I highly recommend Metro Self Storage in Eden Prairie in Flying Cloud Drive ! Mike is so easy to work with and he genuinely looks out for the interests of his customers making sure they get the best deal possible. The units are clean and secure. I feel safe there no matter when I arrive or leave. I’ve stored elsewhere in the past but this is now my only “go to”.

The company itself is easy to work with and has a well-designed website that makes finding account information and paying bills easy and quick. The manager at the Eden Prairie, Minnesota facility, Mike, is organized, friendly, accommodating, and an asset to Metro. The other employees I worked with were all highly-trained, knowledgeable, and helpful. They and Mike helped make my move in and out a breeze. The facility is spotlessly clean, conveniently located off a freeway exit, and easy to access. I switched to Metro after a competitors subpar service and facility maintenance, and I highly recommend Metro and the Eden Prairie facility. I would use them again without hesitation.

We had a great experience at this storage facility. Mike was always very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. He helped arrange an out of state move from facility to donation centers. The location is clean and affordable. Auto payments made it super easy to deal with. Clean out was painless. Would def rent another storage space here in the future.

My wife and I both appreciate his forthrightness and transparency while figuring out what makes the most sense for what we need in regards to timing, cost, and space. Would definitely say that Mike makes getting storage here in Eden Prairie just an excellent process and made it feel like it was a good decision without trying any sleezy tactics, he just cared to make sure we had what we needed and that we were taken care of. Coordinated entire family to help elderly family members move out, but door lock systems of facility were inoperable, and caused 2 hour delay in all of our schedule..No local assistance was available to let us in.Really poor service..

Very accommodating; been there for about 12 years due largely to this location being off 212 & Shady Oak.Previous ownership had once hired unprofessional employees; in contrast, I really like the current owners & management.With this type of service, (storage), no news is good news. Paid for moving truck and workers however due to technical difficulties i could not get into my unit. When we called the manager he said to come out another time. Not why i paid for 24/7 service. I Will be taking everything out today and i will never use this facility again. waste of money and i am extememly upset that i have to rent another moving truck
