If you have a high end project do yourself a favor and do not purchase from here. Second rate vendors are what they use. I will be posting in much greater detail my experience (fully factual), the problems, the delays and customer service and experience. They like to take your money but wont deliver a quality product.

Reasonable prices, on time delivery and friendly staff. We were amazed how helpful Ann Marie was with our experience. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, she went above and beyond. Will be back in the future.

So many great options and flooring ideas. Very helpful and also quick with order and install. I use them over and over again.

I ordered both carpet for my stairs and laminate for the entire top floor of my home. The rugs were installed first, numerous holes were made in the sheetrock, from the staple gun. Carpet was left sloppily untrimmed. I was told, this is normal. I do not accept that professional carpet installers cannot control their own tools.Next, a month later, the flooring was installed. The men pounded on the floor, causing my ceilings on the first floor to crack and nails to visibly pop out . When I informed the installers, I was told to contact the store for reimbursement or repair. Upon informing the store, I was told this is normal, and not covered. This is not mentioned in the paperwork as possible damage. My floors were carpeted prior to this purchase, and unbeknownst to me, seemingly uneven. The professional installers just ignored the slant and installed the flooring. There is now a deep visible slant to my bedroom floor. Molding that was ordered for the flooring did not arrive on time, and it has been 4 months since the installation and I am still trying to get the job finished. The salesperson, Mara, rarely answers and no one seems to know how to get the molding and complete the job, or compensate me for the damage.

Although it was clean, well organized and offered friendly sales people, we were surprised by the higher than expected prices. Lots for installation. Check out The Home Depot next door.

The best. I bought carpet from them years ago for the basement. We had a small water issue and they came to roll up a section of the carpet to get to the issue. Then after we fixed the issue they came back to re- lay the carpet.They were great in determining where to roll the carpet from, and even though they had to cut it, after they relaid it you couldnt see the seem. The installers were very knowledgeable and great craftsmen.

Eddie was very knowledgeable, neat, efficient, & clean with his work. I also would like to acknowledge Allison who helped get me on the schedule in a fast & timely manner after I had concerns. Great selection yet horrible and unprofessional customer service experience at the Edison location.Update:Thanks Darren for your prompt call back and resolving the issue. I recently visited one the World Wide store locations and I was immediately greeted by aVery pleasant employee. I was there just to look at possible options for flooring as well as checking out if there pricing was within reason and at all possible to fit into my already limited budget. I was honestly very pleasantly surprised in there level of options and almost everything I saw was beautiful and made of high quality materials which I knew would last and still look current and new 10 years down the line. I left and came back the next day with the boss/my wife and she actually agreed on the choice I had made the previous day. My wife and I purchased our beautiful new flooring that afternoon and even with purchasing such a uniquely beautiful high quality flooring replacement, we were even more ecstatic while seeing that the final price after tax was still within the set spending limit that we had prearranged very conservatively. The employees helped us every step of the way and still gave me room to browse on my own. We decided to use the remaining money that was still left in the budget and we bought a gorgeous rug that ended up being the perfect rug to complement to our prior flooring purchase. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they were actually very happy and excited for our soon to be updated great room that they gave us an additional 10 percent off the rug. I am a 53 year old man as of next month with 2 kids in college who obviously can’t sleep and also a man whom has never written any kind of product or store review, at leas nothing so positive. I hope that my insomnia that led me to take the time to help out other people to at the very least visit this store in which I believe is only 1 of 3 separate locations throughout New Jersey. Thank you to the entire amazingly kind and knowledgeable staff for there time and respecting both my budget and not trying to up sell me when I informed them about my personal spending limit. Basically, if you seek the best and want to get the best of everything then visit a World Wide floor coverings institution location that is within the closest proximity to your home. I hope that this encourages all whom have read this to take a chance on an average working stiff who has money but definitely not that I would waste. I should probably also say that i have no financial connection or anything in which I will gain or benefit from other then helping those who have similar lives to my own possibly catch a much overdue and deserved break in life like I did.

Store is great. Staff is helpful but service is too pricey

I bought rugs from this place online but then after placing my order decided to go to the store thinking that if I went to the store I will have them faster. End up that its been 3 month since the purchase and they dont even have an idea where the rugs are. Called them several times to track the order, gave him time due to the difficult times that we are experiencing with this pandemic and been so patient with them. At this point I will have to go to the store to get a full refund for my order because the Manager and no one can give me a clear explanation or set a clear expectation for when I will be able to get the rugs. I gave them so many weeks to deliver a good service because I really want and liked the rugs I ordered. But what a bad service. No even a follow up call, no email following up on the status of my order, not even a receipt email with my payment that they quickly collect over the phone once I change my order from the initial online purchased. The manager Marty said he was going to correct the situation and give me a call back, I am still waiting.....

