Keon was so helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me get my new IPhone 13 max pro today. He also was great at finding me the best way to purchase and set up it all for me. I will recommend him to my friends for sure.
Im trying to be generous with four stars because the staff was friendly, but it took four visits in a single day to resolve my issue. I just wanted to cancel the cell service for my Apple Watch (didnt know you could just get service for just the watch without getting service for the iPhone? You can with Verizon).
This is hands down the best Verizon store around. Dont waste your time going to a small independent shop, these guys are the real deal, they can and will accommodate your needs.
I dont like dealing with Verizon ever, but today (9-11-2021) I had to physically go into one of their stores to inquire about a new flip phone for my older father, whose phone no longer works. The store I visited was on Route 10 in East Hanover, NJ.The customer service employee (male) who helped me was extremely rude. He laughed when I asked about their selection of flip phones. I explained to him that the phone was not for me but for my older father and his response was that flip phones are out of style... When I told him he was being rude, his response was that he didnt care.I will never return to this store and think the management of the store should properly train their employees on how to act with customers. His behavior was really disgusting, and in my opinion he should not work in customer service.
The service at this store is slow and lousy. The staff really doesn’t show any care. They appear to have a “security guard” in the store on this Sunday that stands around for no apparent reason. Invest in more staff to serve the steady flow of customers. This should not be totally about profits- much hype about “every customer”, but Verizon service is poor in my opine.
Bad customer service and zero respect so many things going on including the manager.specially please don’t go if you black I’m sorry to say because the judging you so many ways they don’t care your biggest customer
No issues with this store. In and out really quick for my accessories
The staff at the East Hanover Verizon Wireless store are customer focused and made my shopping experience seamless. Jackie and Chantal (manager) are exceptional employees. They were both knowledgeable and professional. They took care of my phone exchange in an efficient manner and were willing to answer any questions I had. The store provides for COVID, safe environment as well. Visit this location if you are looking for a top notch experience!
Worst service I’ve ever experienced… There’s one worker there named Charles who, along with his other staff, have NO respect for anybody else’s time. Verizon claims to be the fastest wireless service, but this location’s staff are the slowest in the game.
Terrible customer service. Slow and unhelpful. Was never assisted and staff clearly could not care less. When we asked for help we were ignored. Was looking to purchase new phone but may drop Verizon after that. Highly recommend never coming here.
Scheduled curbside pickup for order, checked in, store associate greeted me within 3 minutes to verify my information (at 2;00 pm on Saturday, Easter weekend.... everyone knows how busy a factory Verizon store can be at that time!!)The employee went inside and my order was pre-packed and she was back to the car in less than 3 minutes againShe was very helpful to answer a couple of questions while I checked everything was correct (two phones and accessories).Everything was correct. And, the store......parking was easy and the instructions for check-in were simple with a few screen taps of your smartphone....... Verizon definitely scored a win on their curbside order and pick-up process
The best Verizon store in the whole world the people there are very knowledgeable I was in and out because of their professionalism
Worst customer service ever. Dont bother going to the store unless you enjoy aggravation and disorder. Charles, One of the people that work there who has no respect for anyones time and can care less about the meaning of customer service as well as the other employee that work there tonight. I wish I didnt even have to give it a one star. One thing you cant get back is time and I felt like I lost some tonight thanks to this terrible Verizon location and its employees
The worst place on earth. if you want a new phone go elsewhere. I spent 2 hours here right before closing buying 2 new iphone 12s as a loyal customer for 20+ years and they promised me they were set up and all I needed to do was go home and add my icloud account. When I got home, one of the phones did not have a data plan and at this point the store was closed and could not help and the customer service 1800 number closed at 8 pm. My elderly mother now didnt have a phone for the evening and has no house phone because 2021. I had to wait until the store opened the next morning to get this resolved. The wait time at the store is unacceptable and the icing on the cake was they would not give me anything for this mistake and inconvenience on their end or even an apology. As America’s most reliable network, you need to reevaluate your slogan.
Hire more people, have someone there to answer quick questions. The employees are good, and trying their best, but there arent enough of them.
Terrible customer service. Went in to activate a new phone, but every specialist paid no attention to us. Not even a “we’ll be with you shortly”. Waited 20 minutes and left. Not even sure why these stores are around anymore.
