We are extremely pleased with Orlandos customer service. He helped us switch from another carrier. There were few problems when the switch occurred which took a month to get resolved, but Orlando and the store manager were very communicative throughout the process and got our account straightened.

Extremely helpful and intelligent staff and super helpful with my upgrade and they even got me a couple good deals on it too thanks again 😀

Its a very small store, low volume. So we werent able to get our phones in store. Since there was just a holiday rush, the only option was to order the phone and wait for the arrival. Other than that the young lady was very friendly and helpful. The store was well kept and clean 👍🏻

Just came to know that metro by t mobile phones are net work locked at times and even t mobile sim wont work with them

Today I went into this location just to take a look around and Joe was extremely helpful ! I have been having a very difficult time deciding what phone to upgrade to that will help me manage my business and family. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The store manager Cherryse came over to introduce herself and also gave me a lot of advice because I am not very tech savvy. They both made me feel comfortable and did not become frustrated with me as I asked many questions (which usually happens). I am not from the area but because of this experience I will have no problem taking the drive so that I can get service like this again. They are above and beyond excellence!

Terrible service, when they have less than an hour to close, they invent that the system does not work for them to avoid working on schedule. A person named Erika has on her identification badge that she speaks Spanish and was asked to speak to her in that language and she said she did not speak it

Never ever step foot in this store. Fraudulent sales people.After t-mobile messed up shipping my new phone to my house, they told me that UPS can not update an address, and my best bet was to return the phone to sender and go to my local store and pick up the new Note 7 there. So off I went Friday, and was told the note 7 comes with a free tablet. Great! I thought. I asked them several times, are you positive its free? Do I need to pay a monthly fee for data? No, they assured me, but you need to come tomorrow because the other purchase is not cleared off your account. Ok fine, so the next day I send my husband with our 2 young children in tow. He would up being there for 2 hours!! The short of it is, he still did not walk out with the phone as they told him it was still in transit but they re-directed it to the correct address. He also asked several times if there would be any fee associated with the tablet, and they assured him no. So Monday I check UPS and THE PHONE IS STILL GOING TO WRONG ADDRESS and to make things worse, I have a 35 dollar a month fee for data to the tablet, which I never needed in the first place! At this point Im, thinking its either immense incompetence or sheer fraud in this store. Definitely not going into this store again and will likely leave T-Mobile altogether.

Today, I was at the mobile to set up my phone. I got connected with Mr. Mahek who displayed tremendous enthusiasm in helping me and answering several questions for me. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable in the business and deserved to be recognized as a great customer service leader.

Employee was in a rush to close so told me to come back the next day for data transfer. I come back he goes on to blame his associate for erasing the entire phone.. (1300 pictures 100+ videos) and theres nothing he can do for more... (Repeating...over, and over, and over....)He also then goes on to talk to me like Im his friend by speaking unprofessionally (Ie: that sucks)When asked for his name he repeats (I dont have to give you that information)Ive had tmobile for over 10 years. Never stepping foot inside this place again.Hopefully the Regional Manager can do something about this.
