If I could give less than a one star I would. The employee, Joe, who apparently has been setting up phones for the last 15 years was the furthest from helpful. Sent home two elderly women home with two iPhones not set up and locked. Had to contact apple support to get it fixed. In addition, was switching from AT&T to Verizon and was not impressed with the customer service.

Had a lot of negative experience working with corporate customer service not honoring the deal that I signed up for when I came to Verizon, despite being told monthly that it was going to be taken care of. After four straight months of sitting through multiple hours of calls and dropped service requests, I decided to go in and talk to a real person, this is where I met Mitch. He understood my issues and commiserated with my struggle and in less than an hour, he aided in ridding all of the ill will I had built for Verizon. He listened and sat with me as an advocate to resolve the billing issue I had been facing. The error was fixed and I am finally paying what was agreed to. Thanks, Mitch! Ill come to you guys again instead of facing the run around with phone and online customer service.

Gabe provided extremely patient and professional service when assisting us in transferring and trading in all our family cell phones! He is very customer-focused and gave us tons of information to find the right program without being pushy like other reps in Verizon retail stores and on the phone. Also, we thought it was kind that he stayed after 7pm closing time and thanked us for our patience when it was him being so positive!Pro tip: this location gets popular sometimes, so I recommend coming early, putting your name down if there is a wait time, and checking out EP mall across the street.

Dishonest about the plan that was being set up so now paying $180 a month for apparently 2 free phones and 2 lines of unlimited data but I cant view the pricing of plans because Im always redirected to the app where it will not let me view this information. Tried contacting customer service but Ive only been able to get a hold of robots who do not give me useful information. When we first got on the plan we switched my old number over to Verizon and it took OVER A WEEK for my phone to actually work & no one seemed to know how to fix it so on top of paying a large amount, they charged me knowing I was unable to use my phone for a mistake on their end. Also, they are charging me for a international call I NEVER made

Another Verizon Store told me I would have to go to the original store to warranty my screen protector, when I got to the store the manager informed me I had to visit the manufacturer through their website normally but since the other store misinformed me, he would replace it for me for free. It was a busy day, the wait was about an hour, when I returned the general manager helped me and got my screen protector put on fast. I would just like to thank this Verizon store for the excellent service, it’s hard to find these days. Thank you!

The team at this Verzion FIXED my IPHONE that the “Genius Bar” at APPLE told me was broken..Long story short... there was a small piece of plastic in the charging port of my phone. Apple said the phone was broken and I needed to upgrade. Verizon said no problem and took it out with a special tweezer in under a minute.Thank you Verizon for actually helping a customer and not just trying to sell me something.

Had a bad experience with this store. Not customer friendly. They did not care and provide good service. I wanted to migrate to prepaid. Not sure if prepaid customers are treated separetely. I went there to return the mobile device i purchased through verizon. They were not willing to take them. Also they confused me saying 5G postpaid sim cannot be converted to prepaid and i have to get a new sim for prepaid. They did not even care to talk to customer care from their store. I went to their store 5 times and finally dropped device in UPS for return. Also faced tough time to talk to verizon customer care. As a new verizon customer moving from my old network, i am not happy as a new customer. This happened in June/July this year

My visit today was quick, easy, and efficient. From experience I recommend stopping at a Verizon store during a weekday versus a weekend if you are in a hurry. On weekends the wait can be quite long. Today I only waited a couple of minutes before being helped which was great. This location is always very helpful.

Our company prefers to work with this branch since they are a true Verizon store. However, they cant be trusted at their word and you have to be aware to read all the fine print because we have been lied to and have an additional $450 to our bill because of two deceptions. The first deception was that the sales associate assured us that with a promo we got a tablet and that we could go home and cancel the monthly which was a lie because now we have to pay monthly for it for two years. Called and complained but Verizon just said we signed the (huge) document and were locked into it. The second deception, we declined the protection plan and the sales associate did end up adding that so that was an additional undesired monthly charge.

I recently switched from a different phone company to here and it was the QUICKEST visit I ever had in a phone store. They were so fast and knowledgeable. I bought and activated four phones in around half an hour. The only negative I had was the few times the employee tried selling me accessories, but a no thank you was sufficient enough.

When asking a question or trying to get a quick answer, the staff makes you feel like you are asking stupid questions. I know Airplanes because I work on them, but I never made anyone feel bad about the questions asked. Some have no people skills. My next phone will probably be someone else.

Long story short... needed to use a discount code online instead of in store. This is when the attitude switched from what can I do for you to you figure it out. Left the store and ordered them online to be picked up at that store later that night. Came back, he brings one out and then says he cant open the safe for the other one for another 10 min.

