I never get good service anywhere down 9 mile except here just went in an hour ago and the cashier was doing his job with a smile and was very helpful and the store was clean

Excellent customer service. Wife was able to find what she needed, employee are very helpful and asking if you need help finding what your looking for. Pharmacy was great, had my medications ready to go. Definitely recommending this place.

The pharmacist, Dr. Humayoun Ahmed, is the best pharmacist out there in the world! He’s very caring, and explained all my medications to me thoroughly. He even gave my COVID shot and waited with me to ensure I didn’t have any adverse reactions. I’d recommend anyone to use this specific Rite-Aid with Dr. Ahmed. Highly recommended to anyone!

That guy that cashiers is amazing and is really cool. 10/10 Store and even better workers.

The pharmacy staff is very nice and helpful. I recently got all my prescriptions transferred there from CVS. My inhaler was on back order at CVS for months but Rite Aid had it right away. Thank you Rite Aid!

Obnoxiously rude people. It’s like they’re doing you a favor by checking your prescription. One lady that answers the phone in the pharmacy is literally always on the verge of a meltdown - you can hear it in her voice. Seriously try to hire employees that don’t hate their jobs and maybe this wouldn’t be a terrible location.

The pharmacist is so amazing! He really helped me figure out all my moms meds and was so kind about everything even though I could tell her was super busy

I appreciate this Rite Aid. Its convenient. I love browsing the beauty aisles & the employees always tend to be friendly.But today I had a dental procedure done & needed to fill a prescription through their pharmacy. There was only one customer in front of me in the drop off line. The pharmacy tech & the customer were having a friendly conversation. Although I was in discomfort from the dentist from not even a full hour earlier, I always have a lot of patience. And I did not mind.When it was finally my turn to turn in my prescription, the pharmacy techs demeanor changed from being friendly to a somewhat stank like attitude. I did not get a Hello or a How can I help you?I politely said, Hello...And handed over my prescription. And she was just dry. She didnt even give me a time frame of when to pick it up. I went to walk away & my husband was the one to push me to ask when to return.I finally return to get my prescription & its a different lady cashing me out & this lady was worlds different than the lady at the drop off line. The lady at the pick up line was friendly & had excellent customer service.

A bit over priced on many common items.

On hold for 10 minutes for one simple question I had three people pick up the phone in those 10 minutes and nobody gave me an answer just wanted to know is do they sell filtered water pitchers simple
