I went here for my exhaust replacement on camry 2008. They did a fairly good job as far as I can tell and very prompt response. Paul, Eric and David all are really courteous and prompt in their service response.Some of red flags which may be coincidence too, I was delivered car but it was having engine light on, once I pointed that out, it turned out one part was not replaced in exhaust which caused it. Okay. I was asked to spend another 100 bucks for that part since it was not part of estimate. Okay.I was changing my engine air filter and noticed a screw was missing from housing, TGK was the one last touched it. So may be they lost it? May be, may be not.I also changed my cabin air filter and again noticed the spring system was broken. Guess what, TGK touched it last. So again coincidence?Overall I was satisfied with my interation with TGK even with extra 100 bucks. But hey, am not auto expert. So only time will tell if the job was well done.TGK does boasts of guarantee on their work, hope no one has to use it :).

I was referred to TGK from a friend as I was looking for a place to work on my truck. I have been an auto and truck technician my entire life, but now working on my own stuff isn’t possible. I have been going there for over a year now for maintenance and repairs. They have always met the time to return my vehicle, done everything I asked, given good recommendations and been very fair. Things don’t always go perfectly in the automotive repair industry but they have earned my business and recommendation.

The TGK team and facilities are great. I have appreciated their prompt attention when we needed urgent service and other shops cant/wont fit us in on short notice. When you have an urgent problem, you need an urgent solution and they have always done whatever possible to get us back on the road. Ive been impressed with all the team members both up front and in the shop. They explain the issues and pros/cons thoroughly. And the courtesy and communication and professionalism are above and beyond what Ive seen in many other shops. More importantly, I find that level of professionalism and courtesy consistent on each and every visit. I find their estimates to be accurate and honored and the pricing to be fair for the quality of service. My son is a new driver and learning to manage his own vehicle. Ive pushed him out of the nest just a little on the car maintenance as he will be out there on his own soon enough. Unfortunately, there are too many shops that just dont partner with their customers for a long-term business relationship. I find a shop like this critical as a partner for a young man starting out that doesnt have the vehicle experience yet. They have been great in working with him and educating him along the way as he runs into problems that all cars have and they get the issues corrected. We plan to send all of our maintenance business to TGK Automotive. Now... if only they worked on motorcycles...

I got a pre-purchase used auto inspection here and they were very clear about any work that needed to be done, when, and what the manufacturer recommends. I have veen very happy with all of their services so far! They have better prices than than getting serviced by my cars model dealership and seem more trustworthy than any of the shady car shops closer to my home.Waiting room is also very nice.

Very friendly and honest service. The employee at the front desk learned my name and would recognize me when I would come in. Beyond the friendliness, the service was excellent. They did a great job diagnosing my car issues, and then giving me options as to what is really important to fix and what things can be passed up. I never felt pressured to make fixes (they never used scare tactics). When I decided to get things fixed, the quality of the fix was typically very good. Once or twice something wasnt quite right, but all I had to do was notify them and they would make it right, no charge. I highly, highly recommend this service.

Had new tires and rear shocks installed. Tires, shocks, and labor were reasonably priced. I shopped around and got quotes from three other shops and all quotes were similar. In the end Modern Auto Care was closest to my work, which they were very willing to drop me off and pick up when the work was completed. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and were accurate about the repairs needed. I had no surprises or felt they were taking advantage of me. I didnt have anyone telling me We wont know until we get in there and take a look. To be fair, shocks and tires are a pretty standard fix but I feel now that I have had a chance to get to know the work they do and their character. I will be confident and willing to bring my vehicles to them when there is an unknown issue that requires We wont know until we get in there and take a look.Facilities were clean and staff very friendly

I have been a customer of Modern Auto for a few years, and now have been to TGK twice. this last time they repaired a punctured tire at the cost and time frame they promised. Both service personnel at the counter were friendly. I am pleased with the work they did and I will be a return customer.

Brought my car in to get some work done (Oil pan gasket and rear axle). Even when things went a bit south (old bolt snapped in lower control arm) they overnighted the part from Mazda and took care of it. As someone who likes to know everything that goes on with my car, they were willing to show me everything and hide nothing. Great fast service by friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend.

I went to this place to get my car oil changed. The service was good, however it seems to take forever for a service that usually only takes 15 minutes in most places. I looked around the waiting area and it seems to be just me and another guy. There were a few service guys available in the garage area. I am not sure why it took them so long to finish the oil change. It took about an hour to finished.

