Excellent Company! They took the stress off of our shoulders and made the move so easy for us!! From Randy Scharpen our Salesperson to Brenda Irland Menendez at their offices to our mover Nicholas Consier all we can say is Bravo! What an excellent team. Professional, polite and timely. All of our belongings were carefully packed and moved across the country. They are a 5 star company with an A Class Team. Suddath more than earned our trust. We are now customers for life and will be referring all of our friends and family.

The professionalism of the Suddath team on both ends of our move was outstanding. Derek Andersons team was incredibly efficient and the quality of their work was beyond the pale. They showed up on time, worked hard, and got the job done with no issues that I can find. Dianna Sheikh did a fantastic job of coordinating and following up to ensure all was going well. We had a very narrow departure and delivery time - and Dianna was able to coordinate things perfectly.

Carl and his team were phenomenal! They were prompt, fast, and efficient with everything. They took care of our belongings and made sure that everything was placed exactly where it needed to be. They were friendly throughout the whole process and truly cared about our move. It made for a wonderful experience. Elaine in the front office was terrific to work with as well and made sure all of our needs were met.

We decided to go with Suddath after reading all of the positive reviews and after talking to Craig about some of the older items we had and he assured us that they would take good care of our furnishings and fragile items. They were a bit more expensive than other moving companies, but we wanted to pay extra for the special care.Three workers came in and did a good, efficient job of wrapping and carrying out the larger items and carefully packing the fragile items into the truck. All of the large furniture items were carried out by 2 workers. The bad part was when they delivered our possessions. Instead of 3 workers, only 2 came out to unload everything. They were very polite and seemed easy to work with. My wife was home and I was at work. When they took my work bench off the truck, one leg was busted off. Our 3 legged chiminea also had a welded leg broke off. Both workers said they didn’t do the damage, it was done by someone else. Two of our bookcases had pieces splintered off. Two ceramic plates were broken. A crockpot was broken into pieces. All of these items were packed in foam (top and bottom) and individually wrapped in layers of bubble wrap. When I texted Craig a picture of the broken crockpot, I got no response. The only feedback we got from them was to contact their insurance company. On top of that, my wife had a special screwdriver (a Philips head with a black plastic slide on the shaft) that one of the workers took with them. Granted, this may have been an innocent mistake since they shared the counter as where my wife’s tools were. She called Craig about it and he said that since it was unique it wouldn’t be hard to find and he would take care of it and get it returned or call us back. Well, it’s been over a month and still no word or screwdriver.***Update***Well, to make a long story short, we contacted Dave and he was true to his word. He was sincerely apologetic about what had happened and he promised he would take care of us, which he did (my wife even got her screwdriver back, which was an innocent mistake). I understand things happen, even with the best intentions, but its the companies who stand behind their customer service if something goes wrong that makes all the difference. They could have said, oh well, but they didnt. You just dont see that happen all that often, which is why I updated my review of them.

This crew did such an amazing job. They had a good attitude, handled everything with care, and impressed me from beginning to the end of the job. Vey well organized, I would highly recommend using them for any big office move. Rockstars!

A great experience from when Debra came to give estimate, Diana coordinating it all and was excellent in communicating through the signing of contract to following up after the move was completed. But the guys who worked incredibly hard- Mike, Joe and Cody- were fun, polite, hardworking and delivered our stuff intact! They are the best! Thank you for the great job everyone! You have earned our return business in the future if we need to move again.

Suddath was the BEST mover experience we have ever had - efficient, friendly, flexible and on time. Weve had to hire five movers as we have moved from state to state and BY FAR, Suddath has been the best. Brenda the coordinator is top-notch. Call them first; you wont be disappointed.

I had a great moving experience from start to finish! The process was made super easy the driver was on time, professional and updated me throughout the move. Items arrived untouched and just how I packed them! I highly recommend, especially for the reasonable price.

Our move went great because we really got to know our driver, Pedro. It was confusing that so many companies were involved (Mayflower, Suddath, Mohawk Moving, Boulevard) but everyone we spoke to was very helpful. Our items arrived so quickly it made our cross country move a bit challenging to beat the moving van to our new home. We would hire Mayflower again and instead of packing our own boxes it would be worth the investment to have Mayflower pack for us.

