Absolutely amazing experience I had there at the store today. I was helped by a man named Marco, who told me he hadn’t been working there long but his customer service skills were so great that you couldn’t tell. Had a much better experience here than the other corporate owned Verizon store in Wenatchee. This guy turned all that around by ensuring I was making the right choice in switching carriers. He was a very personable fellow and is the reason I will stay with Verizon for a long time.

Multiple live chats, empty promises, and stopped at different Verizon store to get help. Finally stopped in East Wenatchee and Marco made it work! Worst place to do business I highly recommend you drive to the real Verizon store in Wenatchee because the TCC people are the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with.... The person that was supposed to help me, the body language he gave was rude like I was the problem and he was missing out on his sales because I was on the phone with customer service for the 2nd time took 1 hour and a half to resolve absolutely nothing. I hung up the phone and walked out Never Again 0 Stars!!!!!!!