I went in to get an oil change and AC checked for my Honda Odyssey. Shop is clean and staff is courteous. In addition to the services I asked for, they also did a comprehensive inspection for free and told me what other things should be addressed. Their price was reasonable and they called me to update me about the progress of work. I didt feel pressured at any time to get something done by them. They also have a web-based system to show the whole report and services performed etc. I think it will be useful from a historical service tracking perspective. This was my first experience with them and I am impressed with the service I received. I will do business with them again.

These guys are the real deal. They’re always honest. They’ve squeezed me in for last minute oil changes multiple times and they buy their synthetic oil in bulk and pass the savings onto customers. After factory warranties are up on new vehicles I take them to TGK for everything.

I had my car aligned here as I just put new tires on and I knew it was badly out of alignment. TGK was very quick to get me in and to complete the work. Four months later and I just rotated the tires for the first time and the treadwear is perfect and the car drives great.

The service you get here is second to none. Paul and co. always have an accurate diagnosis for me and gives me forecasts for the necessary things to keep my Toyota healthy. Taking a car with 180k miles and making it feel like it just rolled out the factory is a remarkable skill and match that with customer service that isnt pushy you cant go wrong. Thanks guys!

Andrew and Paul made the diagnosis and repair of my ignition issue a top priority, allowing me to use the loaner vehicle numerous times, never making me feel like a nuisance. A car that doesnt start is a pain in the rear. Their attitude and aptitude has earned them a loyal customer for sure.

I have now had two services performed on my Accord at Modern Auto Care. They have always been extremely friendly and very helpful! They fixed both a bearing and the high pressure power steering line and I havent had an issue with either since. The prices were also extremely fair, and they do a quality job. They gave me the estimate on the services I said and wanted without trying to oversell me on anything, and said they would call if anything changed that would require more work (and nothing changed). I will definitely be recommending them to my friends in the area.

Top Notch A+ technicians. I had a problem with a sensor that was shorting out my computer and diagnostic scan tools were unable to identify the issue because my cars computer was shorted. Lou was able to tell me what the problem was based on experience and sure enough I unplugged the sensor and my car computer was able to communicate with diagnostic scan tools again and my car was able to start again. I ended up replacing the sensor myself as I have the tools and time and the sensor needed to come directly from Lexus if I purchased a new one which was very expensive so I purchased a used one for extremely cheap. My problem was solved because of Lou’s knowlage bottom line. If you need someone who really knows what he’s doing you should go talk to Lou, he’s not cheap but well worth the money as you’ll save money in the long run over going to someone who would spend hours trying to figure something out.

Brought a challenge to Paul & Lou my 1987 Toyota Supra that had not been run in 10 years. They were able to get it running and road worthy in a week and half. They talked to me about any work they thought was necessary before doing the work. They discussed all the reasonable alternatives open to me along with their recommendation.the costs were lower than I expected and they even discussed a plan to make the car run better over time.These guys are the bestJim C

This place is great. I called and spoke with Paul, who was very friendly and helpful. I needed a used car inspection same day for a prior salvage car that looked like a great deal, and he got me in when I needed. He told me to steer clear of the car in question (no pun intended) because of some stuff they found. On top of that, he said they didnt have to dig very deep to see the trouble, and ended up not charging me for anything! I would definitely go back here for my car troubles or to check out a potential car purchase if I was in the area. Thanks guys!

I brought my car here for an oil change. When I dropped the car off the Trip A odometer read 9500 and some change. Upon picking up my car I noticed the Trip A odometer had a reading of 22.3 miles. I called to find out why the reading would change to anything but 0. The gentleman on the phone said that is impossible and asked me what the total reading on the odometer was. I told him the current reading (note that this is 3 miles down the road) and he said that is what his system shows for a reading when I dropped it off there. So not only did an employee use my car after the oil change the person I spoke to lied to try and cover that up. I would like to note this is most likely the owner of the shop I am talking to. I came here for convenience because it is close to where I work, however I will not be returning to future service. I am paying for my oil to be changed not for a service tech to run his errands in my car, with my gas.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for that elusive local auto shop you can confidently trust for great service at a fair price.

I needed an oil change & also have an issue with internal oil consumption on my 2009 Camry & with some research from the front desk staff recommend I replace a PVC sensor, I thought I would see an improvement with the problem. The previous business I used for oil changes never did any research on this issue. They are looking out for the customer & want to help solve a problem with the lowest cost possible to customer.The lobby is clean with a tv, fresh coffee, water & pop to drink while you are waiting for your car
