I had work done there before I just had a Reese hitch install on my truck Awesome job

Frame restoration Ford F150 4x4. These guys could not have been nicer or more professional in explaining what needed to be done to restore my frame after a collision. They were very kind in negotiating an out of pocket payment and they knew I was in a rental so my truck was ready 4 days early. I would use Standard again in a minute. When I left it says it all. The owner said If you are not happy with our work, bring her back to us. We take care of our customers. That comment alone made me feel really good in a miserable situation. Thank you Standard Welding. You earned my respect and business.

The salt used for melting snow/ice has really done damage to my truck over the past 17 years, and my mechanic had been concerned a few years ago that the structural integrity of the truck was a concern. Ive brought my truck here twice for frame and plow mount reinforcing. The work that Standard Welding has done has given me at least an extra 5 years with the truck and plow. Given that a new truck ($35k) and a new plow ($8k) arent insignificant, its been well worth the work theyve done. Most importantly, the guys at Standard Welding are honest. They give you a true assessment of what can be done (and what cant), a fair price, and rock-solid work. Two thumbs up!

My mechanic recommended them to look at safety of rusty trailing arm on my 1996 Prizm. A potentially life-ending problem. Called right from my mechanics lot and Rick said I could come over and hed look at it even though they were about to close. Showed me everything under my car so Id see for myself and understand. Gave me honest advice---that the arm looked a lot worse than it was and would be safe for the time-frame I wanted (whew!), as well as helpful advice about where my money would be better spent to keep it running safely for the near future. Oh, and he didnt charge me a penny! Thank you Rick!

They repaired a part for an exercise machine that I had attempted to repair myself, and did a good job, relatively quickly. Easy to work with, and good honest people.