Stopped in on a Thursday morning to get a new iPhone. I considered getting a new battery from Apple when my iPhone 7 slowed drastically. After doing some reasesrch I determined it was the best deal for me to enroll in the annual device trade in program. I had multiple devices I was willing to trade in - and Nate made it PAINLESS. Walked out happy with an awesome new device, a big savings, and a smile on my face! Instead of helping us transfer into the same plan, they provided us with a 1-800 number to call. Totally bizarre. While purchasing my phone, the sales rep was extremely forceful and tried to rush through the transaction. Be aware of disclaimers for insurance. The rep tried to sell the insurance like it was amazing, but there are actually a lot of disclaimers! Not informing the disclaimers make customer upset if they ever need the service they pay for, so my recommendation is to be transparent. While signing the statements, the rep gave me no time to look over it, and when I tried...they lingered over me. They don’t offer you time to review it, so next time I would ask for some time alone. My advise is to go through Apple for insurance. The customer service is much better if you’re buying an iPhone. Verizon uses insurance through an external company and it’s a horrible process.

When you get quoted 30 minutes and it takes an hour; your fiancé asks how much longer and gets quoted another 20 minutes; you hear one of the employees casually talking to another couple already being helped by a worker (and it’s about how he quit a previous job without giving 2 weeks notice, sounds like a quality employee); that same worker that’s casually talking helps 2 people that walk right in the door before you, you get 1 star. And how rich it was that we were texted our turn 5 minutes after we walk out the door. I have never been so blatantly disrespected. I will never return.

I dislike this store very much because its always busy. Theres always a long wait, and Ive not had good service experiences here. Phone activations seem to take forever. The last time I stopped in to see if I could get a good deal on a phone upgrade they presented me with an offer that would have cost me more money in the long term than had I just paid for a new phone outright at full retail. I question the integrity of the sales people.

I live in Eden Prairie, so needless to say, Ive been here on several occasions. I had one good experience with a sales rep when there was no wait and it was pouring down rain outside. Though they told me they didnt have any black Galaxy S5s in stock, they later found 10+. I dont know how you misplace all of your inventory of the number one selling smartphone for the month.Went back again today with a 30 second question, and asked if the guy with the tablet greeting people could answer it quickly without waiting 30-60 minutes in line. He said no he couldnt because hes too busy managing the list of people waiting. From having worked in numerous retail jobs in my life and hosting for a very busy college restaurant, I can tell you from experience, this guy is just terrible at his job. I got the impression he was the manager, but Im not 100% on that. A system is only as good as the people managing it, and this guy doesnt have a clue about what hes doing. I was iffy on leaving a negative review as I dont like to do that, but after reading some other reviews, they all seem to echo the exact same issues Ive had.Get yourselves a real manager, and learn how to effectively manage a customer queue. Dont make people with 30 second questions wait in line for 30-60 minutes when you could take 30 seconds to simply answer the question. Basically, just get rid of the lazy manager or whoever the guy was up front today. Hes awful at his job.Between this and phone support, its amazing these companies continue to exist.

Awful, Im ok with 35 min wait, my turn now- I explain 5x what phone I want to buy, explained 3x that I will pay for out right, not monthly, explain that the phone I have has very low battery, it cant be recharged-broken, need to transfer info to new phone, but they dont do that, I explain Google Gmail is not backing up my contacts, shell look at it, over 15 mins to come back with the phone and a lot of other stuff I did not want, trying to solve why contacts are not backed up, ready to pay for the phone with the same number and data, only to be told its also $40. to upgrade. Im sorry Im done, not my idea of good business for the customer, great business practices for them though.

I love this place. I have taken my Android there four times, and been quickly greeted every time. Once they told me there would be a 25 minute wait so I returned the next day, but they were honest about the wait time.Twice my issues were very complicated. Im a software engineer and I know what it looks like when people have to escalate troubleshooting. They succeeded, they nailed the problem. They have real technicians there, not just sales folks who can hack a little like at a mall kiosk.

