seats, heated steering wheel and I don’t have either. And when I called back I was told they can install it for a fee, which I wasn’t paying for when it was suppose to be in the car already. I had emailed the person who helped me with the compass and no reply and then I had spoken to the GM in an email, saying he was going to speak to the sales employee and get back to me on what we could do and no reply after that. I’ve emailed him and nothing after that. I come in to talk to someone I’m always being talked about of what I want.

We recently took our Chrysler Pacifica for a repair and I had told the person at the front desk to do a full work up of the tires as well since we had a few flat tires with the van over the last 6 months. However, they repaired the panel and delivered the car back to us with a big screw inside it. I had to run to a local car shop to get the flat fixed the very next day and this is after spending a good $450 on the initial repair for the front panel. All they had to was check all the wheels before handing it over and that wasn’t even done. Terrible customer service and one of them was extremely rude over texts. I would never go back to them. And wouldn’t recommend unless you are left with no other choice.

Took 2 weeks for the dealer to get the necessary part that was needed to repair my auto. They used the Covid 19 excuse for the delay in receiving the part from FL. I was not offer a loaner vehicle nor additional discount for the inconvenience that I incurred. I was only offer a token 10% discount at the beginning of my ordeal prior to all of the delays. Very unhappy.
