Having decided to move to Minneapolis from out of state, to be near family, we needed a storage facility. I called Brain on Eden Prairie Road and he was super helpful but did not have what we needed. He was helpful and helped me get in contact with Tina on Flying Cloud Road. She was just what we needed to feel taken care of with storage. She wanted to make our move as stress free as possible, kept in contact with me, explained how everything worked, and met us with a warm Minnesota welcome, a smile, and the comfort we needed to know we had picked the right place to store our stuff. She is such an asset to Public Storage and has pride about her work! You have great workers in Eden Prairie and were glad we are able to keep our stuff on Flying Cloud Road. I had to store two new trailers in a pinch over winter and Tina bent over backwards to find the right storage solution to fit my needs. I am not easy to reach so we played a lot of phone tag. She was so caring and attentive throughout the process; it is abundantly clear that she loves her job and is damn good at it. When she did not have immediate availability, she asked around at other Public Storage properties to find what I was looking for. As soon as a viable space became available at her property, she called and got me in. These days, with the focus on online transactions and order pick-up or delivery, exceptional customer service like Tinas is unexpected, hard-to-find and so, so appreciated.

I stopped in at 840pm, the gate closes at 9pm. While leaving and putting everything back in the trailer by 915, the on duty manager locked 3 of our vehicles in and we have to dial 911 now. She says the gate locks you in at 10, I said well I’ll guess I’ll have to do a 911 as she promised we would be here all night. There’s a little house here attached to the office where little children are watching us through the window. Literally, the manager is locking us in and playing games. Well, congrats, I’ll never rent here again.Eden prairie police are amazing people. After I confirmed children were looking at me through the window, it’s like, they’re in the house with the office. They just shut the lights off and they’re playing games. I showed a photo of the child looking at me through the window and the police were like, yeah no we’re not playing her games.I’m not saying she should be fired or did anything wrong, but if I were the city council they would want to know about this as they renew any permits or inspect the gate system that was clearly shut off. She told me it shuts off at 10pm and that we would stay here all night she didn’t care.Uh huh.So if you’re renting from this place, 911 is the gate number you need to call if you’re detained by Karen.

Very quick, professional, friendly, and got in the day we called. Clean units. Affordable rates and even offer specials.

This place is really a good place to store things. I really like the staff. Tonight Zoe Ann informed me there is a way to open the gate remotely using my phone! So helpful she was. I always appreciate people who go out of there way to make my life easier, thank you Zoe Ann!!

Ok, where to start? This was my first time using this service, so naturally I need to ask questions before I fully commit. I found out it was a herpes free place, and Tina kept the property in emaculate shape...well groomed. Putting my stuff in was amazing! The climate controlled box was just the right size! When I pulled my stuff out, it was super hassle free, and quite easy to do so. I would like to thank Tina and staff for an amazing time!! And yes I will be back if I need those services again.

Great storage location (private, on quiet road, but close to main traffic artery). Amazing staff that works toward solutions instead of constraints/limitations.

THEE BEST, most friendly, efficient and amazing customer service! If every place ran this way the world would be a better place. :) I left with tears in my eyes because TINA and ASHLEY were like angels sent to help us solve a major problem! It was 10 minutes before Public Storage closed and we were DESPARATE to find a place to unload a truck. (An entire another story where U-Haul failed) so we called here and they offered to stay open until we got there, had everything ready in 8 MINUTES from the time we walked in the door and couldnt have been more accommodating! I hope both TINA and ASHLEY are commended and given something to recognize their OUTSTANDING service! Also, the unit was clean and the entire business is very nice inside and out.

This is a wonderful place to trust with your belongings!!!. The place is always clean and the environment very friendly. Having lived in the Eden Prairie area for over 30 years, this was my first go to storage facility (still have that same storage for almost 8 years - no problems) and I have continued to own different units over the years. Tina has excellent command of the facility. If you need to get set up, have any questions or concerns, she addresses them RIGHT away. She is always available when I call, and if you get her voicemail, you will be sure to get a call right back:) This is a great property, in a great location and the staff will definitely steer you in the right direction. Just awesome!!! Good job!

This was a tremendous experience, everything was perfect to set up a new location to keep my supplies as we move to a new home. I want to thank Tina and Tee for going the extra mile to work with me. I was moving to MN from another state, and they worked with me so my storage unit would be ready when my treasures arrived even though I wouldnt be there. While the unit I reserved wasnt available for my move it day, they found another unit that worked for me at a great price. I appreciate them being so fair, responsive, and each to work with.

Beware of water problems, our unit was flooded and everything we had was ruined! They acknowledged the damage and took responsibility but Tina refused to offer any concessions! Absolutely the worst mistake we made renting a unit here, if I could give them a zero I would!

