Then do a good job of managing flow and it feels safe to be inside. Staff do a great job of wearing masks.They have a good selection and helped a lot on a plumbing project. Romney, a Smith Voc student working there, was particularly helpful in looking at pictures of my project and offering options.

Best local hardware store. Lots of very knowledgeable and nice folks. I always enjoy shopping there and find most things arent much more expensive than the box stores.

Went in looking for a tap and some 9/16 carriage bolts. They had just what I needed and had hand sanitizer at the door. Good selection of bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Going out of business. Retirering. Stuff going fast. Sales, get there quickly.

Don’t think of this place as a small hardware store! This place has just about EVERYTHING you need. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and oh so extremely helpful. So grateful to have this place in Easthampton.

I would recommend Manchesters just because its important to support local businesses - but they are in fact a terrific hardware and rental store. Last year I went to Sears, Home Depot and some other store looking for a dehumidifier but couldnt find what I needed until I tried Manchesters. Decent price, perfect product. Dont waste your time going elsewhere.

This is by far the best hardware store I have ever been to. Ive always preferred local stores to the big box Home Depot and Lowes shops. Its much easier to find what youre looking for either on you own or with the help of their awesome staff. Visit them for all your home needs, you wont be disappointed!

VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are competitive and the staff is always polite. They also stock some stuff that older and discontinued so its best to check with them first if you are looking for an original equipment part. They literally have a little bit of everything!

The range of items available is wide and if you need something they dont have or are out of, theyll order it and call you when its in.As a senior I appreciate the fact there is an every day 10% discount if you use cash or a local check.You cant beat your locally owned hardware store.

Very friendly staff. Their inventory is good (not great), but I usually find what Im looking for, or something close enough to get the job done.Ive brought my young daughter in here before, and the staff has been very good with her.The staff also seems pretty knowledgeable, and able to help a do-it-yourselfer with stupid questions.

Manchester Hardware has been my prime source for hardware for thirty years. Great inventory and selection, probably over 10,000 items. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff can help you find the tools and supplies for all your home improvements and maintenance needsOnce, I needed a 1/4 diamond drill to mount a shower rod through porcelain tile. I should have tried Manchesters first! The other three likely sources I tried had no idea where to get the drill bit locally. Another time my mother needed a radiator bleed key for her attic heat. She couldnt find them anywhere. Manchesters to the rescue again.

I am an out of town contractor and had to stop in for some items. The customer service from the main counter was herendens. It is sad that such a small store would have such poor customer service. Just my one time in I doubt I will return.