Arrived at noon to get a new phone, was told there are two customers in front of me and that I should be getting a call back shortly. Ended up sitting in my car until 1:00 p.m. and left afterwards without being seen.
Its frustrating the number of negative reviews this store has. I went in on a Saturday around 6pm to transfer service from T-Mobile to Verizon (If you have T-Mobile, just make the switch). My line was transferred and ready to go in less then 10 minutes. Ive spent WAY more time than that on the phone with T-Mobile and other cellular providers. Since it was quick, I wanted to explore other phones, accessories, cases, etc. Everything was throughly explained to me. Not for a second did I feel like I was being sold a product. I provided details about my current tech needs and usage and was told what would be best for me. I was able to get my Verizon Wireless account set up, and even get my new AirPods set up. Regardless of how quick any of these tasks may be, it was nice having an actual rep do the process. The only downside about visiting was seeing the rude, entitled customers come in and demand service. There was one particular customer who interrupted MY session with a rep and it was disgusting. I was very close to losing it on this guy. Thankfully, she handled it amazingly (a true testament to their exceptional customer service). It makes me so thankful for essential workers during this time and is just a reminder to be kind because kindness is clearly something they might not get throughout their days at the store, especially if they have to deal with customers like that.Last thing, the cleanliness of this store was GREAT lol. I felt safer in here than in most places during a pandemic.Huge thanks to Jackie, Sam, and Chris who were all very welcoming during my visit. You are all great!
I like tacos but not this place:( I waited 2 hours just to get a phoneᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ
Ignore my old review thats for at&t store I was so amazed with Verizon service it too little longer but they nicely handled everything
The store is run by morons, two employees in a big store, came in told them right away what I wanted waited 40 minutes for them to tell me they did not have it, really 40 minutes to tell me, go to any store but this one
Came in for a phone upgrade/transfer to a new phone that I had with me. The woman taking everyones information said that no Verizon store could do this per CDC guidelines. However I went to another Verizon store the same day and they were able to help me. Glad I gave my business to a better store with nicer associates that knew what they were doing.
Wait 40 mins. 2 unfriendly techs
They could not help a loyal, 35 year customer. Bummer all around. I was offered a water while waiting for help by one person then the manager asked me to leave the store. Go figure!?!
Drove an hour to this store from Hunterdon county and came in by appointment today to try and find some way of replacing or repairing a water damaged phone that was covered by Verizon insurance. The one woman who answered the door proceed to give us an attitude for even asking for anything they could do. Ridiculous that she and the man inside did nothing considering they had no customers at all and where slacking in the store doing absolutely nothing. The woman made no attempt to help us further and instead gave us a pamphlet with a phone number to call. We drove an hour and made an appointment to be given a piece of paper with some number to call. This Verizon store is completely useless and I fail to understand the point of operating a Verizon store when all they seem to do is sell phones and accessories, which you can easily get from the Best Buy or other shops in the immediate area with much friendlier and more helpful staff.
They took their time and helped me with all my needs. This store has a great team and excellent customer service!
Phone self reset after update resulting in hundreds of important files being lost. Files should have been backed up as a Verizon previously associate helped me setup backup in order to prevent this.Associate at this store made NO effort to even pretend they could help me or even cared. Looked at my phone for less than a minute and told me I was out of luck and went on to the next customer.
Customer service focus non-existent. Was told by Verizon phone customer service center to bring my trade in for assessment and shipment to this store. The store refused outright. They did not check my account to try to help me. No effort to help or try to understand. They said that I had bought it another Verizon store and they could not do anything.
Had a bad experience with an employee who didn’t really attempt to problem solve. It’s not 1 star because its more Verizon policy, but I was locked out of any solutions and it’s not a good state to be in from a vital service like a phone.
Got my new phone here. Samsung galaxy 20 ultra 5G. In and out in 20 minutes.
Sean (the General Manager) was incredibly friendly and helpful. He replaced a screen protector on my phone that I re-ordered under Verizon warranty and it looks perfect. Neat store, attentive staff, and professional attitudes!
If you want the worst customer service go to this location.
Going into this place is a bit like going to a car dealership: your guard is up. Its as if they are trying to sell data and accessories. I understand they need to make a living but it can be annoying and make you walk out. Of course they make it out to be like they are only doing whats in your best interest and they really care... whatever....Its not as bad a car dealership though, but still.
