I worked at this company in 2017-2018 before all the layoffs and COVID. It was a good working environment that only suffered from internal squabbles. Free in house gym with a stereo system and yoga room, plus three day weekends every other week. Long 12 hour shifts but very generous with pay compared to other companies with similar work. I understand the low ratings because of the layoffs, but normally the company is very good.

The job itself wasnt bad at all. The management is a different story completely. They over hire expecting to get these big orders that always fall through so you are left getting laid off.

I worked there 11yrs from 1998-2009, layoff 2000 & 2009. I enjoyed my time there & if not for the radio playing 24/7/365 I probably wouldnt have lasted more than 3wks.

I definitely would not recommend working for them. Job security is definitely not their strong suit. They will over hire for business they think they are going to get but when they dont get it they just let everyone go because who cares if they have family or bills to pay. The upper management team needs to learn how to make better decisions and needs to stop the extreme micromanagement or they are headed for bankruptcy and TDK isnt going to be their to buy them out this time. They have been nothing but a financial drain on TDK so I could see them pulling the plug on the experiment any day.

Do not work for this company. Their training process is an absolute joke. You will be thrown into an unknown area with no trainer. You will be at the mercy of your co-workers in if they want to help you learn correctly or not.This company as well is judgemental to people who suffer from any mental health ailments. I have been a victim to them. Head my warning STAY AWAY FROM HTI AND ITS PRODUCTS. Garbage company.Also side note their supervisors are horrible and have little zero idea what they are doing.
