The 2 guys closing were the best. They were very helpful even stayed open late to let us in. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I can say Napa has become our auto store.

Went to NAPA because Ive always had good luck with their parts. Bought two wheel bearings for my wifes car and had them installed. Well one bearing went bad in roughly two months. Ok, I get it sometimes that stuff happens and hey they have a year warranty on their parts. Only thing is I had already thrown the receipt away. Dumb I know, but anyways I call to see if its even possible now without a receipt and the guy on the phone said it wasnt a problem because they can look it up on the computer. So I wasnt able to get down there until a week or two later and it ended up being the worst experience Ive ever had anywhere. I was courteous and polite as I told the worker about my warranty issue and thats when I started getting an attitude from this worker who basically made me feel like I was a thief for trying to get my money back without a receipt. He asked me multiple times about a receipt which I politely said I had called in to make sure it was ok. He said he doesnt know anyone in the store that would have told me that, insinuating that Im lying, and that I should have a receipt for about the 15th time. I finally came unglued on the guy saying Ill just take the part back and screw the warranty. I ended up getting my money back but my entire experience was absolutely ridiculous and Ive never felt so disrespected as a customer. Theres plenty of other parts stores in the area so avoid this one unless you enjoy being treated the way I was.
Warning: know exactly what you are looking for upon walking into this place. The young guys who work here have no clue about auto-things. Went in to get a 9/16 SP Socket. Its a rare size, but thats what my car needs to change the spark plugs. Didnt have it. Ok fine. Move on to spark plugs. They were able to look them up in the system and got them for me. Ok. I need the anti-seize for them as well. Kid tries to sell me loctite instead. Umm.......no. He recommended the medium strength because youll want to change your spark plugs at some point. Im glad I knew exactly what I needed going in or else these incompetent kids could have cost me thousands in damage to my car trying to sell me the wrong products.
Always have what I need and if they dont I get it the next day. Helpful and polite.
