Great location!! I was out of town when the tire light turned on. Not only did they air up my tires but Scott and the guys were able to squeeze in a much needed tire rotation.

I tried to make an appointment online, but the tires I wanted said they wouldn’t be in stock at this location until next week. I called and spoke to Christian who was helpful and polite. He helped to get the tires I wanted and a same-day appointment. I was in and out of the store within an hour or so. Very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I had my tires done this morning and this place is fantastic!! Got me in quickly, had what I needed in stock, the customer service reps were friendly and knowledgeable, the crew did amazing work. John was amazing as I pulled in for an air check and actually had a flat tire. I had 25 minutes to be where I needed and he shifted his crew around so they could get my tire fixed and I could drive safely to work. Liam who greeted me at the air check in was very kind and informed me that the tire was too low to put air in because it wasn’t safe to just fill it back up. Amazing staff at this Discount Tire location. Ive gotten several tires replaced at this location and always had great service. My most recent tire set picked up two nails within a month of getting a full set. The staff there were phenomenal in repairing the first and locating a replacement tire under my warranty for the second.

Told them I could only buy two tires, and would have to come back in a couple months for the other two. The employee offered me a discount so I could get all 4, not only that but they had it done the same day! Plus, their warranty is unmatched. Will definitely go back!

Id give it 5 stars because I mostly have great experience. But one experience and a follow up really annoyed me.One time they finished in 30 min but nobody called or texted my phone (like they always did in the past) or even called my name in the lobby where I waited almost 2 hours before finally asking if there is an issue. Ive had service take over an hour during busy periods so I wanted to be patient. So I checked my dash cameras at home which are front and rear. This is how I know it only took them 30 min. In the rear video I saw the tech walked in, didnt call my name, just immediately put my keys on the back shelf and didnt seem to tell anyone.Next time I went I let the manager that day know what happened and he brushed it off and said it probably took so long because it was very busy, which wouldnt have not been there fault. Completely ignored the fact that I said it didnt take long, the staff at the time (he was not one of them that day, I recognize most of them) didnt attempt to notify me in any way so I wasted a lot of time sitting there when my car had been done for awhile. That was a mistake that could be prevented, so I was annoyed that instead of trying to understand what I was saying, he brushed it off as its not their fault its busy.I was almost.tempted to give a 3 stars but they normally are great but I had to get this annoyance out there. So dont be afraid to ask if there is an issue like I was. The guy who helped me through out the entire 2 hours looked at me several times acknowledging I was still there so I assumed he would let me know. But apparently they would have let me sit there all day had I not finally asked whats taking so long

We called to get price quotes and were able to come right in and get the best price on 4 new tires.. it was done in less than an hour

Scheduled the appointment online to replace two rear tires and was there 3 hours later. Very fast service in and out. They also rotated the front tires without me even asking. However I realized the issues a 4 days later. The rear passenger trailing arm on my car (2016 BMW 3 series) broke. Very odd part to break I thought. Then once I replaced that one a few days later because its a special order part I see the driver side is also bent. Looks like damage from lift arms to me. I called and talked to Caleb to ask if thats something they would make a note of as its a safety issue. He said they would normally but not in this case there was nothing on my paperwork. I dont have a way to prove this was their fault but I would expect a professional shop to notice this especially because its a part you can clearly see when taking the tires off and damaged on both sides!

Wife went in to get tire replaced through her insurance and they told her that she has to pay for one single tire on her all wheel drive suv (when you have to change all of them. Then they told her that the insurance doesn’t cover it (when it definitely 100% does) but they told her to pay for it and call the insurance later to reimburse…..that definitely wasn’t true. Run from this place immediately and go anywhere else

I brought my car in just as the shop was closing - had a bad flat. They put my spare on for me and I was able to make an appointment to get a new set of tires the next morning. The tires I wanted werent in stock, but Chris picked them up from a different location on his way home that night so they would be waiting for me the next morning. I showed up the next morning and everything was ready to go - in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service and a great selection of products.

Definitely the right place to go!Chris really took care of me. I ordered tires, which FedEx lost, so they had to be placed on backorder from Michelin. My current tires absolutely needed to be changed, so Chris put on a set of tires they did have in stock and will switch them out free when the tires I ordered arrive!