We had a very good experience shopping for tiles. Staff was very helpful in answering questions. Denice verified our selection and made recommendations on better fitting items which we gladly accepted. We shopped here before and will come again.

This store used to be a great place to find flooring. NOW..this is not a place I would recommend. They are short staffed, be prepared to wait almost an hour to be helped. I placed an order for flooring samples and 2 1/2 weeks later I still had not received the samples which were needed for a consult with a designer I was working with. I am not comfortable placing a flooring order here anymore, I will order from a local floor store or online. Samples I ordered from local stores and online were received within 5 days. very disappointed.

My husband and I sought a contractor to renovate our kitchen. We were referred to a wholesale cabinet store for the cabinets and counter tops and to Worldwide Wholesale for the flooring. After a not so impressive visit to the cabinet store, we decided to check out some flooring options. To our surprise, we discovered that Worldwide Wholesale FLOOR coverings also had cabinets! Even better, they have Ann Marie York.To anyone contemplating renovating a kitchen or bathroom, I highly recommend visiting Worldwide and sitting at the desk (where magic is made) of Ann Marie York. Her skill and knowledge of the products are first rate. We were beyond highly satisfied with Ann Maries attention, professionalism, and genuine warmth. From the moment that we sat down we felt as though we were valued customers although it had been years since we had shopped here. This was not the usual, mundane catalog shopping where youd have to use your imagination. We were able to see and feel the actual products. We were shown various cabinets and counters within our budget range with no pressure to choose or purchase.Although we came with our own design, Ann Marie dazzled us with her knowledge of interior design and offered us great ideas to improve ours. It was quite apparent that she is passionate about her craft. At no time did we feel rushed to make any decisions. With her guidance and helpful suggestions, we were able to find cabinets, counter tops, and flooring (thanks Ron!) all in one sitting.As far as pricing goes, I felt like the lady from the Ikea commerical yelling, Start the car! We were thrilled to come in just under budget, which we hadnt discussed with Ann Marie in the beginning.The icing on the cake is that our cabinets will be delivered to our home in just two weeks! We cant wait to see our designs come to life and are so happy that Worldwide Wholesale was able to meet our needs in a one-stop shopping experience.

Purchased beautiful bathroom tiles. Denise was great! Helped with everything including design detail and calculating the amount needed. This is the place to go to buy tiles.

Want to sell my house. Needed new floors laid in 3 rooms. Sent email to Ronald Griggs. He made the appointment for measuring which was done within 3 days. I will be dropping off the check tomorrow at which time the order will be placed. I am so happy with the service that Mr. Griggs afforded me.

Update: thank you so much for immediate action. Its been 6 months with the wood flooring. Its at the best work I have seen.

Labor day. Its just before 6pm. Looked them up to make sure they would be open. Google says till 8, thier website says till 8. Labor day sales page says nothing about hours. Nothing about any holiday hours on the site. Called the store several times, the system(or someone) keeps hanging up after several rings on the extension. Head to the store 20min away. Sign on the door says they closed at 6. If you fail at posting something as basic as hours online, and being able to answer the phone during your hours, I can only imagine what else you fail at.

Very serviceable and a very good listener. He greeted me and my family nicely immediately when he noticed our presence in the store. Excellent customer service. Our shopping experience with Peter was very nice. In fact I always go to that same store in Edison when ever I need something for my home. I wont take the risk of going anywhere else.

Huge store that has barely anything in stock. Accepting orders for February and its December. They wont tell you have to wait 2 months. Very disappointed. Canceled my order.

Great experience with Worldwide Wholesale Coverings, for the second time. Last time it was laminate flooring for the living room, which I always get compliments on. Great price, durable, great look, cleans easy. This time it was carpet for my soon-to-arrive baby girls bedroom. Flooring specialist Chester Miller was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and did not pressure us but made the shopping process enjoyable and relaxed. We appreciated his input and care. The carpet came quickly and the installers did a great job. We love how the room looks - and we love how soft and comfortable the carpet is. At a very good price, we got the carpet, the padding, the room measurement, and the installation all included. We would definitely recommend Worldwide!

