Seemingly nice but after a mixup over my appointment time and me driving over an hour I was sent away with nothing but a “we can reschedule for another day.” Zero effort was made to accommodate me that day despite the mixup not being entirely my fault. As I said, they were nice enough but no real customer service or willingness to help in any way. After reading other reviews though I’m think perhaps this was fate helping me out.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Optometrist here was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was my first visit and certainly my last. Eye Doctor was very disrespectful by insulting my 11th grd. daughters weight, during her eye exam. I was so distraught it took me a few months to finally write a review. Optometrist displayed terrible character and would certainly not recommend this company.

First time here. Dr. MacDonald was very friendly and helpful. All staff was personable and explained clearly what insurance covers. I was seen right on time for my appointment. Great selection of glasses and sunglasses

I had called the Easton office to make an appointment last week they were able to get me in within the next few days due to a cancellation. They also called a few days out to confirm and to go over my copays with my insurance that were due at the end of the exam. I really like how they explained everything to me before I saw the doctor. The front desk lady was very friendly and answered all of my questions on the phone and in person. I was able to leave that day with my new contacts and was able to order sunglasses. I was seen right away and was out within an hour. I was able to make my whole family appointments at this location. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.

Set up my appointment a month out. I received an email the day of saying I missed my appointment and needed to reschedule. After 10 minutes on hold the manager says there was a problem with my insurance, thats why my appointment was rescheduled. Funny how that same insurance was used a few months ago and there was no problems. Im taking my family business elsewhere since they took the stance of not even trying to accommodate me. Why does the receptionist say my original appointment was still available one minute then magically its filled the next but appointments need to be made months out?

I am a patient at a different MYEYEDR but am in Easton for a few days and forgot my contacts. I went in hoping this MYEYEDR might be able to get me an extra set to get me through the weekend. They had my prescription and gave them to me free of charge. I am so happy to be able to see and not ruin our trip. They were so helpful and sweet. I truly appreciate it.

The service by both the doctor and the staff was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the doctor answered questions thoroughly. Hardly any wait time. I am recommending to all of my friends and family.

What a great experience! Its nerve-racking to be in a doctors office during Covid but MyEyeDr. was exceptionally cautious from the temperature check to constantly sanitizing the office. I was in and out in record time and with excellent customer service - the best I have every received at a doctors office! Im obsessed with my new FREE sunglasses that’s come with a years worth of contacts and cant wait for my everyday glasses to come in! 100% recommend this office to everyone!

Second eye exam at the Easton location. Hands down the best place for my eye care needs! The staff at this office are very thorough and professional. The customer service is impeccable and consistent. I highly recommend MyEyeDr for an eye exam and to order glasses!

The Easton location is a real disappointment. I originally made an appointment in June. When I showed up for my appointment, 20 minutes early, I was told they could not honor my appointment and it would be a 2 hour wait if I wanted to be seen. I had to leave because I needed to get back to work. I scheduled another appointment for today, November 2, 2020. I called ahead to ensure they would be able to honor my appointment time and now Im being told that they do not even see an appointment for me in the system. I made this appointment two months ago and now I have to wait again when I have been trying to be seen since June. Completely unacceptable and I will no longer be attempting to use this company.

I had an amazing experience this week at my eye doctors appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment, and I was seeing right away. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! This was my first progressive, I was nervous at first but the office manager explained everything to me in detail. She helped me find the correct fitting glasses for my face shape and went through every option that I had when it came to the lenses. I had a question about my insurance coverage and she took the time to sit down with me and explained my coverage and copays that were attached. I was extremely pleased with my visit and with the office staff. If you are looking for a new eye doctor I HIGHLY recommend MyEyeDr in Easton, Maryland.

They are very friendly but as far as answering the phones, during the pandemic ..... they suck! I called to pick up my glasses, told the lady I would be there by 11 she stated that would be fine! Drive all the way to Easton, have to sit & wait on the phone for over a half an hour because doors are locked and no one is at the front! Working in healthcare this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere !

The Easton MyEyeDr has amazing staff within the office! I had an eye exam and purchased glasses. Bri helped me find glasses that were durable and fit my needs as well. She was very descriptive when it came to my lens options, and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending MyEyeDr to all of my friends and family. Due to the amazing experience I had they have now gained a patient for life.

This office is the greatest. I broke my glasses this morning. I arrived to the office without calling first as I was going to be in Easton. Not only did they squeeze me in, they replaced the hinge on my frames. And didnt charge me. They were quick, respectful and just genuinely nice.

