The manager was a bit harsh. Was told I could get a remote by someone at this store .drive 1 hour and nope! The manager was more worried about who said I could get a remote than actually helping me!

This is our second sleep comfort bed. Michael is amazing. He was honest and upfront with his answers to our questions. He is very personable and great at his job. The displays gave us all the answers we were looking for in our decision on style and model. We chose the ILE split king flex fit 2 with head and foot adjustments.

My wife and I moved here from out of state and decided to try a sleep number bed. We ordered it and were told that It would be delivered November 2nd. Called the store and was informed it would arrive between 1 and 4 PM today. Called back at 3:23 PM and the store gave me the number for customer service. I called and was informed that the delivery date was Nov 5. And that it would cost $198 delivery fee. We were never informed of this. I cancelled the order and my wife and I will go to a local store tomorrow and buy a bed. I will never visit a sleep number store again in my life!

I know a few people who own Sleep Number beds and love them, but Im still hesitant. That is until I visit the Sleep Number store in Eau Claire. The manager Michael and another salesman also named Mike were extremely helpful and they answered every question i had no matter how big, small, or silly i thought it might be. They did not try to sell me a cheap bed or the most expensive bed they sold me the bed that was perfect for my needs and fit my budget. I am going to tell everyone I know what great sales people Sleep Numbers stores have. I will love to get one for my dad for his back.

Great experience. The beds are expensive but when you do the math and figure in the warranty (that you dont get with another bed) its not that bad. Youre investing in your future sleep. Friendly staff and not pushy at all.

We stopped in to just check pricing and what there is out there. We left and had lunch (right next door). We had so much information and a booklet. After lunch we went back and ordered our new bed. I cant wait, - we are getting it within a week.

Obviously the employees are going to be a little salesy, but the quality of the end result is undeniable. My wife and I have had our sleep number bed for two and a half years now, and have been through two pregnancies with it (one before without it.) I like to sleep on a firm mattress (my sleep number is 100) and my wife likes to sleep in a hammock (30.) We did spend a good chunk of money on this bed, but we have never regretted it, we still love it and still tell everybody we know that is looking for a bed to get one. When were gone on vacation we hate the beds and cant wait to get home to our bed, and when we finally do we cant ever get over how incredibly comfortable the bed is. Best bedroom investment weve ever made and wed do it again.

I ordered a pillow and then 8 days later it still didn’t arrive to my house. I was told they messed up the shipping. I asked for a discount to supplement the inconvenience of not having a pillow. They rejected. I definitely will not recommend Sleep Number products as they do not value a good nights rest as much as I do.I also was told I was going to be given a refund. 1.5 months later. Still no refund!