Great place for help!!!
I purchased a phone through the website and got store pick up.Manny gave me my phone, and would not help me turn it on. He said they dont do that there. I told him I have no idea how to use the phone, but he didnt care. I called customer support and they walked me through it. They also told me the store reps should have, and could have helped me. I called the store back, and spoke to Trevor. He was rude, and did not show any concern for my ordeal of not being able to turn my phone on. This Verizon store is a big waste of time to deal with. Go elsewhere.
Rude manager. Staff will provide false information just to get the sale. Someone commented that this store is like a car dealership, and theyre absolutely right; the staff in the store will make you feel inadequate and then do everything possible to make you feel like youre getting a bargain when its literally the bare minimum. My family shouldve just switched over to Verizon online, at least we couldve read all the fine print and understand what we were and werent eligible for and/or needed. People want to complain about salary, but they provide awful service and wonder why customers opt for robots over dealing with sharks.
I went to pick up a phone I had ordered online. I had to wait over an hour for someone to serve me (there were 4 people being served when I walked in, and three waiting ahead of me). The whole transaction from thereon took less than 5 minutes. Seems to me that there should be some way of checking who has a quick pickup and help them before spending time with those who are first shopping for a phone and/or plan.
Verizon was a disappointment! The staff will no longer help customers pair their smart phones with their cars, even though the car sits a few feet outside the large window. Theyve always helped before now. They suggested instead that I drive to the car dealership several miles away. I will find a more helpful cellphone vendor.
Great they fixed my problem, and it was very quick. They really new what they were doing an how to help everyone.
Terrible customer service! I was there mid- day, mid-week on a day that was pouring rain, so there were literally two other customers in the store. I was there to upgrade my phone, and the guy who assisted me seemed very reluctant from the start. Lots of eye-rolling and a very definite condescending attitude. He left me to check on accessories in the back, and never returned. Other employees were lounging around, playing games on their own phones, etc., and when I approached to ask for assistance, I was told I had to wait for the first guy. By then other customers had come and gone, and I was the only customer in the store. No one offered to look for the other guy, no one offered to help me. They continued to sit there, chatting, showing each other photos on their phones, etc. I continued to wait, and then again asked for help. The apathetic attitude was incredible. I was spending a lot of money, and it’s outrageous that they acted as though I was bothering them. I’ve never been in a store where employees are allowed to so blatantly avoid actual work. Forget about feeling like a valued customer. This was my second negative experience at this store, and they just literally do not care about customers at all. ( I was also given information that was incorrect, as confirmed by Verizon when I called the next day.)
I just got the best service in the world from Jackie here at this store. She is just wonderful and so patient with old people who are trying to learn about using new phonesShe explains all the difficult stuff which is easy for the young generation. But harder for us old. Thank you Jackie, youre a living dollMille
Sales person (I will try to find his name) was actually useless. I’m upset he will get commission for the sale.I spent 2 hours afterwards setting up the phone because of how useless he was. Also, blatantly rude.Keep the one stars coming. This is obviously status quo based on others reviews....I appreciate the response from the owner. However I feel it necessary to mention that it is not sufficient. Had we not been on the way to the airport I would have dealt with this then. The salesperson was not only (very) rude to me, but to my 60y/o mother. I’m sure this is not the first time and the only acceptable response is to terminate this employee.
Fast to help out. Service was great. All my questions were explained and answered well in detail. Was able to reserve a phone by calling the corporation and they made sure to hold the last blue Samsung Note 9 phone for me. Told me about insurance that covers lost, theft, physical damage. They mentioned the one year manufacture warranty. They were able to waive the activation fee for my phone as a favor for having an employee discount plan (used to sell Verizon phones at a local retailer). Employees do not seem stressed or angry. They are very calm and take their time with you to meet your needs. Will definitely be going back to get another phone in the future.
Just go there and listen to their lies. It is very clear why they have a low rating. The manager John was going to wave the activation fee that his worker said they can’t in store but those on the 1800 Verizon said only the retail can.So right now at another Verizon store yea they can. 1800 Verizon say the retail lies all the time. This was their third lie..
