My wife made me go with her. The place always smells really nice. I have no idea why we were there but my wife left happy so it was all good.

Employees were extremely helpful. Went out of their way to assist us, brought merchandise to us that we asked about instead of us walking to the back of the store. My wife and I are 70 + in age. Great job, customer service is back at BB&B

We have purchased so much from this location over the years. They have an excellent selection of bed, bath and kitchen items. We also like to get our picture frames here as they have a large selection. We also purchase all our shower curtains and bed linens from this location as they have a large selection in place.

Today I went there for the second time. I have experienced same thing. I have to say that staffs working there were not willing to help. In addition when I called someone for just checking somethings stock, she was almost gonna mad at me. I am really kind person. I always speak nicely. I really fed up with people who are always rude if you treat them nice way. I really dont know if I need to be arrogance or something here... :((

A lot of nice, useful home products at fairly reasonable prices. Be sure to look for a coupon online or look for one in the mail. Usual coupon amount is 20 percent. I went for pillows and pillowcase. Got what I wanted for a reasonable price. Didnt want to buy online because I wanted to see what I was buying before I bought it. Had checked price online first for a few pillows I might want and Bed Bath & Beyond was in a reasonable range of the online prices.

Gotta love a store who cant follow their own company rules. Was Harassed 5 times by your employees. Do to medical conditions preventing me to wear a mask. As YOUR store states. I DONT HAVE TO WEAR one if i have problems breathing. I was harassed 2 times by your manager Rick and 3 times by other employees. Such a disgrace.

Not handicapped friendly. I love the store and products and great staff but getting around the store was very difficult. Would love to see Isles that would be easier to navigate so I dont get stuck and need assistance. It took a lot more time to shop then I thought it would. Went for a microwave. Had to order the one I wanted. Associate ordered on computer. Will be coming to my home free S/H as order over $39. Was able to use my 20% off coupon. Excellent, friendly service.

Its a great place to go if youre moving into a new house. It has basically all the types of supplies and appliances that you would need for a house. This place has great customer service but it can get pretty packed and slow because of how many registers are there.

My girlfriend went there. I think she bought a bar of soap. She said hand soap. My mom used to put soap in my mouth when I was a kid. I used to swear a lot. She didnt like it. I got used to the taste of soap. I still eat soap today.

Had a number of items that I needed for my apartment after I left my husband. I was able to find everything on my wish list and because the prices were so reasonable I was able to pick up a couple of items that I didnt think I could afford yet. My neighbor was thrilled because now I dont have to borrow basic things like her step ladder to reach the top shelf of my closet, lol.

Good deals especially if you use the coupons. We were looking for a rectangular cooking stone but they only had round ones. Ended up buying a Thanksgiving decoration.

Went to buy gifts off of two bridal registries. Staff was very helpful in printing out items still available for both registries and then with locating items I selected. Free gift wrapping with available boxes and ribbon was very appreciated. Would recommend to everyone.

Ordered a Christmas gift for in store pick up (said it was in stock). They cancelled it right before I went to pick it up. Received e mail 4 days later saying it was shipped, but it still hasn’t come and no one can tell me where the package is or if it’s actually even coming. The order number is nonexistent on their website.

As always, BBB was impeccably well ordered and organized. We had the need for two different employees to assist us with our shopping needs, and both came through with flying colors. Unfortunately, we did not make the purchase as the prices on both items were just a bit outside of our budget.

Isles too small to fit cart through. I tried three different ways to get to the kitchen gadgets and between the people and their carts, we all came to a block and had to back up into other people. I gave up and got out of that section. They lost some sales I. That section from me.

My partner and I just moved. We wanted to replace a bunch of kitchen appliances and get some sheets and of course BB&B is one of the best places to go. The staff here was friendly and helpful. A staff member approached me first when I was looking at items higher up on the shelves and asked if I need anything taken down. I had a variety of coupons and the cashier helped me to use the right coupons to make the biggest discount. Both in the same trip and same store. Very satisfied shopper.

They didnt have the advertised $29.99 French White Corning Ware. We bought a more expensive package that did NOT include the one dish I really wanted. Their stock of Corning Ware was VERY LIMITED. Ive never had that problem before.

There is so much to choose from and they accept expired coupons which is great. This is one of my go to places whenever I need something for my house.

Clean and organized. Very often youll be asked by more than one staff member if you need anything, so I guess its great. But for some reason ( cant put my finger on it) I really dont like checking out. The way its done is off putting. its not that its one line that feeds into all registers, I think its the one person they have assigned to manage the line. I feel like Im standing in a line managed by some sort of a loan shark or something. -The atmosphere in that line is negative. I cant put my finger on it but it just is. :/

Her and second employee chuckled as I left, awful customer service, will not be shopping at this location again.