The entire experience was very positive. The sales person was very helpful and showed us all the samples and provided us choices available. We completed the sale in a short time. The scheduling of measuring and installation was easy and they were flexible with dates. Both the measuring staff and installers came on time, completed their work without wasting any time. Very high quality installation. Very happy with the hardwood floor we purchased from Worldwide. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Irina was a fantastic guide through the process of choosing several rugs for a new home. She was knowledgeable of a vast array of products and had a decorator’s eye when it came to reducing the time that it took for us to make decisions. I highly recommend working with Irina and purchasing from Workdwide. Terrific experience resulting in high quality/compelling value purchases.

If you purchased through COSTCO then stick with COSTCO do not fall in trap to directly buy from Worldwide. They will try to sell cheaper quality product (there brand) and not standard SHAW product. I have had numerous issues with there measurements. Watch out for transition pieces for wooden floor - they will over count/charge. Also, they do not have employee to come and install though they claim it and I was specifically lied to when I asked about it and a sub-contractor showed up at the door for install. He showed me the product to be installed which was correct but when I asked where are transitions he told me he got only one (that was correct, install needed only one stair nose piece). But, I was billed for 5 extra (+install of 5).When I inquired I was told they are delayed so I asked why install was scheduled if all the material was not received. In fact it was not needed. I requested refund and they said it is too complicated to do refunds with COSTCO due to 10% + 2% i rebate involved. They are still working on the math to get the amount after 2 + months in counting.Other issues, not to make this worst, the installer run out of shoe moulding and Worldwide did not call me for 2 days to inform that work is not done yet. Ideally, it was a day worth of work that went for more that 7 days.Dont want to give any STAR (but have to in order to post this). Extremely bad experience. Lastly, counting on COSTCO to resolve.Updated Review: I have increased the rating to 3 stars from 1 star for following reasons;A. After I posted my review I received a call from Worldwide Wholesale Floor to resolve the matter. A refund was issued for overcharged mounding and install cost. However, it still took a while to get the check.B. A bubble showed up in a section of the floor (not water spill related) while I was trying to get refund on overcharged items. I called customer support and to my *surprise* the installer called next day to see the problem. He told me that he has never seen this problem before and will remove those pieces and install from left over items. I was able to schedule him for the next week and he did a good job.So, I up the rating to acknowledge this.

We had the worst experience dealing with Worldwide and do not recommend this store in particular. Original salesman Ron never followed up on our order that was suppose to be in 2 to 3 weeks but turned into 2 months.. Peter was helpful at first but then stopped returning our calls and lastly we tried to deal with Freddy Botello the manager who was also helpful at first but then he did not return our calls.. we simply wanted answers to when our order would be coming in.. We have never dealt with more incompetent people and if any of these sales people would have just been honest with us about our order we would have been understanding.. Once the flooring finally came in and was being installed (hardwood) we had to stop him because it looked horrible. He had to rip out and a new installer came the next day to reinstall. Job is now complete but needless to say they have lost a customer.

I had a big box store come out to give me an estimate on some flooring. I decided to shop around and am i glad I did. I ended up at Worldwide in Edison and met Ron Griggs. He was excellent. He took the time to find out what I needed, and guided me through their large selection.with Rons help, I picked out the wood floor and carpet that I wanted, and the whole process from measuring to installation was easy. I especially want to say how great the installers were. Clean, efficient, and done to my satisfaction . I highly recommend Worldwide to anyone looking for flooring.

Worldwide installed carpet for my daughters bedrooms which are connected. Previous carpet was done by H.D. which is right in the same strip in Edison. That carpet didnt last, was a big mistake.The price was probably a little less expensive w/Worldwide. Ive gotten tile from them before for my kitchen and it always gets compliments. So I chose them to do my carpets and I am very satisfied. The measurement guy came on time, so did the installer and they were all professional and the installer did a fantastic job. It was also done quickly, I completed the order on Sunday and just had it installed today, Wednesday.Salesperson was very nice and patient. Showroom wasnt overly crowded for a weekend. Its a well run establishment. I do remember years ago when I ordered tile I picked them up in the back and they were waiting for me, loaded them into my truck. So I would definitely recommend.

Lori at Edisons Worldwide was great. She coordinated a very large install for us. The installers were friendly, professional and meticulous. Lori also selected an area rug for our dining room with only a brief explanation of what we were looking for. She sent it to our home and it was perfect!

The ONLY negative I felt about Worldwide is their policy of paying upfront for the product before the job was measured, ordered or installed. I was told I could cancel at antime but the entire job was charged to my newly opened credit card and I hadn’t agreed to buying the product yet. Luckily my order arrived within 2 weeks n installed the following week.The installers were fantastic from the delivery to the final install. They cleaned up and vacuumed and went above and beyond. My floors look amazing and I couldn’t be happier, but would think twice before I purchase from them going forward, ONLY because of their policy!

