The guys were in time. Except the sales department knew I lived on the second floor. The guy said that was not on the order. The worker should never assume that a brand new bed should be left outside by the door. A delivery worker should of brought upstairs where the customer lives. They had too. Next tune I appreciate you taken upon to do the full service not assume to just leave it outside by a 🚪

To be honest I did not actually plan on buying a bed when we went, I just wanted to try out some of the big brands to get an idea about what I like. When we entered an associate came over introduced himself and offered to help us figure out what might be good for us based on our preferences and needs. Marcus was our sales person and he was very helpful, professional and not at all pushy. He was simply there to give us some ideas and guide us through the process. We knew we wanted a big bed but really had no idea what kind we wanted and based on our feedback as we tried stuff out and preferences we said we had, he directed us to progressively better beds until we ended up trying the purple 4 hybrid premier and loved it. We ended up just buying the bed on the spot and getting it ordered for delivery in 2 days.My wife and I both really ended up being very surprised at how pleasant of an experience we had overall. Marcus was great but so was the other woman(sorry for not knowing her name) who helped Marcus out at times and gave us some advice as well. At no point did we feel anything but welcome, we were not pushed into anything and it was just a great experience. Im happy to have given business to a place that offers that and if Im in the market again I will definitely return.A cherry on top was that everyone in the store wore their masks correctly and provided covers for pillows. Compared to many other stores this was also welcome and appreciated. Thanks again to Marcus and the rest of the staff!

We went in expecting to sit on a few beds and try out different brands. We came out with a new bed that is perfect for us. I believe his name is Mark, was excellent. He walked us step by step through our sleep needs. He was very knowledgeable about different brands. The whole process felt very easy. Also super impressed that all associates in the store were wearing masks correctly the entire time! If we ever need another bed I will 100% go here. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and worked with me on the best adjustable bed option. On writing up the order there was a big mistake that went through and was corrected before I left the showroom. However the credit hasn’t shown up on my card and the email from Mattress Firm doesn’t reflect the correction. I’ll now have to follow up before they deliver the wrong product. Really don’t need the extra work.

My wife and I came by to purchase a mattress and worked with Tom. We were very impressed by his salesmanship and courtesy. He was knowledgeable and wanted us to be comfortable with the mattress we were purchasing, and the price we were paying. He even encouraged us to come back the following day well rested with our own pillows to make sure we had a good feel for the right selection, and we took him up on this advice. We went into the store to just look around. (This is the 3rd time we are returning to this store in 2 years). We met John Z and Tom, very knowledgeable and patient with us. We currently have a sleep number bed, we needed a change and I wanted the adjustable base. John Z took the time to explain the many different beds and manufacturers... we finally did settle on one. With spending time and talking they noticed my husband was a volunteer firefighter they thanked him for his service and offered us a first responder discount. I had been doing a lot of research about type of mattresses and prices that after a while I got so overwhelmed that what made a difference was service. So, as far as price goes, negotiate the best you can with them. Searching similar products online with the same qualities that are cheaper and have free shipping and free returns gives you some power to bargain with.Now service was great. Probably not every Mattress Firm store has this service, since people are different. So take advantage of the service Shelly can give you. She was very nice, patient, courteous and polite. Youre going to have a good experience, I hope!So, yes, Id recommend this store, specially with you can deal with Shelly. (But there was another lady there that was just as nice, she helped us too. But I forgot her name, sorry! It seems that the girls there are really nice...)

Troy and Tom were great and knew the mattresses in their store. They listened to what I wanted in a mattress and showed me all of the ones that fit my criteria. I was able to lay down on all of them. I took a week and researched the mattress I chose. They gave me a full week without any pressure and I bought the mattress. I would recommend Mattress Firm and definitely the Bethlehem store because of Troy and Tom.

She was very helpful and when I told her what type of mattress I was looking for she showed a couple options and the whole process was fast and easy. She didnt pressure me into a sale like car dealers. Also, delivery was within the week and the bed was setup in 15 minutes.
