We have now purchased a third mattress from this store. The first was last August and with the pandemic, we were having a tough time finding what we needed. The staff at this store took the extra time to help us. Just recently, we bought 2 more mattresses. John helped us with our options and we are very pleased with what we have. And delivery was when we wanted it and they delivered within a very precise window. Thank you to all who helped us.

I recently moved to PA and have a farm which occupies every moment of my time and so 99% of my research/purchasing is done online. In the case of mattress shopping, I needed to chose the firmness level at a physical store since it had been 16 years since I purchased a mattress as my old faithful didnt make the 1000 mile journey to my new home. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Tom at the Mattress Firm in Nazareth. I cannot say enough how he was a wealth of knowledge (a true Sleep Expert and ultimately helped me chose the perfect mattress for me without trying to upsell or be pushy. He was friendly and easy to talk to, which for a person who has social anxiety, meant a lot to me. I am glad I went in that day, and cannot wait to sleep on my new mattress tomorrow night! Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable about their products. Bought a new mattress and it was delivered in 2 days on a holiday. Delivery was painless ordeal. Old mattress out new bed and mattress installed. Very efficient.

After 14 yrs w the same mattress and 5 saying we need a new one we went to Mattress Firm Northampton and our sales person was Zouka Who was very patience with us, helpful and insightful. She explained the difference between mattresses ie; pillow top, memory foam and hybrid. Now we just have to wait for the mattress to be delivered. I would recommend this mattress store.

Dave was very courteous and funny. His product knowledge proved invaluable as he demonstrated the difference in the mattresses we thought we liked. He told us of all the deals going on at the time and made suggestions for a better purchase. We like Mattress Firm and will continue doing business with them.

My husband & I previously bought our mattress & adjustable base here 2 years ago and were very happy with our purchase, so we didn’t hesitate to bring our kids in this weekend to upgrade from twin mattresses to Full size. Our salesman, John Z. greeted us immediately and took great detail (& patience!) to find exactly what each kid was comfortable with. Our son selected a firm Nectar ‘bed in a box’ and our daughter selected a pillow top. Plus the special they were running- couldn’t beat the price for good quality mattresses!! Ive had my new bed from Mattress Firm for about 2 months and I honestly love it more every day! I can comfortably watch TV in bed and I sleep SO much better! We worked with Susan but both members of the sales staff were great. They keep the showroom clean and sanitized making it safe for customers like us to test out the electronic frames. 😉 (yes we did buy one because they are awesome)We were laughing like teenagers which in my experience makes other stores uncomfortable, but not here. They just laughed right along with us. Susan actually listens to you and helps you find what you need not whats going to line her pockets. We needed a new bed for ourselves and for my stepson. She showed us 3 different mattresses in three different price groups and gave us space to decide for ourselves. Nit once did she try to push us in either direction. She is knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will definitely send family and friends over to her if I hear they are looking for a new bed. Our only regret is not getting the frame with the massage options. 🤣🤣 Susan, thank you for everything. You are the cats pajamas!

The owner was a big help, he was very patient and took his time to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for and even after I made my purchase and realized I didnt want what I just bought he made the necessary changes to get me the right bed for me and my needs. I researched and checked out several mattress reviews on-line and the Mattress Firm Store in the Northampton Crossing Shopping Complex had high marks, so I went there first. I can see why the great reviews. Mark and John are friendly, not pushy, well versed on their bed & mattress products, and very patient. I visited several other Mattress Firm stores and different mattress stores, and did a lot of research, but kept coming back to this store. Im glad I did because in the end they gave me a really good deal on a high end mattress without any sales pressure. During the one visit, they allowed me to lay on a bed for 45 minutes !!! Todays sales experience was informative and stress-free, and met our needs. I highly recommend this store band these associates. I havent gotten delivery yet, but hopefully that experience is just as stress-free and pleasant as my buying experience.

We had such a great experience picking out our mattress today. The saleswoman were both great. Sue walked us through trying out several different types, she was very knowledgeable and relatable and her boss or manager entertained and interacted with our 2yr old boy. They were both friendly and didnt try to oversell us on anything. During the closing process they offered discounts and easy financing options and we left knowing we were getting just the right thing for us, plus next day delivery and set up. This place is a rip off!! Everybody who has bought a bed from them should measure it.. A king size bed should be 76 by 80 and my bed is 73 by 76 it’s not the right size in either direction. I didn’t buy a cheap mattress I paid $1200 for the mattress alone I returned it once within the 120 days only to get another king size bed that was 73 by 76. Place is a rip off I’m going to see what I can do to get my money back.