I love Worldwide!! You cant beat the selection or the prices!!! I moved recently and was in a hurry to get a new flooring. I am indecisive and can drive anyone crazy. I was really blown away with how patient and helpful everyone was there especially Lori in the Showroom. I love my wood floors and my shag rug!!!! will continue to go back to worldwide for all of my floor covering needs.

Have been wanting to check out this store for a bit and understand their wood floor installation offers. Dropped in yesterday afternoon. Great collection, lot of variety, and impressive display. Walked around for a bit looking for a staffer. After a while a sales person called Peter Harris, who was busy on his mobile phone, passed by our isle, and we asked him if he could answer a few questions we had on the displays. He started responding, though he was totally distracted and disinterested in answering our questions. Seemed like he wanted to get back to his mobile phone. When we asked about the event mailer, his replies became callous and unprofessional. Seemed like he had put someone on hold on his mobile. Wonder how this store operates. But big brands that send out so many mailers about store events should match up their floor experience with minimum courteous staff. Basic etiquette while speaking with families was missing. We politely told him that we would not like to discuss our requirement with him and left the store. Not sure what their actual Customer Service would be like. Cannot think of dealing with such people after placing an order. Guess they have a lot of business already and do not really care about new inquiries. Or it may be that they employ people to work on commissions who really dont care about the brand or the bigger picture....good luck!!

We spent a few minutes with Chester who was able to answer our questions and help us find what we wanted quickly. Installation was fast and the room looks great. A bit too expensive--for example Id prefer there was no minimum square footage charge for installation-- but pleasant, professional service and making the process quick, convenient and easy was worth it for us.

I was planning to have this company do my new floors in my condo about a month ago. I got in contact through them by Costco and that was a HUGE mistake. Russel came to my condo and did his measurements, when he was done he showed me the laminate options that I was eligible for based on my Costco membership. I was shocked when he told me everything would come out to around $10k, no matter which floor I picked. If I’m going to pay that much for laminate, I might as well invest in hardwood floors. My condo isn’t very big. When I told him that it’s too expensive, he tried justifying the cost by saying I was going to get a percentage back from Costco. That didn’t sit well with me, it seems like he upcharged me because I was getting a rebate from Costco and that rebate could only be used at Costco so it isn’t too important to me. At the end of the day, I didn’t go through with it because I don’t appreciate being ripped off. When I got a quote from another contractor, he told me Russel charged me for pretty much double than what he should.

This is the third job Ive done with Worldwide and Im more than satisfied. From Sales (Kim Carino) to the carpet and wood floor technicians, to the scheduling staff, they have a great (flexible) system and the final results are fabulous. 3 bedrooms, one basement and one upstairs hall later, things are looking good. I have 2 more rooms to do and I know Ill be back. I would highly recommend Worldwide to anyone considering hardwood floors or carpeting.

Unbelievable! Everything went better than perfect. From the sales experience to the completed job. The craftsmen who did the job were true artisans. The store displays were extremely helpful as well as were the sales staff and management. I would never even consider going anywhere else for flooring after this. By the way, we originally had contracted with Empire (as you can see from one of my prior reviews). That did not work out at all. I am so glad we tried Worldwide.

3/21/2017 Update: All issues resolved. Darren (VP) went out of his way to help us and resolve this matter.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Worst experience of my life. I wish there was a option of negative or zero star here. I was directed to WorldWide Flooring through Costco and a sales rep named Marty came to our house with all the false promises. He told us that Costcos warranty covers everything. After making the purchase, World Wide Flooring sent wood to our home to settle and after a week when installer came, he said the wood is no good. They took it back and send other batch. Same issue. This repeated 3 times and finally they sent wood from another manufacturer Armstrong with the promise that this the most strongest wood and best quality. After they install it, within a month some mysterious impressions started showing up on the floor and soon there are 100s of those impressions all over, including under the furniture. When we contacted Marty, he came and saw and couldnt understand the root cause. World Wide sent so called independent inspector and he submitted the report to World Wide that those are heel marks. I couldnt understand that as how we can have heel marks under the furniture? After multiple phone calls, World Wide refused to honor the warranty and so did Costco. Costco said that as per the report, it is not manufacturing fault and that sales rep Marty lied to us regarding their warranty. Now I am have flooring that is hardly 5 months old with 100s of impression and no where to go.Bottom line, I am never buying anything from World Wide or COSTCO. They are just another multi million dollar scam shop. They always tell you about the warranty and all but never standing behind any of their promises.

