Came in frustrated with my old cell service Republic Wireless, Bailee was great at helping me pick out a new phone and getting me on a new T-Mobile plan. She did a terrific job explaining to me and helping me transfer all my apps from the old phone to the new Samsung phone. Great experience.

I went in with ALL devices except one that is in AZ to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile as instructed by the T-Mobile employees at the Apple Valley MN store. Hard to accomplish being we all live in different states but we MADE it happen. Austin (at the (Eau Claire store) argued with me into staying with Sprint, changing to the military plan and getting t-mobile network SIM cards. Come to find out they couldn’t transfer my wife’s Apple Watch (which is new and purchased unlocked) to T-Mobile so her watch is on Sprint and phone is on T-Mobile, which doesn’t work as it should so I canceled her Sprint plan. I have NEVER had to work so hard at getting nowhere and I have fought in wars for these kids! Very disheartening T-Mobile.Update,I appreciate that the store reached out to assist. Unfortunately I wasted way to much time at your establishment in the first place. After visiting your store I ended up with a disaster that needed to be fixed. I drove to the Apple Valley MN store (6670 150th St. W.), 130 miles to work with Matt. This whole ordeal cost me over $200, but I have never been so happy because they (Matt) fixed everything that this store jacked up. Step up and own it Austin, and the lady that was with you which seemed like a manager.Efixed.

Was having issues with my tablet getting it working as simple as possible for Larry. Time, patience, and their knowledge worked out well.

Great experience with this store! We were switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. I did not expect to have so much trouble switching (AT&T issue) but thankfully Sarah did everything in her power to get done what we needed to get done!

I decided to go to this t mobile store after seeing the mall store had bad reviews on Google... so glad I did. The manager was very helpful in signing us up for the mobile and making sure we got every discount possible. She was very thorough and helpful and I definitely recommend this store.

Absolute best service I have ever received from a phone provider. Knew the answer to almost everything I asked, and made sure to find the rest of the answers for me.I even wanted a phone that they happened to be sold out of (OnePlus 6T on release day) and they drove me across town to another store to pick one up, and continued to help me with my purchase/plan change even after closing time for the store.Nice and casual employees who were happy to talk and joke about other topics while waiting for things to go through on the computer. Will always come back to this store if I need to speak to someone in person.

Totally absolutely lies. Marketing SCAM. Doesnt cover my area. The company did not tell me this when i came in. I found out after the fact. Absolutely nothing but a SCAM. Wont recommend this company to nobody

The manager is super! She helps you get what you want, she takes time to explain things to you, and if she is unsure of an answer she calls around to get you the answer. Much better than the mall. She also works all the time so always ask for her!! I’m very happy with the customer service from her and t-Mobil!

EXCELLENT customer service!I was tired of seeing my Verizon bill go up every month while already feeling that I was being overcharged for my unlimited plan. I called the store at 917 S Hastings Way, Eau Claire, and spoke with Sarah. I already had a SIM card but needed to go into the store for my phone to be inspected for insurance purposes. Sarah and Josiah, who were both very friendly, went out of their way to make me comfortable with my decision to switch my services for my iPhone 6S Plus 16GB. While they were checking on options for insuring my phone, I walked over to look at the iPhone 8S Plus 64GB and asked about the option of trading my phone in. After finding out that Id get a new, better phone with much more storage for just $5 more than Verizon had been charging me for service alone, I decided to go ahead and make the swap. Sarah and Josiah got everything in order for me, transferred pictures and data from old phone to new phone and I walked out a happy new TMobile customer. I highly recommend this store!

I broke my phone last Saturday. I talked to Sarah, who is in fact, an expert about phones and t mobile. She was super friendly, incredibly informative, and helped me pick out the perfect phone for my needs without pushing me to purchase the newest most expensive phone. I didnt feel pressured what so ever and I left feeling super confident.

Came here to purchase a new device. Once i purchased my device i was told that they could make a phone call off of it but i needed to go to the Oakwood Mall location to have ANY AND ALL DATA TRANSFERRED. This T-Mobile does not have the machine that is used to move contacts/images over to your new device so you might as well go to Oakwood instead of wasting time going to both for one phone set up.
