My passenger side front corner of my car had been hit, taking out the area around the fog light. I had no idea who did it or when it happened. I don’t normally see that side of my car. The crew at Car Star worked with me and my insurance company to make the process of getting the repairs done quickly and efficiently. Once the parts came in, they started work immediately and had it completed 2 1/2 days later. They also worked with a car rental company to have car ready for me when I dropped off my car and arranged to have the rental picked up when I picked up my car. The repair is beautiful, it looks like a brand new car! I would definitely use them again and I recommend Car Star to anyone who needs car repairs done.

Brought my car to Carstar due to rear end damage. Justin took all of our info, took a look at the car, assessed the damage and explained the procedure to get the car repaired. He sent the estimates to my insurance company, I dropped off the car early Monday and on Friday, I got a car that looked as good as new. Justin was easy to work, he kept us up to date with the progress and the work was professionally done. Kudos to all!

I never write reviews on Google... but for this one, I had too!I had gone to 4 other locations in Eden Prairie to get quotes on a scratch. This place was around $400 cheaper than any other place. (Yeah, don’t even try going to lamettrys a straight up rip off.)Not only is Justin AMAZING to work with (he genuinely cares about the work that’s being done and is SO thorough and nice), the job that was done was absolutely perfect.If you’re wanting a great priced place, and wonderful staff, this IS the place to go.

Bergin Auto has been incredible within my horrible situation! Not only did they do a beautiful job repairing my car but they talked with this awful insurance guy (NEVER GET INVOLVED WITH AUTO OWNERS!!) and tried to get him to believe that part of this accident was not my fault. Everyone at Bergin has been so sweet, I’m thankful I had them through this situation! Hopefully I won’t have to go back but if another accident happens they will always be the first place I go to and recommend to everyone!

I absolutely loved Bergin Auto Body. My car was brought there for damage to the back drivers side door and rear fender. You cant even tell that my car had been hit! Mark was awesome he answered all of my questions that I had and kept me informed on all that was happening to my car. He even allowed me to go back into the shop the one day and look at the process. I will recommend anyone I know in the area to Bergin Auto Body for repairs. The repairs were done far better than I could have ever expected and the customers service was the best that I have dealt with in a very long time.

Totally recommended. Brought my mustang here for rear bumper damage. They fixed everything super fast and the result is absolutely perfect. Also, they are so nice and personable! And honest in their pricing.I will definitively take my car here for any future body repair!

Typically, I dont leave vendor reviews, but felt I needed to bring clarity around Bergins website claim: our work is 100% guaranteed with a limited warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. I took my car in for advice (Eden Prairie location) regarding a new rust spot of approximately 1 square inch. The owner assessed and recommended Bergins services of cleaning, applying rust inhibitors and repainting at the cost of $400.00, (and the price of a rental while my car was in treatment) Appreciating his professional opinion, I took his advice and picked my car up 2 days later, assuming all was well. Fast forward 21 days and the paint is bubbling in the exact area of treatment. I took the car in for re-assessing a few days later and it was immediately determined that the rust was back. Yes, only 21 days later! Their response: Oh, yes, rust can come back within 24 hours Goodness, really? The owners offer to reconcile was, for an additional $400.00 he would replace the entire panel....thats it, the ONLY offer. My first thought...if Bergin cant fix a 1 inch square rust spot, why on earth would I trust them to replace the entire panel...really? My next thought...Why would anyone release their professional reputation and pride in their work for $400.00? And next...Why would someone show up for work, offer up expert advice, complete a straightforward task, and 21 days later be proud in admitting that their work might last for only 24 hours....really? Especially with the websites claim: our work is 100% guaranteed with a limited warranty for as long as you own the vehicle The answer to to all of my questions is obvious...it centers around their disregard for their reputation and customer service. The owners offer to reconcile (see above) made it very clear that Bergin no longer wants my business. Period. While they agreed to sell their reputation for $400.00, it will cost them much more in loss of future business. I could go on, but need to close for now...off to Walgreens for a nail file and polish...better than Bergin.

6+ years ago, I had Bergin Auto Body repair a deer strike, and they did a great job. The insurance company wanted to cut corners, and the guys at Bergin kept insisting that it would not be right to do it without new parts. Recently, I noticed a rust bubble developing where some of the paint work was done. I went in and talked to Mark and he said as long as I could produce the previous paperwork, they would warranty the fix. I brought the truck in and 2 days later it was fixed and they did a great job. Kudos to a shop that will stand behind their work like that, over 6 years later. They will be my first choice if I ever need something fixed in the future.

Got the brush off. I have had marginally good experience here in the past - nothing great, but nothing bad... I once had to tell one of their workers that they installed a headlamp upside down before then taking my front bumper apart to fix it myself.This time, an attempt to get some custom work done was met with repeated Call me in a week. Were too busy. I did this for 6 weeks (I was in no hurry, and to be fair, I had informed them of this) before I got the hint. The final nail in the coffin was no return call when I left a message requesting a call back. Customer service is important. This was a failure in that area. I recommend others to look elsewhere.

I have had a few jobs done there.. the reason i am giving it a four out of 5 is because they broke my key fob.. and they did a shotty job covering my car.. there is overspray on my trunk, rear windshield, and all over my fuel door.. *inside of it * you can hardly notice the trunk and rear windshield .. but im a picky person so.. yeah!
