They gave me no problem at all returning my childs boots that had a sole come off after 6 weeKs. Exchanged it happily.

I believe your store should support all body sizes/types! I saw a beautiful display of apparel and come to find out Boot Barn doesnt sell plus sizes. What a shame

The sales people here are very pushy and rude. When I told them what size shoes my daughter needed the lady said there was no way my daughter wore shoes that big. I replied Really, because she wears a size 10 now and they are to small. She then didnt reply and just walked away from us. About 20 minutes later she returned and continue to tell me that I needed a smaller size, my daughter couldnt even get her foot in the boot the lady was trying to sell us. I finally told her that if we needed any help we would come find her because the lady was pushing stuff on us that wasnt even what we were looking for. Very disappointing on the selection they had available as well. They used to carry quality name brand and now they carry lower end urban brands.

The employees are always amazing at this store! They have a pretty good selection overall of clothing but not so much on men’s boots.(specifically square toe and exotics is what I wear) On the plus side their website is loaded with everything you would ever need and want!

Cutest western wear and accesories,purses boots jackets fringe and dennim,I was in heaven ! Prices were aslo good.

They have a great selection and helpful staff. Reasonably priced as well

I loved it but I got jewelry that i absolutely loved but it was left out on the counter and not even scanned and i live an hour away so I cant go back and get it I was very disappointed

Never has the items your looking for and then always disappointed when we go and dont find. They are not interested in helping their customers . Dont know the products they carry and if you do find it online then you have to pay for shipping charges

Bought a pair of boots a month ago and they fell apart was told my work boots were used and abused and they wouldnt warranty them. I will not be returning prices are too high for the lack of quality

Drove an hour and a half to try on boots and the three pair of size 14s they had I couldnt get my foot in the top . Completely useless !

I was there with my boy trying to find him boots. We were the only people in the place except for 2 floor people. They never help us. I had to keep going up front to ask questions. You would of thought they would come in back by the boots and help us.. Its hard to get good help

I love boot barn! It is by far the best place to buy boots. The price was better online and they agreed to match that price. They have an amazing selection, and a wide variety of brands and high quality items.

Good quality products, cost a little high but good quality like I said but no one helped us all the while we were there.

Was in there a month ago and not happy I just wanted to buy new boots and went to the counter to check was asked if I wanted to sign up for there credit card and when I said no the cashier and manager both became very nasty and rude to I will never shop there again

Fun little store, one of the smaller Boot Barns. I am told but had a fun visit while in Oakdale Mall. Found a couple fun Christmas gifts and other fun little items. Slightly expensive normal prices, luckily they had a good dale going on while I was there.

Renee harke really helped me out while she was visiting the MOA boot barn store in Bloomington. It took 3 tries to get the correct matching pair of double H boots but she was by far the best person I could have talked to in order to fix the situation. By no means was it her fault, MOA had not only the wrong set but also the wrong inventory and the wrong help to order me the right pair, but miss Harke stepped in and got me the right pair of boots that actually fit a day after and stopped me from making a 3rd! trip to MOA to get things right. I live an hour away so the complementary convieneince of her services really helped me out, and I even have free shipping recipes to send the wrong pair of boots back! Thanks a lot Renee!! Also the pair of double H boots fit perfect because she made sure each boot had the correct number on the inside of the boot which ensures that they are a matching pair (I have 5 pairs now. Not my first rodeo) which I would expect from anyone who enjoys the perfect fitting work boot. I myself could tell right from the get go these would be the boots for me until I get another pair of the same exact double H boots next time.

The customer service was extremely rude they watched me like a hawk like I was going to take something. Then when we went up to ask a question the guy was super rude about it.

Just order online or call the store before visiting. Their womens selection was very limited. They only had certain styles in certains sizes... for a place called boot barn they seemed to lack any inventory of boots.