Being brand new customers to Verizon we had terrible experience online and our orders did not get anywhere. So much confusion during the holiday season! After 4 days we walked into the store in Eden prairie, hopeless and frustrated, thinking we would return our devices, get our refunds and walk out - no more Verizon! Ellie Cenfield and Haley Brown changed all that. Ellie sat with us, patiently listened, understood and did her very best to get the mess sorted out. Ellie and Haley - through nearly 10 hours (I am not kidding - it was 10 whole hours!) of working with Verizon customer care sorted the entire thing out and we walked out very happy customers :) Ellie and Haley are the best and they are the reason we stayed with Verizon! Way to go! I would definitely walk in to thisStore for any future issue I have with Verizon instead of trying to get anything done online.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! I went in with a problem (long story- I was told after 6 months I could go on Edge, and on the day they said I could I couldnt because I was given false information (online on live chat), so they said they would cancel my current contract and start me up on a new one with a new phone because of the the false info) they told me to print out the conversation and bring it to a Verizon store and they should be able to take care of it. I went in and explained what happened, they instantly were like sorry we are a Edge store only, we dont do 2 year contracts here (which is a total lie- they are a cooperate store). I went to best buy across the street and was talking to a sales associate and the manager came up and was listening when I said they told me it was a Edge store only and was like wait here so he called the Verizon store and told the manager (the one who said they couldnt do it) and the manager flat out denied it! Even though he told the person helping me that they wouldnt help me! Will be going to best buy from now on. At least they tried to help me!

I purchased my phone from the Eden prairie Verizon store a year ago. I opted for the insurance program through Asurion to protect my device. Ive been paying $10 a month for this service. My phone recently broke and I filed a claim with Asurion. In addition to the monthly fee I also had to pay $150 when I filed the claim. The replacement device I received was REFURBISHED. It was NEVER communicated to me at the Verizon store that my new phone with insurance would be refurbished. I am extremely displeased with both Verizon and Asurion. Rest assured, our family will be cancelling the insurance on all phones and taking our business elsewhere when our contracts are up. The phone I received with insurance through Sprint in the past was a NEW phone, not a refurbished hand me down.

Do not come to this store ever. Terrible customer service and an unreasonable Manager. We had new Samsung S7 phones set up at this store. They used a cord to plug into the charging jack to transfer the data, contacts, etc... later that day when I tried to plug in the home charger that came with the new phone it would not plug in.Took it back to this store, they told me I damaged the plug on the phone by trying to plug it in and that they couldnt have damaged it when they plugged it in. Now they want $175 deductible for me to use the insurance to fix their damaging my new phone.Do not use this store!!! Read their reviews!

Horrible, used car salesman tactics.Clean store but unintelligent staff. They are quick to up sell you on a new phone or plan but when you have questions on a particular feature of a smart phone they are at a total loss. The only response was we dont support third party products. The question I had was on the Android operating system pre-loaded on the phone. If you dont know anything about the operating system of the phone you are trying push on me then take a hike. Id rather go get an iPhone where at least the Apple people know something about the stinking operating system and can answer questions.

Do not go to this store for accessories! I went in to buy 1 accessory the other day and the manager Josh was helping me. He stated to me that its cheaper to buy 3 accessories then it is to buy one, and then told me that the next available sales rep will not be happy unless I buy atleast 3. I asked why and he stated that there is a minimum that the sales reps have to hit and if I dont have 3 they will push me to buy 3. I cant believe what I heard from a manager. I let without buying and went to the mall kiosk where they had the same stuff plus a few different accessories and didnt push me into buying 3 accessories. The Verizon mall kiosk was so much better to go to then the store. I have always gone to the store, but new management and a lot of new faces means only one thing. The new management cant keep the employees around long and are making them hard sell everyone. Very slow, very unproffessional, and no one helps unless you are adding a new line.

Already a customer of Verzion with a iPhone X. Went in to try Samsung’s new flagship phone the Note 9. Samsung’s advertises the Note 9 with the capability of playing Fortnite and noticed the game wasn’t downloaded onto the phone so I took the time to download it. A sales rep came up to me stating it “won’t work” assuming I’m trying to get the galaxy skin and accused me of trying to steal. He should have just made a positive assumption that I’m trying to either purchase a tab s4 or note 9 phone without making me feel uncomfortable. How am I suppose to test the Samsung’s advertisement/phones capability if I’m being rudely approached and shooed out of the store.

Three months ago I went in to add a line for my girlfriend. She preferred to get a new number but I was told if she ported her existing number I would receive a $100 credit after 30 days because it needed to be outside the trial period and they needed to get it processed. Guess what didnt show up so I called Verizon to find out it actually takes up to 3 billing cycles, so I waited. Well guess what didnt come after the three billing cycles called Verizon again this agent called this store to try to figure it out. She was told the the person I set the line up was in at 11 ( mind you it was 10:45) and the store manager would look at it and give me a call to get it figured out. Yeah that Never happened either. All sales with no knowledge of what they are actually doing and obviously no care of the headache their lack of knowledge of their products cause.
