Hands down best steroeshop ever been to.very profesional.there real deal.when in comes to audio.there the best.I will defentially keep doing buisness with them.

Got told there was a sub there that ive been looking for by calling thwm and asking got there anf it wasnt the same sub but i made due and bought a different one and when we hooked it up and listened and it was blown with a messed up voice coil :( called and he said no returns and that it was our fault

I went here and wasted my money. The installers Glenn And Richard didnt have crimpers to crimp lines together. They simply twisted the two lines together and wrapped them with electrical tape. Later found out they spliced into my my existing speakers to run wire which shorted my system all together. Didnt put door panel on correctly. Really didnt want to give them this star. Went to UNDERGROUND SOUND in Cleveland to fix their huge mistake.

Im really not going to write too much about this place but please for your safety and livelihood, dont do business with these people.. I took my vehicle to Ultimate Sounds on Lee Hwy, to get my system reworked on after only having it installed for a week and they showed me so many flaws that Stereo City had created. I was in hazard of my car catching fire because of poor craftsmanship.. They sold me corroded speaker wire and over charged me while sellin me trash.. Bad business all around. I hope yall enjoyed my donation but never again

I would not recommend anyone to go here to get any work done! They wired my Jeep Wrangler for a radio and speakers and left wires exposed all over the Jeep charged 4 times the amount of the actual products they installed and 2 of the 4 speakers busted within 2 weeks of me having them due to having to high wattage amp installed for the speakers. I would give 0 out of 10 I could!

I love the store they help me with alot an give some good deals when they can.

Don’t go to them for nothing they are very unprofessional an they will over charge you for items that are not that high they put there own price of they speakers an they make there own tax but they will say it you pay cash they will give you a deal they have so bad customer service they just walked off didn’t tell me it was done are nothing they told my old speakers an amp an put it in the woods after I left I called they said somebody got it please don’t go to them KING AUDIO IS DEFINITELY WHERE YOU SHOULD GO

I wanted get my wire ran on my car i was there over 2hrs and then they come to me saying we cant do it wasted 2 hrs of my time

To start off i severly overpaid for the merchandise i received i had 2 12” subs installed with box and amp and i had them wire it all up the wires were hanging out everywhere and the box was too big for the truck so overtime it wore several holes into the sub itself causing it to start rattling over a period of two weeks so i took it back and they got all offensive saying “you think we installed that with the scratches on it” in a very offensive tone he said pay us 20 more dollars after already over paying to replace the sub! They also screwed a wood screw into my floor to hold the amp in place this place is a total joke will never be back!!!!

Customer service is terrible, I sat there for 45 minutes without them saying anything, then the owner comes out any says they’re closed

Stereo City in East Ridge, Tennessee is an okay store. The staff at the store aren’t always friendly but it’s not every time. I have bought a few items from this store but some of it is very pricey. The worst part from my experience was a wiring job done by them... they had a simple job of wiring two 10” subs in the back of the truck (already preinstalled, in box, and had connections wired) and they managed to poorly wire the system. Wires were exposed in the truck and they did a poor job at concealment of the amp/wires. The even worse part was the fact that I payed all that money and they didn’t even tune the subs to the truck to make it any louder/more bass! I don’t recommend letting this store wire your stuff unless you want mediocre work. 3/10!

Ive always brought my vehicles here for system installation or help and will continue to do so.