Place was super organized and almost no line. They took care super fast. Going to Verizon used to be my most hated thing.lol This branch was very efficient. I will come back.
Never had a good experience with this store, you always have to wait to speak to someone even when they not busy. The only good thing about this store I can go a pay my bill with the kiosk. When they were in the smaller store it had more customer service not this one
Important to mention I had a 2 month old with me in a carrier through all of this. I had been sent back and forth from Verizon in West Caldwell to Apple in Short Hills to Verizon in West Caldwell and then to Verizon in East Hanover for my phone Microphone that suddenly stopped working when I woke up this morning. I was physically and mentally exhausted by my last stop. Customer service here was terrible. no one cared a bit to help. Employees were standoffish like I was bothering them for assistance. After 3 hours back and forth I still have a broken phone and claim to fill out. As I was hoping for assistance the workers were relaxing on the couch I wish I could attach the pic I took!
I received the worst service here and I have to go back tomorrow. I went in for a warranty exchange and was tricked into an upgrade which I did not want. Then, he, “upgraded” me from a 240+GB iPhone to. 64GB iPhone. I didn’t realize it until I got home and set the thing up. He couldn’t set my phone up in the store and suggested I go to an Apple Store. I was able to set it up myself at home (he never connected it to the internet) Now the location is closed and I’m highly upset. The people at this location act like they don’t want to help you. I waited for 40 mins for help. There was one guy walking around trying not to make eye contact with anyone so he didn’t have to help. Go to a different location if you can.
Im from CT and my ccard number was fraudulently used at this store but I cant reach anyone there - their phone just transfers to Verizon customer service. Verizon fraud dept wont help. An internet search shows this is common and has been happening for years. Theyre just too big to care I guess.
I went there on January 18th to switch from T-mobile. I was a previous Verizon customer before I switched to T-mobile only to switch back to Verizon a week later. I was greeted by the manager then I waited for about 30mins. After that James came to help only he did not help. He has the worse customer service rep I have ever witnessed. I can tell by his nasty attitude and demeanor I was bothering him at work. He proceeded to call the verizon headquarters, gave me the phone and left to go help another customer who was actually buying a phone. I was in the store for 90 mins on the phone with a Verizon rep. Anytime I needed assistance from James the customer service rep it was a problem. He actually said to me I can not help 2 customers. I said to him I was here 1st so I should be your priority. Needless to say he was useless and a waste of an employee for Verizon. If you ever go to the Verizon store in East Hanover on Route10 Do Not Allow James to help you because unless hes making a sale he is going to be useless, rude, and unprofessional. I will never visit this store again. And James should be retrained on customer service. Customer service is the foundation for any company. Customers are the reason he has a job.
Spacious store; they seem to have everything. At the time I went, they werent overly busy and I was seen promptly. Very courteous staff.
Not sure why this store has such bad reviews. Ive had my share of problems with Verizon in general, however, the reps at the store have always been very polite and helpful when it came to fixing my phones. The first time I was able to leave my old phone there and they transferred my contacts and then called me when it was ready. Very helpful. Today I went to buy a new phone and Barb did an excellent job explaining my bill, how I can lower it, helped me with the purchase of the phone. Overall my experience here has been nothing but pleasant. Keep it up guys :)
Great customer service from start to finish. Only downside was having to wait 1 hr for a simple exchange. But otherwise very satisfied!
Over 2 days I spent 5 hours attempting to change an account. They made no reference of how long this would take and they were faxing documents to change an account. Its 2018 and peoples time is valuable. Work faster and more efficient and give realistic time expectations!
I went here to buy an iPhone 7. The lady that was assigned to help me found out that Im a prepaid costumer and sent me to the Apple Store. Im guessing its either its too complicated for her or she doesnt want to be bothered because Im not signing for a contract. I was too tired to give her hard time so we went to the Short Hills Mall about 18 minutes away from this Verizon. We found another Verizon branch inside the Mall, where Ive got a great costumer service. Im not going back to the East Hanover branch.
