These guys take care of my truck everytime I have an issue. They fix it fast and dont try adding extra things to the work bill. They are super easy to work with. I wont go anywhere else

Awesome muffler shop. We had a catalytic converter stolen. They replaced it for the $ amount I was quoted and in the time frame we talked about. Friendly and fair. Ill be back.

I needed an exhaust leak fixed for a much cheaper price that I could afford. Recommend by my regular mechanic and I was not disappointed. My car is quiet now and I am very satisfied with the service they provided me. I will definitely go back if I need any other repairs like this in the future. Would definitely recommend to friends and family as well. Thanks for your help and fixing my issues with my exhaust system.

Dishonest, rude, unprofessional Slapdicks- won’t work on cars that you supply parts for because “we don’t bring our own eggs into a restaurant”No, you just want to triple charge the customer for said parts that you get for wholesale…like I told you on the phone, you guys are a collection of crooked POS’s…the typical nightmare you don’t want to run into for auto repair…Get some people skills while you’re at it, classless

Overpriced for even the simplest of jobs. They take forever to get the job done. What they quote you is far from the end cost. Id recommend anywhere else but here.

Dropped my Hummer off Thursday was supposed to be done by Monday. Diagnosed wrong quoted $250 then changed price to &800. I refused charged me &105 for parts and labor even though nothing was fixed with no parts. Not only it want fixed it wasn’t done by Monday... it took until Thursday. This is the shop that took three months to diagnose my navigator and the diagnostic was wrong and it had to be towed to another shop. Highly recommend to NOT bring anything to them. Not organized knowledgeable and scam alert!!!!

I have never found a better mechanic who is COMPLETELY honest with me and lets me know whether or not I should complete a repair. Most mechanics just do whatever to try and get some sales. This is the ONLY business I allow my elderly mother to bring her vehicle to for any preventative maintenance or repairs.

He was knowledgeable but when I told him about a competitors price he seemed to get agitated and proceeded to tell me he was gunna charge me for all three mufflers and made it sound way more complicated. So I called the other place and they explained to me that this is what repair shops will do when they don’t want to work on your car or when they have to many in the shop already. I prefer the guys who just tell me no

Great people and very helpfull! Had our car break down and brought it here, even though they had to keep it for a little while, due to a mechanical issue they had, they were very friendly and apologetic. Did everything they could to make us happy!

Way overpriced!!!! These guys are definitely one of those stay-away-from car repair shops. Almost $450 for just the rear brakes. Quoted me $320 which was already $100 bucks more than anyone else in town. I had no choice because I needed my car fix without getting another estimate. During the repair guy, they never informed me of any additional parts being needed. Upon completion, he gave me a bunch of bogus excuses saying he couldnt get the rotor off so he had to order a whole new kit. A few dollars, no problem, but these guys were looking to cash in on me. Typical car repair shop rip-off tactics. First time and last time there.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. Stopped there to get to replace muffler pipe. Ryan looked at and said just needs to be welded he fixed it right then.i am taking my car there in future. They do more than just mufflers.

These guys are incredible. They are always honest about what needs fixing and what doesnt. I have been going to them for several years and they get things done when they say they will. They have kept my older van running and there are things that they could have charged me for and didnt. If you want honest professional mechanics go see them.

I tell everyone who asks that Mighty Muffler is the place to go for everything from a tire plug or oil change to body repair. 10/10 recommend.

Second time Ive used MM. Brought vehicle in at noon on Friday for an exhaust break between the muffler and catalytic converter. One new part and a few welds and I was back on the road by 4pm - they were able to fit me in. Great service! Honest shop that will save you money! Vehicles parked on the street is about the only negative here...UPDATE! In December (~8 months after original repair) the vehicle started exhibiting similar issues - noisy exhaust, Mighty Muffler did a warranty replacement on the part (resonator) and no charge for labor! Awesome shop!

These guys are awesome. The pipe between my catalytic converter and engine literally fell off. These guys they had it fixed in an hour and they only charged me $380 for it when i was quoted around $800. I asked about the price difference and the guy said he is special because he is good at making his own parts which makes it cheaper. My car sounds just like it did when I first bought it and I havent had any problems. Great and honest people. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My car started making noise, so I went to Mighty Muffler to get it checked out. The guys there were extremely helpful and HONEST! They told me the honest truth of what was wrong and they fixed it at a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend mighty muffler.

As others have said, dont let the small, unkempt look of the shop fool you! These guys are real, honest professionals and theyve helped me out in a couple jams, procuring hard to get parts on the fly and doing the work for 1/2 or less the cost that other shops quote me. They will continue to have my business in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone else!

Excellent staff and experience! I feel like a lot of places really try to scam young women into having unnecessary repairs done, but not here! Prices are very reasonable and staff is very courteous.

Quality of work was fine. Lost my number, had to call multiple times, took 3 days to weld on a flange after being told it might be done that day. Showed very little respect for my time and business. Same experience was had a by a friend a few weeks later

Ive been going to Mighty Muffler for many years. Ive never hade them steer me wrong. I recently purchased a 20 year old Jeep and took it in for fluid changes and a tune up. I was told it didnt need a tune up by Greg which saved me a couple hundred bucks. I appreciate the honesty and great work they do.