I was in an out within 20 minutes. We started by going to my assigned unit to make sure it was big enough and clean/good condition. We went back to the leasing office, signed some documents, tested out my lock code and I was on my way.I was helped by Sam who was very friendly and professional.To get 5 stars in the future, I think Public Storage could be more upfront with logistics and fees. My total due at signing was about $65 -- this included $1 for the first months rent, $25 admin fee (I think for the lock?) and finally insurance.

Great experience with Andi. Super fast in and out and my convertible is safe for another winter. Appointment was set for 10:00 am and I was done with storage and out of the facility at 10:32 am. That was all Andi being super efficient with her clients time. She is also way funnier than Craig at the Eden Prairie road Public Storage. Craig is awesome too just not as funny as Andi.

Tina was so wonderful in helping me find the right space for me. I called around to a lot of other stores and she was the most helpful and nice person I talked to. I would recommend this location out of all of them to everyone I know.P.S. Tina has the best customer service by far. As busy as she was she still had a smile on her face and was so nice to everyone that walked through her door.BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Tee was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. She made the entire experience easy and very quick. My husband and I rented a 10 x 25 storage unit and were able to look at it immediately. The price is great (the fall sale just started so our unit was priced 1/2 off) and the space is clean. We will be recommending to our friends and family.

I walked in to make a payment today and Tina the property manager was pulling weeds in the parking lot. She greeted me before i even closed my car door.. I told her she was doing a great job and the property has been looking better everytime I stop in. Tina said her goal was to make the property look amazing. Not a weed in site. She is so sweet. I told her that her managers made a great choice making her the property manager. TLC was long over due!

I rented a 10 x 15 storage space for my office goods whilst waiting for my commercial space to be ready. The manager Tina made it very easy to do so. She is always friendly and helpful, more so than every other employee I have dealt with. I was impressed with her service and dedication to me (the customer). If you need to rent storage space, speak with Tina,... you cant go wrong!

We have been very pleased with the storage unit we rented. It served us well while we down sized. This was our second time using a public storage facility and we would recommend public storage to our friends. The only thing that was disappointing was the big jump in the cost of rent.

I just moved out of here after 15 yrs of storage. The only reason I moved out is I am no longer in the area. Tina and Andi are the best, very easy to work with. In the 15 yrs there I NEVER saw a bug, spider, cricket or mouse....great facility to rent from.

Couldnt have been easier. Checked online and found a unit. Within minutes I got a call from Public Storage in Eden Prairie to set up a time to come in and sign up for a storage unit. Super friendly and competent people in the office. Storage unit easy to access and clean. It is reallyaccessible off of freeway as well. I think its a good value.

I have never used a storage facility before so I did not know what to expect. The experience with John and Public Storage was really good. I went online and set up a unit, within minutes I heard from John to set up a move in date. He answered all my questions. The move in went really well. John showed me the unit to make sure it fit my needs and then we completed the paperwork. I was a little surprised by the amount of paperwork but could see why they did have the documents that they did. After the move in a few days later John called to make sure we were happy with the unit. I was very impressed with that.

First i wish there were more stars to give.. 5 is not enough.... I stopped in to this location yesterday with my sister to help her with getting her storage unit. Tina the Property Manager help us. As we were being help we laughted and had a grand time. Tina has puns for days 😂 she has GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE We can see that Tina cares. Not just for her property but truly for her customers.. It was only when my sister and i got out to the car that my sister broke down and said Tina was a blessing she has impeccable customer service. Excellent customer service! Twanika and Sharon run the place and they are GREAT. I am working on a huge Super Bowl project for my job with a lot of moving parts and they are keeping me updated on deliveries and super easy to work with. We would highly recommend this Public Storage facility. We feel that our personal belongings are very safe there. There are security cameras everywhere and every time we go there to get something out of our unit we see one of the staff making rounds checking on things. Also John was very helpful to us when we went in to downsize our unit to a smaller one. We really appreciated the fast and courteous service. Thank you John!

I have been so pleased with my experience at the Flying Cloud Drive office in Eden Prairie. Ive had the pleasure of working with Twanika and I must say she is amazing. I love the upbeat, energetic personality and she even remembered my name and my until number the second time she saw me! I can barely remember my own unit!And then when I came back to change my unit because I need something bigger, she found the perfect one for me and we got the paperwork done in a snap.Also, John was very sweet and funny while he drove me at a snails pace to show me my new unit. I had an excellent experience at Public storage on Flying Cloud Drive! When we got there, the locker was ready, and they were able to get us a 2nd locker the next day, (not everything fit.)However- I can appreciate the 2 day notice policy to vacate, but it makes it VERY difficult to plan ahead when you are coming from another state.All in all- prices were fair, hours are great and the personnel fast, professional and reliable. Thank you.

At the Eden Prairie location John was very helpful in showing me the facility to confirm that the unit I reserved online would work for my storage needs and quickly getting me registered for the storage unit. The climate controlled storage area is easily accessible and very clean. Another draw is that Public Storage makes it very easy to store on a month to month basis.