My elderly parents brought a new phone in to be activated. The technician could not activate the phone correctly and sent them home with a new phone that did not work. After returning home with no phone service no one could contact my parents for two days. It wasn’t until one of my siblings visited with them to find out they had a phone that did not work. After looking into what was going on with the phone we found out that the technician took the SIM card out and never returned it to the phone. Now my parents have a new phone with no SIM card. Now we called Verizon to let them know what had happened and to get the situation resolved. After 30 minutes on the phone we need to follow up with the store. Horrible experience! Strange how the SIM card disappeared.
I went in because of a problem that needed to be resolved. Verizon online customer support told me to go to a store. The manager at this location (Sean), told me that he cant help me because he has customers there. He was implying that Im not a customer because I wasnt going to buy anything from the store even though I have been with verizon for 11 year and I have recently added a 4th line to my account. He then lied to me by saying that he doesnt have access to my account or conversations with verizon customer service. I then went to another store and they had access and were able to help me. Worst customer service experience ever.
Helpful staff, eager to help with tech questions and info about new plans and services. A wide selection of phone accessories. Convenient location on Route 10 in East Hanover, with ample parking.
I had to go back with my husband for a price adjustment: 2 weeks prior at another Verizon, I was offered a trade in with my upgrade. He was not at East Hanover. The representative during my Verizon experience set up my new phone and ensured it was working properly before I left the store. East Hanover handed my husband a series of screenshots on how to activate his new phone at home. They claimed it was a new corporate policy put in place AFTER my recent visit.Funny, corporate has no record of that new store policy on file. When questioned, the East Hanover staff claimed they were “in the business of ensuring the phones work, not setting them up”. Noted.
Everybody is ALWAYS rude when I go there for ANY reason, its uncanny. Plus the manager tricked me into going off contract losing all future discounted phone upgrades when I got my wife her new phone. Talked me into financing the phone, threw a speaker in and took some money off my bill. I thought he was being nice, little did I know he sacrificed a few hundred to save Verizon thousands by making me pay full price for phones for the rest of my life. Yes, if youre under contract, you are grandfathered in until you decide to switch to their new billing structure. Just find a different Verizon store, these guys are terrible.
Ali is the best he was courteous, helpful and he went above and beyond to help my daughter whos phone broke. I left very happy and my daughter said Mom he was so nice. I only wish all customer service was like this experience. He is being relocated to Short Hills, I work in Millburn I will tell everyone about Ali. Thank YouRose
I went into this store today because the screen on my new Note 9 started going lack yesterday. The store was empty and all the young salespeople came to assist. The young lady began to look at the phone attempting to assess the problem. A young Hispanic man and I say this To ID him with a name bage that also IDs him as a Veteran picks up my 1,000 phone and begins to tell me its the cover . I respond I dont believe thats the problem as this cover has been on the phone since its purchase. The problem began yesterday. He waves his hand over the sensor and the phone goes black. He again says its the cover. I respond I dont see how because the problem just started. He throws the phone on the table and says and I quote fix it yourself ! Well it wasnt the problem the phone needed to be rebooted! And it now works fine.Apologies from the manager...Nope not until I said the young man needed to apologize..this is not how you treat customers. There has to be someone to address this behavior.
Always pleased with THIS store. They are very helpful and take their time. Little or no wait time.
This is the worst Verizon Store in History. This place is terrible. Absolutely horrible! I wanted to get the new series 5 Apple Watch and they told me that it was $40 a month. Then they said that the smaller size does not come in the color black. Like what?
