This place is an excellent local bagel shop. They have a great selection of bagels and sandwiches. I am not sure if they make the bagels or not but the bagels do not taste like those mass-produced ones you find at other places. There are a few locations and the quality of food seems consistent across locations. Ordering ahead can be a pain as they dont always answer the phone but I understand as they are normally very busy and short-staffed.

Their new staff here sucks! Forget placing an order over the phone. They pick up, tell you to hold and never come back or just hang up on you. Clearly they cannot manage both phone orders and in-store customer’s.

My favorite place to get bagels. Service is amazing, food here is even better. Calling ahead is also really convenient- just a tip. Overall I highly recommend this place for all things breakfast.

Dont order online because they may not make what you order even though you paid for it. When they call you to tell you that & offer to make something else, they make it the exact opposite way you asked for it. Used to like this place, but has been going downhill for a bit & this was the last straw.

Excellent pork roll, egg and cheese on a hard roll. Good coffee. Big selection of bagels and cream cheeses. Lots of other choices on the menu boards. Can be crowded at times.

The bagels are good.. the cream isnt as soft.but its good.. the breakfast sandwiches are good.. just a little prices.. i ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll.. it came out to $5.37.. other good places i went to they charge 2.75 even $3.00 ..

They never get my order correct. You think they would know what they are doing. Do not recommend .

Ive been coming here for my morning bagel since September after trying some other bagel places in the area. This place is just the best. The bagels are huge and the prices are awesome.

I would give zero star but the food is really good, the thing is they make good bagels but that lady in the front i dont know how she manage herself. How would you charge someone $5.40 for double egg bagel with nothing on. I told her Mrs. I only got an egg bagel I even open it and showed her then she drop the price to $3.40 smth like that. By the fact I went there week ago and they charged me $2.45 smth like that not sure but every time they give you different price. Not coming back.

Their bagels are overpriced. Like $5.xx and up. 1 bathroom for customers. Multiple small tables and chairs to sit at. Food tastes good, aswell as their coffee. Over all not a bad place to eat just kind of expensive for what you get. They open very early in the morning.

Orders are never right we order breakfast from them on a daily basis and the staff do not speak any English and the mistakes are always convenient for them. I will go out of my way to notify the owners and all kidding as aide this place is perfect candidate for star episode on a Chef Robert Irvines Restaurant Impossible :-( smh. Other than that food is great its a shame though service is not.
