They called me to inform me my contact lenses were in, but when I went to pick them up a day later, the store was closed. No one could inform me the store would be closed?! There wasn’t even signs on the windows saying they were closed. I walked in and was told by a worker remodeling the store that they were closed and come back tomorrow. I know they had been working on the store when I went for my exam but were still open. This was something that was easy enough to tell my on the phone, but obviously they don’t care about their customers. I called and left a voicemail inquiring if they could mail my lenses to me, as I am very busy. No one ever returned my phone call a week later. Again showing me they do not care about me as a customer, or about my time. It’s a shame because the Doctor at the location is very nice, but the customer service on the retail side is seriously lacking. I won’t order from them again, and will end up finding a new doctor so I can have my exam and order my contacts at the same place.

Large Selection of Frames.There was one employee on at the time I was there.She was taking care of 3 different people at the same time.She is very helpful and professional.No Pressure to buy.Fair PricesClean and well maintained Facility.

Nice collection of glasses but expensive!

The person who answered the phone today was too lazy to check inventory and let me know if they had stock on a particular make and model frame I was interested in. Youll have to come into the store!... No... What I HAVE to do is spend my money elsewhere!

Took 4 weeks for my sunglasses to come in and it was the wrong prescription. The whole process was such a hassle that I just wanted a refund. They charged me a $60 restocking fee for their mistake. Went to Visionworks and they said theyve never heard of a restocking fee for glasses and their return period was 100 days instead of 30. Never coming here again. A shame because the doctor was really nice.

Everyone here is so nice. My family of 3 have all gotten our glasses and frames at this location. Even used my old frames for sunglasses. They did check them before they said it was possible. Ive been in and out of the store since March this year (its July as I write this review) and every time I am treated great. I recommend this location and my family will be returning customers.

Waited almost two months for glasses. When I received them, they were useless. Exact same issue they assured me I would not have when I ordered them. SMH!

I walked in 3 hours before my appointment -due to good timing- they took me right away! Took the time prior to make sure I was insured, which I was, and then within 10 minutes the exam was over. The sales rep was very very nice and not at all pushy. I came here because I was here once for glasses repair which was pleasantly free! I will be a long time costumer for sure. Great people! I felt like I was buying a car. All I wanted was an eye exam and a new pair of lenses because I had cracked glasses.The doctor is great, though.

I dont know how this place doesnt have five stars. These people are fantastic. Best customer service, knowledgeable staff, intelligent and efficient doctor. Timely turn around on glasses- recommend Pearle Vision Easton to everyone!

I decided to check out the pearle vision in palmer and this place was amazing. I was greeted by an associate named Sherell who sat down and listened to me. I came in with glasses that I couldnt see out of ( glasses that i got from the bethlehem store.) She looked at it and right away she knew why i wasnt able to see. She adjusted them and everything was so much better. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Since then, ive visited the store several times and she was there to help. I will be coming back to this location and getting glasses from here from now on.

Our daughter attends college nearby. When she broke her eyeglass frames, the optician in our town (in NY) provided new frames at no charge because they were still under warranty. When we were visiting her we went to Pearle Vision and asked if they would take the lenses from the broken pair and put them into the new frames. Without hesitation, and with a smile, they replaced the lenses for us immediately. When we asked how much we owed, they said no charge. In the future, this will be our daughters go to for her eyeglasses when she is at school. Thanks again!

Once they have your money they could care less about you. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my new glasses. They told me my glasses would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. They finally came in today but their lab sent two lenses for the right eye. They never return my calls. The place is very poorly run. This will be the last time we will order from them. The doctor is very good, but you are better off going somewhere else to get your glasses.

I went into this Pearle Vision looking for new lenses for my existing frames. I specifically went there and asked if they could fit lenses to my frames and they said oh sure. I asked because they didnt carry my brand. When I went back for my exam, I asked again if the lenses will be the same and they assured me they would. After three weeks (supposedly the manufacturer was having an issue creating the lens), they call me and tell me the lens wont fit my frame. Then they have the audacity to give me a partial refund. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond for my family. Highly recommend this location.

Passionate, Profesional, and Personable. Those are the three words I would use to describe the staff of the Pearle Vision in easton. I came in looking for glasses with no clue Style I wanted. A very freindly staff memebr named Emily helped me pick out just the right pair, and I left the store feeling confident in the new look that Id soon have. They called me a week and a half later to let me know they were ready, and helped make adjustments to them when I picked them up. I cant recommend this establishment highly enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would, and trust me I wear glasses.

Very unprofessional environment, overheard staff talking about hustling frames sales for the rest of the day while I filled out my new patient paperwork. Optician was ok, felt like a rushed examination. Not a great selection of frames.
