I originally scheduled a covid booster at the 9 mile cvs at 7:30p. For some reason it is misleading in the online scheduling (according to the pharmacy tech there) and they didn’t have a Pfizer dose even though I selected pfizer as I was scheduling. They told me 10 mile has them and I could just head there. So by the time I was told that and got over to 10 mile it was 7:50p. When I made the initial online appt there were slots available including 8pm. Telling the woman at the counter what 9 mile said, I asked if they were able to pick up where 9 mile left off. She said “let me check if we have doses left”. She and the other woman discussed out loud, in front of me, how they close soon, and then repeated that to me, pausing then adding on “oh and we don’t have doses.” Nothing was checked. So do you not have doses or do you wanna close soon? Why offer the 8pm appt? What poor customer service, website scheduling and attitude. Would have been better if they made up a “we don’t do walk ins this late”. As a first responder I’ll find another way to get my booster other than cvs. So glad the people I encounter at my job don’t receive the “we’re closed” treatment from me or my team. Be better.

Service is terriable. Wait very long and the people always have an attidude

They have a self checkout. Otherwise it was pretty well stocked.

This pharmacy deserves a -10 review. I had an order for a pre covid screening for my doctors office. I went online to request the appointment and they told me they couldn’t send the results to my doctor it was illegal. Makes absolutely no sense and the woman was off the bat rude and dismissive. Clearly they just don’t feel like working. Awful service and awful place.

If I could give a lower score I would! I had an 11:50 covid testing appointment. There was only 1 car in line at 11:10 and I explained that my sleeping toddler was in the car with me and theres no one else here. The woman informed me that people could arrive at anytime. She made me sit staring at the empty line with my baby in the back while she serviced no one. What rotten service! Edit: the woman with the loooong blonde hair was so rude but the kind woman with the short red hair was very kind.

Horrible service at pharmacy EVERY time. Very slow. They never can seem to do what they are supposed to do with scripts. They never give all of the scripts so always have to make multiple trips. Then they never contact if there is an issue just have to find out when we come in. They say scripts are ready but get there and they arent. I call about it they dont know what to do or how to do it. I asked to speak to supervisor and then instead of saying shes the pharmacy manager she connected me to store manager who says he cant do anything because I need to speak to pharmacy manager. And then have the nerve to have attitude with me like I didnt know what I was talking about. THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH PHARMACY.

Worst CVS. Was in the drive thru pharmacy for 20 minutes with an appointment. After waiting i went into the building and was ignored. So once i left i called and told them i had an appointment. They told me unless i came back within 5 minutes i would just have to reschedule. I will never come back to this CVS for pharmacy needs. I would suggest walgreens up the street or riteaid!!!!!

This store has the worst customer service in the pharmacy. The computer system is horrible! Not the pharmacy for a diabetic!

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Have of the time I don’t get acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Slowest pharmacy ever, customer service is horrible. You can stand at the counter or in the drive thru for several minutes and they will just continue doing whatever it is they are doing and not even say we will be with you shortly. Not tan well at all. I would highly advise against using this pharmacy.

Poor customer service. customer service consist of listening!!!!!!! To what the customer is asking!..the cashier with the red curly hair, is always talking too much!...she hold up the line, because she always talking about everything else instead of what the customer asked for. she need to learn to relax.

The location is good the people that work here are helpful fast service and it has a pharmacy and quick workers accurate answers

The cashiers have poor customer service skills! The cashier left me standing at the lottery terminal for 15 mins all the while looking at me. But that will never happen again cause Ill go the rite aid from now on, an i advise everyone to do the same until cvs address these issues.

The employees are very professional.The pharmacy staff will make sure if there is a non compadable medication to let me know. There system is second to none when it comes to refills or contacting the doctor on my behalf. Keep it upPlease..

If you enjoy being judged by a pharmacist that knows nothing about you, this is the right place for you. I had to get a prescription for anxiety medication filled here. The pharmacist looked at me like I’m garbage and spoke to me with an incredibly judgmental tone and rolled her eyes at me while sighing when telling me it would be a few hours until it’s ready. Yes, I guess I am scum for having a valid prescription written by a real doctor for a medical issue that sometimes overwhelms me...what a joke.

Avoid this store and pharmacy at all costs, they repeatedly screw up perscriptions, I want to scream, the register up front always has a line, and slower than a 95 yr old ringing u up. I am so done going there, even though there around the corner from me, not worth the aggravation, and my blood pressure going sky high!!!!!!

Horrible pharmacists .

Worse store ever. There coupons never work correctly. The cashiers know nothing just ask them! And the management () wasnt much better! Save time and energy order on line from Wal-Mart they are CHEAPER no coupon needed and they deliver right to your door for FREE!!!

Slow & rude & rude

The Pharmacy is absolutely atrocious. Whoever Mole the Pharmacist is, she has no idea how to do her job or shes to lazy too. I will no longer go to any CVS after dealing with the garbag i delt with today. I will never ever use CVS

Place needs a negative star rating. Pharmacy is a joke. Had 3 prescriptions sent here. They took 5 hours to finish one then told me the others would be restocked the next day. Came back the next day and one of the remaining 2 was done. They then asked if I could wait 3 more days for the last. No! They didnt even bother to call to say they where out or there would be a delay. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I had them call the last into the 9 mile store and it was filled within 20 minutes there. Worst of all is the woman in line after me needed a refill she called in 4days prior. They told her that was on backorder. She also needed to find another store because it was seizure medication for he son who was down to one day of meds left. This store is so incompetent its going to get someone hurt. Stay away at all cost!

Would be 5 stars but the drive through sucks! They never open the window anymore and barely speak to you. Everything is passed through the drawer. So unprofessional and impersonal.

Pharmacy sucks, I would avoid getting meds from here. They dont answer their phone and when they do you on hold for 20 minutes. Smh.... NO STARS. .. Prices to high...

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would.. They literally never have my prescriptions. The pharmacy will personally call you and say your order will be ready just to have you arrive and nothing is ordered or on back order. Horrible and awful service.

This cvs is horrible I stay across the street and never can get a prescription filled because they are racist and pharmacy is horrible I hate it same lazy workers no African American workers honestly I believe all the staff has so limitations or special needs

The indian pharmacist lady and tech couldnt decide together what day to tell me to arrive to pick up meds. Second time. When i arrive, it is the wrong day. Funny, it is the pharmacist who changes the day. Not the techs.

On hold for 20 minutes nobody would answer the phone. How can you sit there and listen to the phone ring for 20 minutes and not pick it up?

Went in there multiple times to get ONE script filled. Every time they got the billing wrong and that was after standing there for more than 15 minutes not even being acknowledged. Get it together. Most horrible pharmacy around!

Just walking into this place your morale drops a third overall. Nobody is interested in doing their job, employees seem upset that you’ve entered the store. Avoid this location if you can help it.

Would not go back if you paid me. Management was rude, slow, and would NOT refund a cash purchase (WITH receipt) because it was too soon to return the item. Do NOT go here if you might have to return anything!!
