As bad as they want people to get the covid shot they sure make it hard. Make an appointment just to let someone walk in and get it before you without an appointment. 15 minutes past appointment time and yet here we are. Pharmacist saying she needs to mix more now. Pretty sure a person with an appointment should have gotten the shot before the person that just walked in. They need to adjust their priorities or give them more help.

Didnt have 4×6 printing paper for my pictures. I had to go up a size. She did give me a discount. But it wasnt any different I got 2 compared to getting 8.I really wanted the 4x6 prints.

Walgreens has a sign saying You have to wear a Mask to Enter but No Ones Enforcing it. For the past week people disregard the Sign and nobody Cares. You would Think of ALL Businesses Walgreens would Care Enough to Protect Its Customers. Well Walmart is right up the street and They Turn Away Customers who dont Wear a Mask. They Also have a Pharmacy. If They wont help Stop the Spread of Covid 19 Ill Stop coming to Walgreens and Transfer All My Prescriptions to Wal-Mart.

Hey guys, I work at this Walgreens and I am seeing so many people saying we are slow, Drive thru is slow, etc.. did you ever think it’s because we have 1,700-1,800 prescriptions ready at any given time. That means A LOT of people need to pick their meds up. That means long lines. We do our best to serve you and give them the fastest checkout possible. Unfortunately, pharmacy isn’t just like a regular store. We work with insurance companies and doctors. It seems to me that everyone thinks that anything to do with their medicine is our fault. We don’t even make the prices y’all. We are also bound by the law.. we work with drugs. Drugs that can cause addiction and dependency. We don’t just assume everyone is a addict but.. we do have to abide by the laws. I don’t understand why that is hard to understand. We are just sitting back delighting in keep your medicine from you and making you feel bad. We would love to give you what you need but like I said, we are under obligation to the law, doctors and insurance companies. If you don’t know the ins and outs of pharmacy and what all goes into running one, please stop acting like you do. We do things for a reason, we don’t just decide we are out of stock of a medicine just to mess with you. We fill close to 1,000 prescriptions EVERY DAY! So sorry if we run out of a medication and it just happens to be the one that you need. We can’t control how many people get prescriptions at our store. We take it day by day just like you. We are human beings just like you.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst Ive ever experienced. The last 5 times I have refilled my prescriptions, when I arrive at the store, only part of them are refilled and they have no recollection of the other ones. I have tried refilling by the app, over the phone and over the phone by customer service rep. When I was very irritated and ask to speak to the manager, he didnt try at all to help resolve the issue. Honestly, David was rude and hung up on me after I told him how poor his stores customer service was. I them called 1-800 Walgreens and held on for 30 minutes to speak to a customer service rep and then the call failed and I was disconnected.

The 2 stars if for the actual pharmacy, not the front of the store, they are awesome, but the pharmacy is a different story. They are ridiculously slow and a lot of the times rude. Yes, I take pain medication for 12 years now due to 4 spine surgeries and I have extensive nerve damage in my spine and have used only this Walgreens for 10 of those years and obviously NOT a pharmacy hopper, but it doesn’t matter, they label you a street addict every time. Not everyone that takes certain medication are addicts, some people need them and only take them as prescribed by their doctor. If this store wasn’t 30 seconds from my house I wouldn’t use them. To be fair there are 1-2 cool employees in the back but the rest are ridiculous.

I had went out of town to see my sister and forgot my night time meds. I tried sleeping until about 4am. I called Robert in the pharmacy and was told I could get an emergency 3 day script. Music to my ears. I arrived around 4:45 to pick it up and despite what time it was- Rob was super nice.

The employees here are very professional and quite helpful. Andrew in the pharmacy stands out as someone going the extra mile in explaining medications and procedures that I can understand and even makes getting shots enjoyable!!!!!

