New culture at the east hanover store. Very clean store with rep to match. Customer is hands down on of the best have had so far from a cellullar store. Well knowledgeable and very professional..... definitely will recommend.

I was having issues with transferring my data to my new cell phone and decided to go into the ATT/East Hanover Store.....Jen the customer service rep was fantastic, she spent her time fixing all the issues concerning my cell phone, she was kind and patient. So helpful, the associates in this store were welcoming and genuinely wanted to help. I would highly recommend going to Jen for any cell phone issues and/or buying a new phone, she is also super knowledgable.

Today I went in & one of the workers had an whole misunderstanding with me I ended up paying $47 for a phone screen. Before they would apply the screen for you. But now that they don’t they didn’t tell me where to go and I had to call customer service to explain my frustration with needing a phone protector on ASAP.

I went here with my mom who was getting a phone upgrade from a basic flip phone with no data to an iPhone 6 and she/we recieved the best service!! They took their time with her to make sure she had everything she needed for her new phone as well as made sure she knew how to operate the basics. Great customer service!
Wish I could give 0 stars. This shop closes at 9 pm and on 04/10/18 we were there by 845 PM and a person who saw us, locked the door and didn’t care to open the door. What kind of service is that.

This is the AT&T wireless store that I usually use and they have many great sales people. I want to give an OUTSTANDING to Jeff C. for my most recent visit. I was in need of 2 new sim cards, Jeff took my info and had my 2 sim cards in less than 15 minutes. He was so efficient I was able to also handle some service issues on my account and he still had me on my way in 30 minutes. This was just what I needed, some sales people what to do a lot of side talking when all you really want to be served and on your way. Please, please train more people to be like Jeff. It was refreshing to get what I needed and be on my way.Thanks again to Jeff.
Went to AT&T store as directed by a CSR via phone call I made.Turns out the phone CSR was wrong as per the Store CSR. Im a Customer since 2003 and they didnt give me what I wanted. I was looking for a loyalty discount. Instead, AT&T deleted my monthly Insurance chrg. Thats NOT a AT&T loyalty disc. Also, they reminded me I had a company disc of 23%. Again, thats NOT AT&T loyalty disc.
Bad Bad Bad experience today. The staff has some discrimination issue. I went into the store to activate the phone. I was standing next to the counter to wait for help. One staff was helping a customer behind the counter. so I waited. When he finished with that customer, he escorted the customer all the way out to store. When he came back in, he told me two other guys who just walk into the store were there first. I said you got to be kidding. Those two guys had to tell him I was first. I said to him you ignore me completely when I was standing here waiting the whole time. Eventually the manager had to come out to help me. The owner of this location should look at the tape if there is surveillance in the store. It happend today 7/5/15 between 1 to 3 p.m. I will never go back there and do not recommend anyone to go there. No need for that kind of treatment. We need service not aggravation. I will give no star if I can.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible service. I walked in and no one even bother to greet me. I waited about 15 mins and still nothing. So I walked out and went to the Morristown store and BOY what a difference. 4 people said hi to me, even while with customers. I will never go to this store again. This is the reason you lose your customers. YOUR customer service at this store is horrible it is embarrassing.
I did business with them a few times. Some of the salespeople are ok some less. With me everything went ok each time - just do not expect accessories in store to cost the same as at amazon - Most salespeople I dealt with were knowledgeable - I never expected a sales guy to be as technically knowledgeable as a wireless engineer when he/she is paid half. Good place to shop if the staff is not overwhelmed by too many people.

This is a smaller sized store but it is an official ATT store. I had a small wait, even though I had a reservation. The worker was helpful and got my wife her new Iphone and transferred all the pics and movies crom old to new.dropped on july 11. walked in guy was working with other customer and ignored me.
Painful to summarize, which is always the case for most of the consumers who would go to a company store. They are the first line of defense getting minimum hourly wages (may be a bit more.) Sometimes, they would be getting the salary, what is your monthly cell phone bill. So, they are really unhappy souls waiting to move up the corporate ladder. Cant blame them except, Please be less aggresive with the customers. Listen to their point of view. They are there for only one reason; get the issue resolved. Have some ampathy.

This is the worst AT&T store. This is the 2nd time where Ive come in and they act like theyre medicated or something (in the last 6 months). The first time I was in there I needed my back up phone activated since I broke my original phone. I walked in and there were 3 people dressed in nice attire all talking quietly at a table. They didnt acknowledge me at all for 10 minutes................................ What the ? And this is a corporate store?Is it because Im not wearing a fancy outfit. Anyways, 2 men and 1 woman. They eventually got up and a man walked over to me. He said he was the manager and he could help me. I said I had been waiting for awhile since he was helping customers. Then he told me that they werent customers, they were AT&T workers. Ok.. That made me feel really unwelcome. The guy continued to activate my phone, slowly and casually. I left that day hoping Id never have to come back.I had to come back today and get a sim card for my backup phone. I have already been exploring other providers, such as Google in terms of trying other networks. Dont worry, I was equally disappointed today. The rep who helped me greeted me and nonchalantly attempted to assist me. I needed a callback number to activate the line and I had no working phone. After struggling to get my old phone to work off the wifi and have a family member text me the code needed for AT&T to reconnect me. I eventually stopped messing with my phone and asked if I could use another phone here. Duh. Why didnt he suggest that? He was a zombie and barely made an attempt to be friendly or courteous. I used one of the phones on display, not even knowing it was an option before he finally regained consciousness to find a solution.Basically, after getting the code, my new phone was in some weird screen and I never used it before and told him that I didnt know how to use it. He just stared at the phone for like 5 minutes as Im saying I could use your help. He just said, Its in some weird mode. At that point, I knew I was talking to a wall. I left and I will never come back. AT&T thanks for the worst customer service experience Ive had in over a decade of being your customer.
Always ask for Al. He is knowledgeable,helpful and pleasant. Been working with him for years.

Do NOT visit this store! I bought a Samsung S-8 from this store, returned it in under 5 days, this was in May, it is now Oct and I am still fighting for a $780+ refund! The manager is a gangsta wanna be and is absolute ZERO help. If you visit this store, your a FOOL! They will cheat and rob you blind!
The Manager is RUDE blamed me for everything, and treated me like I was an Idiot. The sales associate Al is a good guy.
