Theyve gone thru an upgrade - the pumps seem pretty new, & there was paper in the printer for receipts. Thats basically where my bar is - is the gas a good price (it is) & can I get a receipt at the pump (I did).

Speedway truly is one of the better if not the best gas station/ convenient store we have in Michigan with the points program if youre a customer you know what Im talking about. However this particular store is sub par to most Speedways however this is the Speedway I frequent because its in between home and work.

This place is rough. Dont know who was in charge when I was there. Card reader out of order and had to go in for receipt which I did not want to do. It was a hassle just to ask for it. This a Party place or location? I will avoid on my next trip. I was very curious on the attachment on the fuel pumps? Clerk said its a fire thingy!!!

Very mis managed. Employees are not happy and it shows. They need more help...

I just moved into the neighborhood and every time I come here the store is disgusting and they have fruit flies everywhere. Today I came in there they didnt have one cup for the fountain pop but fruit flies everywhere. Somebody needs to clean this place ASAP.. BARF 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I love Speedway Im from Florida and Im up here in Michigan because my ex-husband had a stroke Im here taking care of him and I just live down the street the only thing I want to see is more apple fritters🤷🏻‍♀😆🍎🍏🍩😆😆. Please ty ty ty 😍

The people that is working there now is the best. The coolers are stocked all the time the workers are polite to you, and smile. If you have a question they will help you and not give you a dirty look. When I asked for a bag the guy waiting on me smile and said no problem and put my items in a bag and handed me the bag instead of tossing me a bag then calling for the next person while I am putting my items into the bag.

Its a disaster inside. Every time I go in here, its a mess. The drink stations are cluttered, sticky, and out of cups. Today, the latte coffee machine was only dispensing water and the french vanilla cream was empty. Also, how long have those donuts been there? I see them every time I come in.

Crowded in the am but other than that its great.

I LIVE A BLOCK AWAY, AND GO HERE ALL THE TIME. LONG LINES, HARDLY EVER GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARGUE WITH YOU WHEN YOU TELL THEM, THEY NEVER PUT THE CIGARETTES THE BAG . I HEARD IT ALL NOT ON THE COUNTER, I GAVE YOU THE BAG TO PACK YOUR STUFF. CALL DAY MANAGER. THIS IS MY LADT TIME I WILL EVER GO TO A SPEEDWAY. I WILL ALSO TELL HOW CORRUPT THIS COMPANY IS TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. NOTHING BUT THIEVES. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND WHEN I BUY SOMETHING I EXPECT TO GET IT.

Terribly inconsistent staff. Most of the time no one has a concept of customers time. 4 people behind the counter and one ringing with five people waiting. Sandwiches are made some weekday mornings but not others. Borderline rude staff.

Just popped in for a pop.

Always,plan on a extended visit,standing in a dirty,line. Employees walking around,like return of the dead. Serves 3 citys,and owner cant make a visit pleasant.

Been going to this location for the last 11 years. To get my fuel smokes, drinks etc. Great staff back in the day, but seems like last 4-5 years its been going down hill. Seems like employees dont want to work and more rude. I go in there tonight and the guy that was working, gave me a weird straight eye ball look like I was doing something wrong. I check out after my purchase, he would not even hand my my item(s). They were still by his side like no effort was made to even lift a finger. Had to reach over and get them. If I knew his name Id report him. Which currently working on and will find out. 4th time in a row. I dont even go to that location as much as I used to.

Editing once again as the rude staff had been replacedOnce again this is a location is really like going to for whatever reason. I really do like the new coffee machines. Id like to go back to come here somewhat regularly. The new staff are polite and helpful.

Great staff but they definitely need more employees or they need to open more registers. If you stop there In the morning time be prepared to stand in line for a while.

Got gas for $13 from the gas pump with my credit card they took a $100 my credit card company looking into it

Absolute WORST experience EVER! Went for what should have taken a total of 5 minutes turned into about 25-30 mins. There was only one clerk, I had my three small children with me and had to wait in line the first time for 10-15 minutes, then when my pump didnt take all the money I paid for it I had to go back and wait another 10-15 mins. All for the clerk to tell me that she couldnt refund me because she didnt see what I paid OR what the pump was reading. Which didnt make any sense to me considering I had just walked away from her AND not to mention she didnt give me a receipt. My experiences have not always been the best at this location and today just absolutely took the cake.-Sunday, August 18, 2019- 2:20pm-2:55pm

I have always went to this speedway and alwaysloved it but now every time I go there’s a couple that panhandles and harasses customers for money. The employees enable them by giving them free food, cigarettes and allow them to ask for money INSIDE the store. And if this was someone who actually needed it I wouldn’t mind but you can tell that they are obviously on drugs and it’s not acceptable. This is a good community and flat out we shouldn’t have drug addicts harassing people for money on our way to work.

Well stocked, rotation is on point, if they dont have your coffee made they will drop whatever it is they are doing and make it.

I usually make it to this Speedway several times a week for gas, milk, pop. Good gas prices, and I like to use my Speedy rewards card for additional savings like free pops.

So very rude and disrespectful, purposely doing this to upset customers and having an attitude while doing it then blames customers . This is sad, its my local store and it continues to be staffed with disrespectful cashiers and the other employees think its funny, Im posting this after 10 visits of the same disrespect towards me and other customers, fix the problem please or there will be more bad reviews. I spend $250 per week here, fix the problem or my business will go to BP next door