The Suddath team that moved my family and I was exceptional!!! From Cindy Chamberlain, our Move Coordinator, to Don and his team that loaded and unloaded us, I was very impressed and pleased with the results. Everyone was professional, courteous, hard working and respectful. We did lose one box, but in the whole scope of the process, that was a minor detail. I am SO grateful that my husbands company selected Suddath for our move!! Thank you all!!!!

Jim Murray and Brenda Menendez did a fantastic job of bidding and coordinating the tough pre-move process seem easy. Then on move day, Marc and his crews were timely, conscientious and considerate in all respects when loading our furniture in late September, transporting it across state, and unloading it the next morning, placing the items in our new home. The coordination between crewmembers during loading and unloading was impressive. Obviously seasoned teams, motion and effort were not wasted. Furniture appropriately wrapped. No nicks in walls or corners, going or coming. We had solicited bids from three companies, the bids were close, and Suddath/United had the middle (unfixed) bid but gave us the greatest comfort level based on professionalism during the bidding process. Then we received money back because the weight was less than estimated when bidding. Honest bunch. Overall, a good experience. Without question, we’d use them again.

I had relocation assistance and Suddath Relocation was the company I had to work with. The manager that I worked with was Carla from the California office. Because of some delayed, I had to move my departure date less than 2 weeks. Carla manged to move it to the date I wanted. Later, Carla arranged for my goods to be delivered on December 28th to work with my schedule. It was a challenge because of the time of year. I am very thankful for this. The staff who packed my goods in RI, loaded them, and the staff on the receiving end were great. I had a very good experience. Thank you.

Suddath Relocation assisted with a major move from New Hampshire to Minnesota, which included packing all household goods, loading and moving to new home as well as transporting a vehicle. Cindy Chamberlain was as good as it gets with coordinating every aspect of the move! Excellent communication and was courteous, professionald prompt with every detail. Cannot recommend them highly enough. GREAT SERVICE!

Passing thru the twin cities and I needed a place to retire my rig. Stopped here and was blessed with some much needed coffee (no charge) and Mike the dispatcher interrupted some important business to find me a parking spot

Everything is great except the contact person. Dropped me an email to set up the appointment for the visual survey. I got a couple urgent questions to ask him. Call to the Desk and Cell numbers in his email without good luck. I left him my cell phone number through email but he did not call me. Each time he just dropped me an email with limited a few words. I called him immediately after receiving his email thought he should be at his desk or with his cell phone but never got through. Very bad experience.

Its a friendly and superb service since the packing until the delivered day.Its so impressive to get this supporting from Suddath&your location partner.I will choose your service next time for sure.

We have used 4 moving companies in the past 2 years. As moving companies go, Suddath is OK. ...But then, I am writing this review before they fix the broken items I have yet to submit. That is when one finds out how well the moving company sticks with you or bails and hands you over to the insurance companies.Sales was very goodCommunication was OKDriver and loading crews, at both ends, were great!Packing people were not very good !!!Not much else to say. The moving industry is just not all that good.

Excellent service, timely communication, always held to the schedule, and operated very fast when packing and unpacking. Highly recommended!

I would give Suddath zero stars if possible for our move from Minneapolis to San Francisco. Poorly communicative with pick up and drop off dates and times. Items arrived broken. Other items didnt arrive at all. Instead of apologizing for losing our items, they low-balled us on valuation and spent months not returning phone calls or emails. Horrible experience that we hope no-one else has to go through.

Normally Im pretty hard to impress on moving. There is usually some part I am a little annoyed with. Not so this time. I couldnt have been better taken care of. From the move coordinator to the Driver/packers (which after 9 moves in my lifetime were by far the best Ive had) these people were hardworking, friendly, deligent, no excuses, get it done people. This move was accross half the US and there was no damage to any of my contents. They took extra care of my contents and both the house I was in and the house I was moving to.Moving is a pain, these people made it a breeze.

The Minneapolis team is wonderful. You can trust they will do what they say and will get you from origin to destination on time and with ease.

Suddath consistently delivers our custom kitchens manufactured in Wisconsin to California on time, complete, and without damage. Their customer service and dispatch are always on top of things and easy to deal with.