Great store in a nice location. Staff was incredibly helpful.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORETwo days ago (Sunday) I visited this store with my family. We wanted to switch over from Sprint and heard good things about Verizon. First, we had an hour wait before we could be helped, even though there were many idle staff serving only 6 clients ahead of us. When it was our turn, we explained to Tyler (the sales rep) that we wanted to open 4 lines and bring our own phones. From this point on his main goal was to get us to buy new phones, and basically named every promotion he could throw at us. He told us about the Buy 1 Get 1 free Samsung Galaxy phones, and when we werent 100% sold, he told us about a promo for $200/line gift card (totalling $800 in credits) if we were to buy the phones that day, along with other reduction that everyone is eligible for, like, autopay, bundling...etc. We were sold. The whole 2 hours we were there he kept telling us he would give us the promo code for the $800 credit, but things kept distracting us (like setting up the phones, getting account info from Sprint, going back and forth choosig phones etc). At various points of the interaction, other staff and managers were involved in the conversations and no one corrected any of the info he was providing to us When we left the store, we realized he forgot to give us this code so we called the store to ask for the info. Thats when he told us the BOGO promo and the $200/line promo couldnt actually be stacked (i.e. he was giving us false info the whole time and never corrected himself). When I demanded to speak to the manager, Shawn Chanell, he repeated what the rep said. We tried to reason with him that we were simply asking for what was promised to us, but he was extremely rude and made me feel like we were begging for the credit, like we were too poor for the phones/service. He made comments like if youre not happy you can just return the phones with zero accountability for the fact that he was at one point standing right next to the sales rep when he told us about the $200/line promo. We later found out (by calling Verizon) that this promo wasnt even eligible for Samsung phones (only iPhones) so not only could the promos not be stacked, even if we wanted to choose one promo over the other, it wasnt possible because we didnt purchase iPhones. The manager made it seem like we were cheap customers begging for discounts, instead of owning up to his employees mistake and his deliberate attempt of allowing customers to be lied to increase his stores revenue.
We went there to buy a new iPhone X’s, the guy who worked with us for an hour to complete the formalities didn’t have adequate knowledge on the plans and the models in the store too, he was jumping in and out to see his manager all the time when we ask a question and we didn’t buy our phones, it was a bad experience for us. I’ll never visit this store again.
We have used this store for years however our last purchase turned into us having to pay $10 extra a month for a piece of equipment the salesman knew we would never use! He talked us into less data saying we don’t go near the 16gb a month to save money. Then he made us believe this item was part of our package. He knew my daughter and I were nervous about changing things. The Ellipsis jetpack ended up needing a new phone number on our account and $10 a month. We were not told there was a cost but made us feel it was a special part of our new package with less data! When I called I found out there is a two year contract.! We were not informed of any of this. The product sits unopened.
The representatives were extremely helpful. The transaction took a while bur it always does. Lego store is directly across so it keeps kids busy while you get things done
Ummm confused as to why your employees are sitting on the couch watching tv like they are at home ?? Get up, stand and do something . It’s super unprofessional and uncomfortable to approach your employees walking into this store when they are chilling on the couch. If you don’t want to make money go home .
Some of the staff here are OK. There is in particular an older white male with brown hair whos pretty rude. He was supposed to putting people into the que as soon as they came in; he was doing a terrible job of it and was very slow. He might be more useful in another department...just not on the floor
I work in proximity to this store. Every time that I visit this store during my lunch break or after work I always get exceptional service and attention. This was my 4th visit since New Year. All associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.
Great staff! They were very helpful
Finally a decent a phone store, I usually seem to have a hard time with service at other stores but glad to say it went quite smoothly everyone very friendly my customer service rep (believe his name was David) was very quick and efficient!!! Recommend
This is a terrible place to do business. The staff is rude Tom the guy that was helping us refused to activate my phone and was a smart mouth about it. When I spoke with the manager the manager was worst didn’t care at all about the experience. I think they know that the location will keep on bringing them business so no one cares about the client. I have been coming to this place for the past 8 years to get new phones and other gadgets but this will be the last time I get anything in this place. I hope more people keep reviewing this store and eventually goes out of business. That may help them to care about clients like me and my family that have spent literally thousands of $ over the years.
If you could rate them a 0 I would. Im not sure why Verizon bothers to pay people who dont have the skills and authority to do anything but sell you accessories in the store. Store manager Andrew....useless...if the answer to ever question is you have to call why have store managers?Maybe if verizon got rid of the store managers theyd have more competitive rates.
Super helpful staff, very good to my mother in law.
Best corp verizon store of 4 i have been to staff cant do enough to help mgr kim and staff are just great Randolph store rt 10 west
Thanks David great customer service. I love my new IPhone watch
Why arent any of these stores operating with their own phone numbers? I just want to ask a question and NOT be directed to a mess of customer prompts and security questions.
The other reviews are spot on. This place is horrible. The sales reps dont know anything about phones (but they still try to sell you any and everything in the store). DO NOT LET THE SALES GUYS MESS WITH YOUR PHONE. They will break it. The guys pretty much ripped the back of my phone of and didnt give a *hoot* when I was trying to tell him how to do it. My Droid 4 needs a special tool to insert into a hole in the back. The sales guy didnt care and pretty much broke the back when he took it off. I got another phone through the warranty (manufacturer defect, again for the second time), but they dont come with a back. So now I have a brand new phone with a broken back and now I have to buy another one so it will stay on. So annoying.Again.. these people here know NOTHING about their phones. All they will do is break your expensive device and they will waste your time trying to sell you every piece of junk in the store.