Great experience. They will do only what is needed and do not overcharge. I highly recommend them versus a major dealership as they are honest and only do the work that is needed! I have had bad experiences with other places but they are now my go to place for any repairs that they can do!

My daughter attends school in Eau Claire and I live in Green Bay, when her car started making noise in one of the wheels I thought it was a bearing so I looked online and found Mighty Muffler. She dropped it off the next day, called when when finished, found a screw in the tire. When she went to pick it up no charge, just said come back again. Very honest and polite. I highly recommend Mighty Muffler.

My daughter is studying to be a nurse at college and as a mother when her brakes were failing she could not get into another garage until Thursday. Kevin and his staff got the car in and fixed and 75.00 less than other garage. She said how nice they were and also washed car!!

I just had my muffler replaced here, and besides it being a very quick and inexpensive job, the service was great. Unlike a lot of auto repair shops, theyll fix exactly what you ask them to and not try to sell you anything more. Id recommend them to anyone, and will be returning if I need more work done.

Have taken care of my college kids cars over the years. Honest, fair, reliable. Good people as I was too far away to fix and they know what was needed.

Service was fine, but I thought it was pretty sketchy that they left my car unlocked on water street with the key in the drivers seat. Also, the cars parked around the shop are unlocked, some with the keys in them. Perfect for drunk college kid shenanigans. Not perfect for someone who doesnt want their vehicle stolen or trashed.

If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would! I had such terrible service! I called and asked if they could replace my fuel sensor and fuel pump as it was going in my Santa Fe. Usual problem I knew I would have to fix down the road and it happened. They said sure and quoted me approximately $900 for that as well as my spark plugs to be replaced as you have to going behind the manifold to replace a couple just something my husband didn’t feel like doing. I thought it was a fair price so I brought in my vehicle. They fixed it very quickly and I had it back by the end of that day not in time for work but I used our other car.Fast forward to when I picked it up. The fuel gage was still not stating my fuel correctly unless these guys took it for a joy ride to Green Bay and back and used all my gas and it was still stalling randomly like it was out of gas. I didn’t even leave the lot I went back in and confronted them. They said it was probably taking the electrical panel a little extra time to fully register the new parts and to give it 24 hours. So I did I took it to work that night it stalled again my dash board lit up like a Christmas tree.I called up mighty muffler thinking they just got bad parts and they could just replace it once more. I talked to the same guy and he said he didn’t know why it would still not be working properly and that he didn’t even know what he was doing as he had never done this type of work before. He also stated that he was the only one who knew how to do it in the shop to me when I originally called so I was angry that they told me they knew how to do it but didn’t. This is a business I thought, not a “hold my beer” neighbors garage shop.So my husband takes it back in and in total it took me 5 times of taking my car in to the shop before it was semi fixed because they kept “forgetting” steps or as the guy who kept working on my car put it “I didn’t know I had to do that!”As for the spark plugs at $9 a pop here not including the labor cost of putting them in. I figured they would have replaced them all like I asked and like they charged me for. Nope I got 3 cylinders misfiring because they decided to be lazy and replace the ones that were easily accessible and not the ones beyond the manifold.I can’t even fully express the anger I feel for this situation and how much money I wasted taking my vehicle to Mighty Muffler.

I took my vehicle in for an exhaust manifold leak. Notorious problem with the make and model truck I own. I brought it down to them again one year later with the same problem and they fixed it for no charge with no fuss.They stand behind their work. I appreciate that and would do business with them again.

The mechanic that runs Mighty Muffler is an idiot. Long story short; I took my car in to have my cat-converter replaced and brought my own part in. He said hed install the part for me and charge me just labor. Great, right? I take my car down he doesnt put it up on his rack, doesnt actually physically check what part my car needs, he just hops on his computer and tells me the cat-converter I purchased wasnt right. I go and get the correct cat-converter according to him (my own idiocy here) and he tells me he wont install it because he can get the part himself and wanted to charge me over $300 for a $100 part. So I go to a different mechanic only to find out that the original cat I purchased was the correct cat as I thought and my car doesnt have the upflow cat-converter he claimed I had. He didnt take the heat shield off to verify if I had the cat-converter he said I needed, he didnt check to see if there was another location on my car. He ultimately failed to do his job. If you go to this guy do not let him tell you otherwise about your car.

Theyre one of the only options for imports in Eau Claire so youre kinda forced to go here, but I would recommend you look elsewhere. I have taken in my car here multiple times and its an iffy prospect whether or not it comes back fixed. I brought it in for a leak I knew was happening and they gave it back and said they couldnt find it, then brought it back for something else and they wanted to fix the leak. I brought it in once to fix something in the engine and got it back with my rearview mirror just hanging. After twice getting it fixed for free I finally got the real solution from them months later and sent my gf to pick up my car and they charged her. So This is one of those places that you hear about that charge women more than men. After many experiences I would just recommend going somewhere else.