Walgreens pharmacy has canceled all AmBetter insurance plans as of 2021, and did not send any notification that they were canceling plans. I used to spend well over $1,000 a year on pharmacy needs alone from Walgreens. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Last friday I called and confirmed that they ordered a hard to find controlled substance for my nephew, monday called to confirm it was in stock and the exact date it could be filled due to insurance. Today, the date I was told to fill it, I contact once more and Im told theyve met their quota and cant order it dont have it in stock and then hung up on me when I explained he just took his last dose and asked for help finding a solution. Absolutely terrible customer service and now a child will suffer due to their negligence.

Its one( I mean one!!!) Store thats truly💯 open 24/7!!!😍 Its a one-stop-shop as well, you can get pretty much everything that you need & some that you dont!!!

Update #2: Very impressed by the new pharmacist and tech I dealt with earlier this evening. They definitely restored my faith in Walgreens staff!Update:I was hoping service would have improved but sadly I believe its gotten worse. 3people infront of me in line and 30 minutes later Im still waiting. Do yourselves a favor and switch to the one close to the tunnels. Thats what Im having to do with my grandmothers otherwise I would have never come back.I would leave a zero if possible. The last 3 weeks Ive had nothing but issues from the pharmacy. Ive waited for over an hour IN the store only to be told it got held up. Well thank you for wasting my time. Today my Rx has been there well over 2 hours and guess what? ...still not ready. I only use this location when I have to but I would rather drive further for better service.

I recently transferred my preferred pharmacy here because Walmart, where I used to get my scripts filled, had been running out of my regular medications. The first time I came they were wonderful, but today I had the worst customer service experience ever. And I say that as someone who worked in customer service for years. First when I went to fill I had to repeat my name and dob 5 times because the young woman was not listening to me. We finally found it under my maiden name and I let them know that it needed to change because its been changed by my insurance and doctor for 2 years. They didn’t change it. That’s fine, I understand as sometimes there are legality issues. But they were super rude about it. They then pushed me to the front to fill. That pharmacists attitude was rude from the start. She wasn’t clear about what she needed from me. Then it took her 10 minutes to find my script. Then she kept grabbing the pin pad from me, and telling me I needed to confirm my address. I told her several times it was not on the screen. Then after 10 minutes of this, she asked me to verbally confirm. They had my address from 4 years ago. When I told them I needed to change that they ignored me. Then when I was ready to check out she asked if I had a third script. I did but I told them my text updates said they were out. They asked what I was needing and I gave them the name of the Rx. They couldn’t find it but rather than asking me in private they shouted from across the room what it was. They shouted my HIPAA info from across the room for a busy pharmacy full of people waiting to hear. I know this is a stressful time for everyone but that is completely inappropriate. The only professional in the bunch was the female pharmacist of Asian descent. I wish I knew her name because she’s the only saving grace from that experience. I’ll be picking up my last script tomorrow and then I’ll be transferring back to my old pharmacy. Please be careful when choosing your pharmacy as while my health info was not super sensitive, if yours is you may regret coming here.

Walgreens did a great job in filing my prescriptions and being friendly. I had to go to CVS because of insurance and CVS should watch Walgreens or they will be out of business because they just dont stand up even close to the competition.

I like this Walgreens. I thought I wouldnt after being with Rite-Aid for years. If you dont want to stand in line forever you have to time it just right. I use the app to check on refills. Its really useful and handy. Plus the store has everything you need

I love this Walgreens. This is where I send all my photography to and have now have a great relationship with the guy in the Photo department, named Jesse. He is friendly and personable and always has something engaging to say; it is because of his friendliness that I continue coming to this Walgreens. Every store needs nice and friendly associates like him. Thanks for your smile and friendliness!

Lovely place and clean. Always go here to get my vitamins and always have what i am looking for. A little high priced on them, but if i am short on one of them. I can always find it here.

I feel like these employees are not just being friendly We have gotten to know each other a little while they helped me with making a photobook, and I like them and they like me. Its fun to stop and get what ever I need now. Thank you Bo and Sara and Dusty and all.