This place makes the DMV look like fun. Takes a long time, lucky if your presence is acknowledged. They are probably making big money so there is no incentive to improve.
LOL isnt a visit to any cellular store everyones favorite thing to do? NOT! I do admit my experience was very good. In and out quickly, got what i needed and moved on. No need to pop a valium for this one.
I came in for a billing issue due to a deeply personal family related matter. I am not well versed on billing information and came in seeking information. The associate who helped me wasn’t able to explain any billing information, unwilling to help me understand what kilobytes mean in terms of unlimited data (had me google it right in front of her just so I can get an answer) and I felt like my needs truly truly annoyed her until the very end she realized the family matter that was bringing me to the store. She told me that because I have an unlimited plan, my data useage isn’t tracked but after I was left to stand alone for 15 mins, I found my own information on the bill. I asked her to help me understand how to save money and what plans are being offered, she pointed at the my Verizon app on the phone while she was focused on texting on her phone. After visiting the store, I made my decision to cancel our family plan with Verizon after over a decade of service. Thank you M**dy from Verizon.
This is my Verizon store location of choice, Ive never had a problem here and the staff is always kind and very helpful.
Great service and quick answers if you have Verizon cell phone. This location is owned by Verizon.
Great service.
Arrived at 6pm finally spoke to someone at 830pm Returned a Car hot spot asked 4 times before leaving the store if the line would be canceled since it was with in the 14 day purchase period and was told by sales rep and store manager I had nothing to worry about its now over a week and Im still fighting to get the ETF fee taken off the bill. After all this Im still hit with a restocking fee will never go back to this store and will switch to ATT when my contact ends stay away from this store !!!!!!
Awful store. Waited over half an hour for someone. When you first walk in, there should be a stand that says you need to sign in to reserve a spot. We aimlessly walked around until someone asked if we were another name and if we signed in. So finally did that. People came after us and were seen first. One of the workers finished with his sale and got on his personal phone to take a call and send a bunch of texts, put his phone back in his pocket, and walked into the back. The sales guy we dealt with was rather peeved that he wasnt getting a sale I just wanted quotes to add a few lines to my plan. Rude and talking down to us because the math was literally not adding up. Refuse to come back to this location.
Long wit (over 2 hours ) I know it black Friday, but they could have brought in extra staff.
Good people. Listen to what I wanted. Made suggestions an helped with things I didnt understand.
This place is horrible. They are not knowledgeable at all they completely screwed up my mother’s contract I had to go back 3 times. All they care about is the sale. They messed up and I got no apology no nothing. They don’t deserve the 1 star.
I had to swap out my sim card. It was a Fri afternoon and I was able to get in and get out in under 10 mins. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Good experience.
Its a Verizon store. Long waits. Clueless staff. WHY cant I simply buy a phone without having to have it connected to an account? So you wasted my time, and then lost hundreds of dollars of business to an online retailer. This place is miserable.
Got my new phone here.good customer service and prices.nice showroom too
Rep didnt or wasnt knowledgeable with Google phones. Not very helpful.
Went in twice. Once at 8:00pm on a Friday night. Once at 1:30pm on a Thursday. 7 people in front of me the first time and 9 people in front of me the second time. Its purely first come-first served, whether youre activating seven family lines or, like me, simply turning in your old phone for credit after already having had all your paperwork processed [at the nearby Best Buy that happens to be unable to physically accept the trade-in phones but otherwise provides much faster service and offers all major carriers]. Be prepared to wait.On the plus side, as I sit here, Ive had time to write this review and remember that I need to also ask them about Verizons totally random LTE dropouts that I never experienced with AT&T. ☺️
Great service very smart people p
Very professional and knowledgeable of all old and new cellular equipment
True Verizon store, not an authorized retailer so you get accurate, helpful service without paying for things that Verizon provides free of charge. A bit of a wait at times but a nice store with friendly staff.
