Went in today to update the whole family’s old phone to a new phone, Steven and Dakota both helped us pick the best phones for me and the rest of my family. It was super quick and easy, they answered all our questions with no hesitation. Great customer service I definitely prefer to drive the extra 5 minutes to the East Wenatchee tmobile more than the Wenatchee.

The store manager Efrain and his sales representative Ivan took good care of me. I made the switch from Verizon and I love It. Their in store service is 100 times better than Verizon. You can tell they love that they do!

They told us to wait in our car and to call us when we could come in. After a 30 minute wait we went to check to see why they hadnt called and they had forgotten and given up our spot and made us wait outside in the cold for an hour before letting us in. Besides their horrible treatment of outside customers they assisted us well once inside.

I signed up two years ago with Efrain the store manager. I came in for some help today with my phone and he took care of me just like he did two years ago. Love his customer service. I highly recommend every one to come to his store!. 10 star service ❤

I had a very bad experience with sales person. Went in to replace screen and salesperson Jessica refused to put phone back in case and said it was not her job after she removed I’d because she was having trouble with it. Said I needed to go back on Tues to speak with manager. Very bad service and attitude. Never experienced this with T-Mobile. Another salesperson was kind enough to do it.