I watched the employees one day because they were so busy. I just wondered why they seemed slower than other stores. You know why it is? Because they take time with customers. They make sure you understand what your meds are and what they do. They dont just want you to take them and go, then have questions later. Ryan is one of the nicest people that works in the pharmacy. He helps people out and makes sure they understand what theyre getting. Yes, I get annoyed sometimes with the wait too but if your life depends on medications youll thank someone later for taking the time to explain them to you! So try thinking of it not just from your POV

All the pharmacists and techs have always been nice and courteous, and Ive witnessed them having to deal with some difficult customers. The blonde guy with the pony tail is always nice if I go during the day and the man the works the pharmacy at night is always cool & easy to talk to

Absolutely horrible! At least the pharmacy is. They are constantly out of my meds, make mistakes on my meds, Ive been shorted on my meds. They go through pharmacists like crazy. There are hardly any of the same people there. A lot of them have very bad attitudes and are really rude. Its just really frustrating. Im just over it. You can call corporate and nothing ever gets done.

Dont expect much more than the bare minimum here. Always busy at the pharmacy and not concerned in the slightest on getting you your medicine in a Timely manner.

I have come to this Wal-Greens for several years because it is close to my house, but the service is so terrible I am switching pharmacies altogether. I understand companies going through problems, but if there is a problem, fix it!!! For the last year there have been multiple problems with filling prescriptions and anytime I go to pick up a prescription there is a really long wait with only one or two other people ahead of me!

This place Cant get a prescription right anytime I go there. The automatic call is always Wrong. Get same prescriptions filled ever month, got them Wrong Ever month. Google Reviews for Walgreens in Chattanooga area, seems to be a trend. Just check out the one on Gunbarrel, Most 1Star reviews are Pharmacy. They even have someone who works there giving reviewers on This site trying to build it up, DONT BELIEVE IT, THIS PLACE BLOWS.

On 3/09/16, we had trailer problems (traveling from IL to FL), your 2nd shift manager was very kind & helpful, she let us park our trailer in your parking lot, under the parking lot light (of course this happened at night), til the next morning, when we were able to get it fixed. I wish I could tell you her name, but of course I cant remember it, thank you all, your kindness will not soon be forgotten....Rose

I came to this Walgreens because of neglect at the 24 hour Walgreens on Battlefield Parkway, Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. When I explained what happened with my 94 year old dads prescriptions at the other Walgreens, this Walgreens didnt have enough courtesy to put a rush on the perscriptions. So here I am at 9:52 pm still waiting to get medication for my 94 year old dad who is in severe pain. Four hours later.VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Ive called twice today and still yet to soeak with someone.. i spent my first break waiting on someone to assist me for 15 mins. Im now on my 30 min and i have yet to talk to someone.. someone has pucked up three times and said please hold. But it tells me one pwrson is in front of me then the phone hangs up. Unprofessional and very frustrating..

I would rate it 0 if I could. Took a prescription to be filled and was told it would be 30 min. I waited and 45 minutes later the pharmacist said he could not fill it because my insurance had me locked into a pharmacy (which never has my medication.) I told him I have dealt with this the past two months at Walgreens and he would need to call my Dr. to get the ok to fill it like the previous Walgreens had done. He called my Dr. and told me they said not to fill it so I walked out and called my Dr. They told me he was told he could fill it. I went back in and he told me flat out very rudely he just wasn’t going to fill it. Wasted over an hr of my time! Walgreens does not even take my insurance so I pay out of pocket everytime anyway. I went to another Walgreens and they filled it no problem and told me that is only looked at if you are using insurance to pay and the pharmacist had no reason to deny my service!

The worst Pharmacy ever, waited 3 hours in there for 2 prescriptions, had 9 people working in there and 20 people inside waiting and 15 cars backed up in drive thru, they forgot one of my prescriptions and i waited another hour for that in the drive thru, very disappointing service, until they get their act together my 1 star will stick

The pharmacy is horrible. Never having prescriptions ready when they tell you. And also 24/7 forget about it at night. No one works, but 1 maybe 2 people. Turnover is high and service is awful. But the coolers work and you get a cold coke.

