They refused to serve me food because they apparently turned off the grill. They rather lose the customer and money than reopen the grill to make a simple sandwich. The guy also had a nasty attitude and should re-evaluate his customer service skills.

Decent place for a good bagel and breakfast sandwich. There was a good size selection of bagels and creams cheeses and the service was very fast to get in and out. The staff wasn’t exactly friendly but they also weren’t rude. Noting really above and beyond special about the place but you can trust that if want a good bagel a decent price then I would make the stop in here.

Had my grandfather run over to this place when I came to visit, bagel was fresh and just the right amount of crunch when toasted and right amount of softness. My grandfather said he goes here so often that when he walks in they already know what he wants and is ready as soon as he pays. Definitely will be getting bagels here again.

Asked for a turkey Sandwich....2 slices of turkey for $7.45..... they prepare the sandwich away from you so you cant see and does not slice it fresh. Stay away from this place.

Quit & clean place with a nice menu and delicious food just right to 7 eleven, what I need more than that.

Great bagels, best around .... BUT, you have to babysit the help and make sure you get what you ordered. Time after time Ive found that what you say you want and what you get are two totally different things. Ive learned to literally stand and watch every move, correcting them when I said Cream Cheese and theyre putting Butter on it. Sometimes I even write it down for them .... like today .... and it still came home wrong.

They advertise online and even ON THEIR DOOR that they open at 5. I sat there waiting for them to open. Stop advertising 5am when you dont open until 7am!

I was there earlier today; exceptional service and food prepared with care. Owner went out of his way to satisfy our craving for cold coffee. Please support this and all other local spots.

This place is terrible, I ordered a simple sandwich, Taylor ham, bacon, cheese and ketchup. I watched the woman who barely spoke English write down what I ordered but what I got wasn’t that. I am allergic to egg and my sandwich had egg on it, so when I returned it asking for the right sandwich I explained that I couldn’t eat egg because of a bad allergy, I was returned the sandwich and charged for the extra topping which seems ridiculous being that if I ate their first sandwich I would’ve gave them a much larger bill than the $1.50 they charged me for 2 slices of bacon on my sandwich that they didn’t put on in the first place. If I were you I’d avoid this place, I should’ve kept driving by and went to Wendy’s or McDonald’s

I love coming to La Bagel every weekend and some weekdays for a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The people are always nice and they usually dont have to ask what I want as the know the order is always he same!

The bagels are ok but they badly need store help. I person preparing and ringing u you. Both time i had to wait very long just to order they wait more for the food.

Unsanitary they have no issue with handeling food bare handed and serving it to you. The staff is rude and service is slow. The place is foul and needs a visit from the health department.

DONT GOT TO ANY LA BAGEL STORESThis isnt the first one I had a horrible customer service problem with. there is one on route 27 near Highland Park that was horrible to. I dont know how these guys stay in business. This one open about a year ago and replaced another bagles shop with amazing ppl and good food. I went here yesterday to order six bagels and the lady looked legit angry at me for it. I asked her if she could cut them for me and she ignores me and continues to throw the bagles in the bag and finally slams my set of bagels on the counter and ask for the money. When I pay her she leaves and Im standing there like a goof expecting her to cut them. When I approach her nicely and ask oh I thought you were going to cut them maam She yells at me and says YOU NEVER TOLD ME TO. AND proceeds then tells me it will cost me 35 cents per bagel to cut them. 35 cents per bagel?!!! I never heard about that rule since no other bagles place has it. I then said no thank you and left. As I was walking out she says to her partner That idiot never said to cut them.....so nice business these people are running. DONT SHOP AT ANY OF THESE LA BAGELS