These guys are awesome, I started buying tires there years ago and every time I am in there the experience is great. Got some great advice this past week on a new set for a newer pickup, and they had them on the truck and ready to go in an hour. Really like the email reminders that its time to rotate, which helps keep me on task with several vehicles in the fleet. Service is fantastic, free rotations, free air checks, I had one set that ended up with a warranty claim and they handled everything for me. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.

James H the 3rd was fabulous, I showed up with no appointment and a leaking tire. He was so professional and polite; he did not make me feel like I was a bother for showing up at the end of the day. Exceeded my expectations! I dropped off my car with a flat tire, and in under an hour and a half they replaced the valve stem, replaced my spare tire with the fixed one, and put the spare neatly back into its place in the trunk. All of this was free of charge! The customer service guy was also very friendly. Very impressed.

These guys helped me fix a flat when 4 other places refused or simply didnt have the specialized equipment necessary for a 21 wheel. They also take the time to answer my questions & educate me. Ive been to them 6+ times and every experience has been excellent.

When all the rotation recommendations are followed & documented, they stand with their warrantee. I recommend coming here, getting the warrantee, aligning your tires, if needed, & rotating the tires every 5000-6000 miles, for the best chances of making your tires last. If they are a dud, the warrantee or better is in place. Keep your paperwork if you get the tires rotated elsewhere.I appreciate being safe on these Minnesota roads, and being treated fairly. I like the added security of their roadside assistance program.

Staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. My special order tires were delivered 2 days later and installed the next day. Crazy fast for snow tire installation right after the first snow storm of the year when everyone wants the same thing.

Great services, fast, and friendly staff. I had a screw in my front tier and they fixed it for free with in 35 minutes. At that time they were busy and I’ve seen a lot of people waiting for their vehicles so 35 minutes is totally not bad.

I called to make an appointment for what I was hoping would be a simple patch. Scott scheduled me for the same day, only about 3 hours later. It was a little busy but Scott and Caleb were running the lobby like champs and got me checked in quickly. They got to my car promptly at the appointment time of 5:30 and the job was finished by the time they closed at 6:00.Scott, who appeared to be the manager on duty, or at least in some kind of managerial/supervisory role, was polite and engaged with the customers. He was also kind enough to help me look for the plastic cover that fell off of my door handle (I forgot to warn them about the fact that it was loose, completely my fault), despite it being after 6:00 while they were trying to close the store and get home for the night. We found it in the parking lot, and he then took time out of his closing schedule to find a tube of super glue and help me glue it back on. Definitely above and beyond customer service!Caleb was the one who got me checked in and out for the appointment. He was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, with impeccable manners. He also made sure to offer a choice between having the crew drive my car in, or letting me do it myself to lower the potential of virus transmission via surface contact. They really seem to be making an effort to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.I didnt have much interaction with the tech who brought my car back, but he was very friendly during our brief exchange. He was also kind enough to check the service area for my missing door handle cover, even though he likely had closing duties of his own. I didnt catch his name, unfortunately.I really couldnt be happier with my experience here. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they did the patch job for free. Ive only ever come here for tire replacements before tonight, and Ive always been pleased with their work and customer service, but I had no idea that they do patches at no cost.This store has been recommended to me by a few people, and Im so glad that I listened. These guys are great!

Ordered up new tires for the car on line, but had to stop into the store to pay for them and set up an appointment. Appointment made for that Saturday at noon. Was able to get in on time and had 4 brand new tires put on the car. Had a little bit of a problem with one of the rims. The manager assured me the problem would be taken care if. Recived a call later that week and we agreed to how the problem would be taken care of. Over the last 6 to 8 years i have always gone to Discount Tire. They stand behind their products and workmanship and always get you taken care of. You need tires you cant go wrong with these guys.

I always have a good experience with them. I’ve purchased sets for two different vehicles. They are super helpful with repairs even if you don’t have tires from them. The warranty worked out for me as well if you are buying nicer performance tires that may have some extra wear I would recommend them. Had a much better experience then the Lexus dealership.

I pulled in to Discount Tire at 6:05 not knowing they had just closed. The manager came to the door and asked how they could help. I told him that my warning light had just come on, so they checked my tires and filled the leaky one. The manager and employees really went out of their way to help me after hours. Great customer service from really nice people!