Let me start by saying I have rarely walked out of a walgreens without crying... until now. I see a few low reviews on here for them being slow but honestly y’all, you’re in east ridge... these pharmacists are taking great care of their customers and are extremely patient with them... it’s going to take them a minute to do their job. I ended up here this morning after an extremely irritating issue with the Walgreens off of ringgold and Germantown. If you want to know more, read the nasty review I left there. Lol.Anyway, the pharmacist here, and I wish I got his name because I actually want to call corporate and leave great feedback which I rarely do, was so polite, helpful, and patient. He fixed my issue and I had my perscription in hand within 30 minutes. When I returned to the store for pickup, he remembered me which has never happened at any other Walgreens I have used. While in line, I observed the other pharmacy techs handling services with senior citizen aged customers and they were so unbelievable patient and genuinely polite with them, I was floored.So yes... do to their location and superior ability to do their jobs, you may have to wait a little longer to get things filled but it’s totally worth it. I will use this location from now on even though I pass a Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart on my way to this pharmacy from my home.Thank you thank you thank you!

I was just in this store and after about 15 minutes of being in there I noticed one of the workers was on the same aisle I was. She pretended to be looking at the hair products but I caught her starring at me. She stood there for a while but I paid her no mind and continued to decide what kind of hair dye I wanted. A few minutes later I noticed she was gone but she appeared on the same end of the aisle as me walking pass starring and when I looked up at her she turned her head the other way and walked on by. By this time I am super pissed but at the same time laughing to myself. When I proceeded to the register I hoped she would be there but the guy who was there when I came in rung up my things. He asked how my night was going and I said I was irritated. After I paid for my things I told him to tell her that all black people dont steal. He didnt seem surprised and I wouldnt be surprised if he didnt send her to follow me. There was a mexican family and some white people in there and they were not being followed or watched. I guess because Im black and I came in with a head scarf on looking kind of rough they figured I was going to steal. lol. This is the worst experience Ive had at this store. I have never had a problem here until tonight. I will not be going back and shouldnt have spent my money there but I really wanted and needed one of the things I got and Walmart Brainerd Rd closes at 11 due to the people who really do steal taking things all the time. so I was told. I will not be going back here.

Every single time I needed a prescription filled there were always several excuses for why it wasnt ready or why they dont have a medication.To the fact they shoot out an email saying my rx is ready and I come and get it and its notWell we dont have control over the internet systemTo the fact they didnt have the COUGH SYRUP I needed when I had an upper respiratory infection.Well the government controls all narcotics nowSince when was cough syrup a narcotic?It just seems like the pharmacy is always slow and the workers are nonchalant and lacking in common sense.When I finally had enough I asked the pharmacist if she could transfer my RX to the walgreens down the road, which she then blankly stared at me and told me to call them myself and get it transferred. What great customer service! Avoid this place, its not worth your time and frustration

I went in today 5/20/2016 around 6:30 am to purchase a walgreens product, walphed. I had tried to buy this product last week at this same location and was rejected. The pharmacist on that day was very helpful and explained why and showed me on the receipt where I could go which would explain why I was turned down. I understood and saw where I could make the purchase within a few days. I went back this morning and a completely different experience. I made a comment that I had been in at the beginning of the week and at this point I am assuming this pharmacist thought I was a meth head and she had no time to listen to me. I tried to explain there must be a problem and went to the Website to show her. Again she was real short ( not busy, I was the only one there) and refused to listen. She was not interested in what the website was showing and offered no solutions for me to go. I am not a meth head but even if I was, Vennessa should treat me with some degree of respect. I will never enter that store again

They substituted a generic drug, not the prescribed one. The bottom line is I had to pay over $320. I have 2 drug coverage policies and should have paid $0.00. After over 40 years using Walgreens, I switched to CVS.

They are giving me problems filling my meds. It was suppose to be filled yesterday, they told me to come in at 6:00 am this morning, I was there and now theyre telling me they dont when they can fill it.
