My mom needed some shoes and when she went in, the employees were only talking amongst themselves and paid her no attention as she waited to talk to someone for help. Since noone was going to help her, she walked out without purchasing anything she needed after 10 minutes. Not cool.

I ordered a pare of hiking boots there because I have had bad experiences with ordering on line and not likeing them so I wanted to try them on this time they didnt have the one I wanted but were more than happy to order them for me so I could they before I buy. Ive been buying boots from Shoe Doctor for 20 years. They always order me double Es so they fit proper. Last pair of boots I ordered the end of June, they couldnt get them in 7 1/2 so they tried size 8. I tried them on. They were loose. The young man assisting me said you can put inserts in to make them fit better. He was right, but after paying $166 for the boots, he wanted to charge another $30 for the inserts. I offered $15 for the inserts since they didnt have the right size. He told me no. So I told him to keep the inserts then, you just lost a 20 + year customer. He replied thats fine with us. I left with my boots. What the hell is the matter with these people. Chet Robinson

Went to The Shoe Doctor to get a pair of shoes for work. The sales rep there helped my buddy and I as soon as we walked through the door and was quite knowledgable on the different types of footwear available. I ended up getting a pair of Red Wings, but they have a wide selection of brands available and you should be able to find whatever you are looking for here!

I went here for some work shoes and the staff was very helpful. Right qu he directed me to were I should look and talked to me about the differences. When I couldnt find what I was looking for after trying on several pairs of shoes he brought out a pair for me to try on that were perfect. This will be the only place I will gulp for steel toes from now on.

They call him the shoe doctor for a reason my girlfriends father gave me her grandfathers Irish Setter Red Wing boots from the 1950s which I might add or Better Built and still in better condition than any shoe on the market today just a tongue started to tear so they stitched it up cleaned up the leather and treated it with neats-foot oil offer 25 bucks and threw in a pair of brand new leather laces. Highly recommended business

I bought one pair of boots here 3 years ago. They took the time to fit me and special order a pair of red wing work boots. I have brought in dress shoes, work boots, and other boots in for repair and they have always done good, fast work! As an example, I brought in a pair of Keene boots I bought elsewhere because one of the hooks for the laces had snapped off. They fixed it free of charge in 5 minutes. A year later, a second one broke off. I brought them back, dropped them off to get it fixed and have the boots reconditioned. They charged me a whopping $8.-, and the boots came back looking near new (now 4 years old). Great service, good prices, and nice people!

A bit of a wait but every time I have been here the service is awesome. They sell good products and are not afraid of telling you the truth about them. They wont try to upsell you something more expensive, but a product that fits your needs.

Dealt with a kind and energetic guy named Keegan. I told him that it was my first time spending this much on boots and that I was nervous. He was awesome. Sizes me up, assured me of details I didnt even find in my research. Threw in a few shirts for the purchase and even boxed up my old boots. Great guy. Good company, but I really want to commend Keegan for representing his company so well!

Went there looking for womens work shoes, when I walked in was greeted & helped until another customer came in, after that I never saw the sales lady again. I was actually thinking of buying 2 pairs, guess not, the sales lady was busy with the other people that came in after me. I hesitated about even buying the first pair, I bought them and at $150 not even a thank you! Customer service and appreciation is very poor, probably wont enter their establishment again.
