She hooked me up with a new phone and service in minutes. I like dealing with a live person and you always feel welcomed!!! The price was right and I love their freebies!!!

Sketch looking mostly empty storefront with only one person working there when we went in. Poor signage that mostly didnt match what I found on the metro website. We eventually left because we did enough internet based research while we stood there waiting to talk to someone, that we determined it wasnt the best option to meet our needs.

I love coming to this Metro PCS in Eau Claire. The lady is always so nice, and goes above and beyond for her customers. They have the best deals on phones, and prepaid monthly plans. I highly recommend, and I will always promote them when asked which carrier to go through.

Store was closed WAY earlier than posted hours. If it were a holiday or some kind of other unforeseen conditions such as severe weather or personal emergency, I would understand this, but nothing was posted on the door. It was the only expected open shop in the plaza shut down, lights out, and locked up well before 5pm on Sunday. This isnt the first occurrence. Maybe I should consider service elsewhere?

Terrible customer service every time I have been here. Unfortunately this is the only location in the area.A friend called and was told they had a specific smartphone in stock. We drove 30min one only to be told they didnt actually have it but could order one in.Second time there I stopped for a sim card. I was told they had to set up service for me or the sim wouldnt work. The sim was for my sons phone so I couldnt have them activate service even if I believed them. I went home and emailed metropcs and found out that it was a lie. You only need a sim, you put it in the phone and dial *611 and follow the instructions.Third time there I asked for a sim card and was told the same thing again. I told them about my emails with metropcs and that I wanted to buy a sim. They told me again that it would not work but they would sell me one. I went home, threw in the sim, followed the instructions, had service in less than 10 minutes.

Horrible. Arrived at 5:40, 20 mins before they close at 6pm. I drove across town and when I arrived I see a lady inside but the doors are locked, I knock on the window and she shakes her head and says shes not supposed to be there and then walks away ignoring me. Waste of time, poor laughable service.

Not very good store for buying a phone and using their services. They sell your phone number and email addresses to solicitos causing you to receive several nusance calls all hours of the day and night. You also receive allot of spam and junk emails from people and places you never heard of. Dont buy or use Metro PCS.
