Absolutely the nicest people to bring my Audi to. I live in Eau Claire, and being that they are the only Audi dealership around for quite a while, I have taken my car there in the past. They truly are kind and conversational, and will inform you of issues without pressuring you to solve them or pay for them now. Absolutely would recommend taking your Audi/Volkswagen to them.

Just plain pathetic. Provided confirmation to purchase and hold the vehicle and then 4 hours later was informed the vehicle was no longer available. This after approx 2 weeks of working the specifics of the deal with the internet sales manager. Vendor obviously has no respect for following good and common business practices.

One month after I bought an Audi A4 2013, the steering started getting harsh, stiff and unpredictable. They didnt give a dime. So heres my 2 cents: Dont buy a car from someone who cant extend even a symbolic hand after selling you a defective vehicle. A bad experience to be sure.

Tween BMW, Lexus, and Audi. I pretty much had my heart set on a BMW, but had to make sure I at least test drove the new 2017 Audi A4. I absolutely fell in love. Sam Brenizer was my salesman and he worked wonders. Incredible employee and is an exceptional representation of Ken Vance Audi. He made everything from deciding on packages, to lease terms, seamless and actually quite fun. Normally car purchasing can be such a nuscance, Sam was devoted, hard working, and extremely helpful in the car purchasing experience.
