I have been sleeping on my new mattress and adjustable bed for over two months and I am very satisfied. Tom O. is professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question I threw at him. Previously waking up in pain and feeling tight due to a low back injury and a worn out mattress, now I rarely wake up in pain and move around freely first thing in the morning. The adjustable frame lifts my legs up to remove tension from my low back. Delivery went well and I was allowed to make sure the adjustable frame was functioning and I received the correct mattress and frame before signing off without pressure. I was in need of a new bed and I wanted the adjustable type. I did some research at different sites and came up with Mattress Firm as being the most reliable. My husband and I met with the salesman at the store and were quite impressed with the demonstration and the options afforded to us. We are now waiting for the bed to be delivered due to some coordinating issues but I am sure we will be quite satisfied. It is worth the time and effort to visit this store if you are in the market for bedding.

No one wants to spend that much money on a mattress, but at least with the information she provided had the opportunity to compare it to similar mattresses I dont have to second-guess whether or not I got the right one.

I felt awkward at first going into the store to lay on beds but Cyndi the sales representative made it a comfortable experience. My husband and I tried several different beds and kept going back to the same one. At one point I almost fell asleep on the one we purchased! Very educated experience on various types of mattresses and what is suitable for my needs

It was our first time at Mattress Firm. Tom ONeal was awesome. Right off the bat he asked us what our budget was and helped us find the right mattress for us. Tom was very knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend them.

This was not my first visit to this business, Tom had worked at Sleepys before they became mattress firm, I told Tom that I had numerous surgeries which included knee replacements, lower lumbar fusion, hip replacement, I told him I didn’t think there was a mattress that would make me feel comfortable, his experience directed me to a couple of choices which made it very simple. I have been using my mattress for nearly 90 days, which is the amount of days you can use the mattress before returning it for a new choice if you so desire, needless to say I am more than satisfied, Tom’s experience truly stood out, I truly felt no pressure or stress through the whole purchasing process. I cannot say enough about his experience or the products is he stands behind.

Had a pleasant experience today. Eric was extremely helpful and thorough when questions were asked. He worked with us patiently and was courteous throughout the entire process. Exorbitant about the purchase and the easy process.

I was very happy with my experience at mattress firm. Tom and John were the people that helped us in picking out our new mattress and base. They were friendly and had a lot of knowledge on the products. The whole experience was a zero pressure and we walked away very happy.

Tom assisted us on the purchase of 2 king mattresses. He helped coordinate delivery to a different state and to get the mattresses there in a short time window. He went above and beyond ensuring that they both arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Tom 100 percent, and will purchase one more mattress I need from him.

We visited the location two times to make sure we had a clear understanding of the mattress we wanted. Tom O’Neil was the associate present both times. The first time we were just there to look, and he answered all of our questions but also gave us our own time to explore. We came back 2 weeks after doing research and told him we knew exactly what we wanted. He encouraged us to buy the important things like a mattress protecter which we indeed bought. He asked about other things he could offer us, but was in no way pushy about us purchasing anything extra. Great experience with a great salesman.

The good: The rep John was great at explaining every detail of every process which is greatly appreciated. Was approved for a mattress and box spring with no problem. Pricing was more than I wanted to pay but the service was great and payments are reasonable.The bad: delivery day. When I tried contacting the store ahead of time because the time didnt work for me I got no answer. You have no say on what time they come. They send you a range of times and they cannot contact the driver or 3rd party delivery company so they dont even know whats going on with your purchase. I was told there is nothing I can do or no one I can call right now. Which makes me question their accountability moving forward.

Went with my wife who is extremely ill as we were looking for a twin bed. Rudest salesperson I ever encountered. When we said we wanted a twin bed he then said then its not for you. When we then asked to start to look at some starting with the lowest priced one, he then said those are not good, why dont you treat yourself. Frame and box spring are extra ... we just walked out. Went to Mattress and Furniture a few blocks away and got two excellent mattresses with box springs and frames and delivery for the price of what one worse mattress would have cost at this place. With a very friendly, non-pushy sales person to boot.

My Neighbor Irma Valentin, highly recommended this store. I never been to Mattress Firm, I was always under the impression that because they are a huge retail store, they were expensive. I stop by and spoke with the store Manager Cecil Robinson, the prices were affordable to my husbands and I needs. Vendor, was very engaging, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable, with the store products. We purchased a mattress and a boxspring, and our order was delivered without any issues. Highly recommend this store and their sale representive Cecil Robinson store Manager.

I walked in thinking this is too expensive for me & my family but I came ready to finance just in case, not only did my sales PEOPLE ( THOMAS & MICHEAL) they suggested all types of beds bundles & we shared too many laughs, I got approved, I got the funirnture it took literally 30 mins to sign off & with smiles I love you guys I recommend you guys !!!!

I called Mattress Firm, to ask about a mattress and boxspring set I saw on sale via the internet. Spoke to Cecil Robinson the store manager he was very helpful. After talking with my husband I called the store back and talked to Mr Robinson once again, he was very informative. So we took a trip to the store. He provided lots of information on different kinds of orthopedic and aromatherapy pillows as well as the different types of mattress sets that were on sale. Then he arranged for our mattress and boxsprings to be delivered. We encountered several issues with the delivery, but Mr. Robinson worked with us and we were able to recieve our merchandise without further delay. The vendor was courteous, professional, friendly, polite and efficient, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I feel even more satisfied knowing that he made sure we were in the right mattress and that the delivery was handled properly. We highly recommend Mattress Firm and Mr Robinson, expertise to anyone in the market for a mattress and accessories.

Stop by to get price of their California Split King (just came from another location who quoted me $9,000) She said that they do not sell California Split King. The other location was lieing to me. Well so is the Internet, because it is posted there. They need to get their act together because they dont know what they are selling!!! Your loss.

Before I shopped, I thoroughly researched mattresses, e.g., Consumer Reports, manufacturers Web sites, retailers Web sites. I went to Sleepys during its July 4th sales event and discovered that its prices were ... the same as everyone elses regular prices. Which is pretty much always true. You can get the same prices from any retailer, any time, so-called sales event or not.Sleepys has pretty much the same selection as everyone else. And pretty much the same exchange policies. So, for me, it was about location and salesperson. This Sleepys (2501 Wm Penn Hwy), one of about 200 in my general neighborhood, is closest to me.The salesperson from whom I purchased my mattress was very nice and extraordinarily patient. But why not, I was the only person in the store, for hours, on multiple occasions. I looked at almost everything, mostly the stuff in my price range, and a few things over and over again. Despite the alleged variety of materials and constructions, they almost all feel sufficiently similar that I couldnt decide which was the best choice. Well, I did eventually.So, why not 5 stars instead of 4? Because this was the 2nd time I had been to Sleepys. The first time, I met Slick Larry (not his real name), who showed me only mattresses that were above my stated price range, gave me prices that were higher than what were clearly posted on Sleepys Web site, and included a delivery charge despite the signs indicating free delivery.I returned to look at something and would have shopped elsewhere had I not met salesperson Jess, who was just too nice not to deal with. She took me directly and only to mattresses in my stated price range, didnt give me any bs (my parents were in the foam business, from which I learned a lot about foam in general and mattresses in particular), and gave me reasonable prices for everything.My conclusion and advice: Dont trust sales people. But dont judge a retailer by an individual sales person, good or bad. Do your homework before you shop. Shop for a good sales person along with a good mattress (or any other product). Dont buy the first time youre in a store, especially for a so-called big-ticket item. And, perhaps most importantly, dont trust reviews, especially good ones. :)