Im giving two stars. One for courtesy and the other is for keeping my appointment as the previous time they didnt. Im removing the opportunity for the other three stars because the service writers refused to mount my tires on my Audi because the load rating didnt meet the requirements, but the 96V does and exceeds it wildly! I had to take more time out of my day and drive two blocks south to Bobby & Steves where they kind of snickered about the Discount Tire reps lack of understanding! I doubt Ill be inclined to do business with DTire again.

They made a error with my sensors and had to comeback to fix. If you go there see Zach he’s fantastic. He took the time to greet me and respect my time for having to come back in. The store manager Scott on the other hand makes you feel stupid and doesn’t seem very apologetic for a mistake his own store made. Interesting how the rep had more accountability than the manager managing them. Will consider next time before shopping with them.

Always have the best experience here. Made an appointment for 9:30 this morning and got there at 9:20, they took my car right away and I did not even have time time finish my coffee I broyghtbwith before they were done. Pleasent, professional and courtesy is right on track.

Came in today because the slow leak in my tire had turned into a fast leak and these guys were courteous with me who is having a bad day and took my car around to the back remove the nail that they found in the tire and sent me back with no charge. I do feel like I got really lucky but these guys took a bad situation and made it perfectly all right and I will be coming back to them in the future if I ever need anyting I am ecstatic with the service that I received.

I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and they were like a pit crew had me all done and on the road again before my scheduled appointment even was supposed to start.

Fixing tires fast! Wow, they are kind and thoughtful and explain details well. My tire went flat, and they were able to get it fixed and really made my day. They have a small waiting area with cool water. I didnt have to stay there long, since it was repaired so quickly. Highly recommend!

Everything about my visit was great. It would be 5 Stars except the coffee was empty and they were too busy to make fresh. Thats a good thing if youre the owner, not quite so much if youre the customer. Aside from that, the staff was great, very knowledgeable and very professional. Ill definitely go back to purchase a full set this Fall or Winter.

BETTER SERVICE AND PRICE THAN COSTCO.If you know this location, you also know that there is a Costco not a half-mile away. Today I stopped at Costco for a quote on new Michelin tires. Received the quote after standing in line at Costco for 20 minutes. Was told that the wait time at Costco would be over two hours to have new tires installed. Really???Took the Costco quote to Discount tire. Without any hesitation, they matched the quote immediately, including the free mounting promotion currently at Costco for Michelin tires.Discount tire had the correct Michelins in stock. Less than 90 minutes later, we were out the door on the new tires. Mind you, this was during the lunchtime rush.Four vehicles, two boats and a camper later, I have transitioned completely from Costco to Discount Tire instead. I am thoroughly sick and tired of the long wait times at the Costco tire center anymore! And heaven help you if you have a flat, or something unscheduled that needs a quick repair...Without fail, each time I have dealt with Discount tire it has been a great experience. They are courteous, their prices are more than fair, and they do excellent, speedy work. I see no reason to shop anywhere else.

Every time I need a tire air check, I come here and the experience is wonderful. In addition to being professional, the staffs are always very friendly and polite. Even though I arrived at a time very close to the end of the store hours, the staff happily provided assistance without expressing any impatience.I also had a tire punctured by a nail and they repaired it for free.

Ive been using this place for years without complaint. They always have the lowest prices and the service is always friendly and timely. My most recent visit was to swap out my winter tires for the summer and I was out in under 30 minutes (summers were already mounted on wheels). They also do free rotation and inspections on all of your vehicles. Highly recommend them for any tire or wheel needs.

I havent used the tires a whole lot yet but theres a guy named Antoine that works there. Hes gets these 5 stars! He waited 45 minutes after they closed so I could get my keys. I didnt even ask for this either. Im sure the tires are good too

First time going to this location. I was very impressed with the customer and prompt service. The one thing I would recommend is making an appointment with them. They make appointments priority over walk-ins. Just a heads up.

Refreshingly terrific customer service! Both Mitch and the other customer service managers are great. Honest, no pushy sales tactics, they give you all the options, pros and cons and then let you decide. Their prices are the same or better than Costco but you get better hours and better service. I have taken all my cars here for years and would not go anywhere else.

Quick service, even during their busiest season. I was replacing 2 front tires with little to no tred. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