I am very pleased with Dr. McDonald. He was professional and friendly. The two female employees up front were very nice, and answered all my questions about frames and lenses. I was treated with respect and received excellent service. I would recommend MyEyeDr in Easton, Md to all my family and friends for their vision needs.

I have called numerous times to schedule an appointment and no one answers the phone. I have considered driving to this location just to make an appointment, but if they cant answer the phone, how responsive will they be to my vision needs?

Amanda and Kelly were really great with assisting me in my lenses choice and the Dr. Was amazing too. Im glad I could have the best eye glass shopping experience with them!

This place is a wow. I took my girls first the first time and the staff very nice the DrSo cool. They told me the glasses be ready in like 1 week but let me tell you was faster then that. I like i will comeback again.

I had a very pleasant experience with Kelly at My eye Dr. in Easton. All of the staff were pleasant and ready to assist in any way they could. I ordered glasses and they were perfect. After using them for a few months I just couldn’t seem to get used to them . The glasses and vision were fine but the frames were not comfortable for me. After going back to the store and explaining all this I walked away with new glasses. I am thrilled. I even got sun glasses made at a discounted price. I recommend this establishment.

Travelling for work, one of my contact lenses fell out. Needless to say, I need them to see and drive. I stopped in and the staff was astounding! They had my exact brand and rX in stock. They provided me a place to put my lens in and see again in literally 2 minutes. Kudos to the entire staff!

Cheap frames, big cost.My fiance paid over $200 dollars for frames when the same exact pair is online from the manufacture for less than a hundred bucks plus over $500 dollars for lenses. I will never go there again. We started going to Easton Eye Care and love it there. I have gotten an exam, frames and lenses for $180 dollars.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE!I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago for an appointment and received a call today to tell me they overbooked and they were canceling my appointment. I called back upset because my daughter leaves for college in a couple weeks and needs contact lenses renewed. Then Aaron literally laughed at me. I work in the medical field in Easton and I will make sure I tell everyone NOT to go here.

Do go! Professional, thorough, highly competent with all the latest equipment. The most comprehensive examination I have ever had. You will be delighted in the personal attention you will receive. In fact you will not leave as a customer- you will leave as a friend who wants to go back and visit. I am thankful I decided to give this place a try. After a bad (& very expensive) experience at another local retailer, I had been driving to a chain in Annapolis (which was not much better).This store has a unique selection & variety of frames/lenses to choose from. The staff is more than helpful in explaning insurance/benefits. They are also very knowledgeable, friendly, and go above & beyond!

They allowed me to come in same day and assured me they would squeeze me in. When I got there, I was greeted by the most friendly front desk staff! I filled out my paper work and since I rushed to get there, the complimentary coffee in the waiting room was much needed. The doctor was very informative and easy to talk to. She did everything she could to keep my bill low, including recommending an adjustment on my current frame (which wasnt the best option for my glasses, I found out. Not because of anything they did but because of my anatomy). The same girl that did my adjustment assisted me in picking out new frames and gave me her honest opinion on each when I asked how they looked (which I highly respected) she worked with me on pricing and gave me a quote on each after running it by my insurance company. I am very satisfied with this company and look forward to using them in the future!

Not completely happy. First visit I got my exam, went smoothly and the price was fair. Then I picked a frame and was told almost $700! Haggled around and got price down to $325. Next I waited about 10 days for glasses to come in. Glasses in but they are blurred. Bottom line, it took another examination and two more visits to get it right. Disappointed.

Showed up with a broken set of Silhouette frames. Technician took em in the back room and repaired them. When I said lets settle up, she said, no charge, thats why were here. I know where I buy my next set of frames!

Warning .. I tried to get contact lenses here. After a couple of visits and trail pairs that I had problems with, I never ordered contacts because they did not fit. I stopped by the store in Easton the other day and the lady at the counter told me I had to order something or they will charge me for a new fitting. I was willing to work with them to try something else but they never gave me the correct fitting and now they are asking me to buy something I can not wear...This is just crazy...If you want to waste your money and time this is the place for you...****UPDATE**** if you look below they responded saying for me to call them. But on twitter they told me 2 days ago that someone from customer care team would call me I gave them my cell number via twitter and Facebook messaging...I guess they have so many complaints that they lose track and forget to call...

Friendly, efficient and knowledgable staff in bright clean venue. Of all the options in area I found MyEyeDr to be the best.