I had the pleasure of working with Craig and he was a true professional in every way. He offered great suggestions and helped me get the floor I wanted at an affordable price. There are certain aspects of flooring that I had no idea about and Craig took his time to fill me in and make sure that I got the product that would suffice my wants and needs. Thanks again for your help Craig!!

If zero star was an option! No service at all, you actually cant make a purchase because there is no salesperson available to help even when there are only 4 people in the store. Waited 20 minutes after requesting a salesperson at customer service to help answer some questions regarding carpet we were interested in purchasing. No follow up from anyone. Good part is we can now spend our $$$ at a more respectable and customer service oriented establishment. Can only wonder how service is after they have your money.

Russel was very good the installers took longer than I think they should have, and didn’t secure the molding well. I had to add nails. Overall we were satisfied, we have used Worldwide in the past and will in the future. I would recommend Russell and aworldwide to friends.

I gave this one star because I had to in order to post this review. Shopping in this store was the worst experience I have ever encountered. You are ambushed at the door on your way in and pressured to make a sale before you even get to look at the flooring. Then our saleswomen walked away and never came back. We waited 25 minutes and then we decided to leave. As we are walking out the door we are chased by another salesperson begging us not to leave. If you are up for this kind of pressure visit the store but the bottom line is they only want to make the sale and will badger you until you make it, even if you are just looking. DONT SHOP AT WORLDWIDE. We found Avalon Flooring to be a wonderful experience and gave them a huge sale. FYI... I never post feedback... I felt I needed to for this one.

We needed a wall-to-wall carpet for our family room. There was a 2-day sale event going on related to Memorial weekend. We already had the measurement with us and knew what size we needed (I recommend this to anybody who wants to save time and hassle). We got a very good quality carpet with the padding and installation included for a very reasonable price. Our order was processed quickly and next week we had the installation crew arrive and install our new carpet.

We have purchased multiple carpets from Worldwide and are always pleased. Recently we purchased a remnant which we had installed in a bedroom. The price was low and the installation, even with an upgraded padding, was priced right! The installer arrived on time and did a great job! We will be back!!

I had a very good experience with Russell Greenley. He was a very good salesman. I have been this store several times. Every time he is very nice to us, and give us professional service and suggestions . My house can’t be that beautiful without his help. Thank you very much Russell !! Will be back soon! WW has a large selection of in stock carpet & tile. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the various carpet & padding selections. WW was able to accommodate my schedule & my carpet was installed within one week of ordering it. I would recommend WW & my salesperson to others.

My best experience getting carpet. I was in and out, helped my Russell and the carpet was installed the next day. The workers were pleasant to work with and they cleaned up as well.

As an Interior Designer Ive been using Worldwide for over 20 years. They are a family owned and operated business and it shows in their service and attention to detail. I shop the New York Designers Only showrooms on a weekly basis and theres nothing comparable to Worldwide anywhere in New York or even the East Coast. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We bought our kitchen flooring at Worldwide, and they installed it. They finished everything in just one day, and it looks beautiful! Very happy with the work done!

Company has great selection but getting it correctly ordered and installed is the problem. We received the wrong color carpet after waiting almost 3 weeks for the delivery. Carpet had to be re-ordered which took another 3 weeks. Our salesperson, Peter, who wrote up the order has yet to apologize for his mistake...would not use this store again and advise all who shop there to look over your order carefully to be sure its correct. Were retiring and the long delay in getting the carpet installed cost us delays in selling our home. SHAME ON YOU!!

EXCELLENT selection of pretty much any flooring you might need. Top tier brands. Its a little more expensive than home depot but the brands and selection are better. Minus one star because of the smarmy salesman we spoke with.

This is my go to flooring place. I have shopped here many times and the one time I had an issue they corrected it 100%. It’s a top shelf company that I trust. I will be back again.

We had placed an order with Peter and had some problems with delivery dates, so had to go back to store to sort out the things. Our sales person is just interested in talking to new customers and we were waiting there for more than 1 hr. In between he was switching to talk to new clients rather than talking to us. Even on the delivery day, when we called to know the details he was rude to let us know that the delivery will come in the given window and was not ready to give drivers phone number as we were trying to arrange a person to take delivery.

Wholesale is in the name only. The wood floors appear to be priced at retail. You can definitely find wood flooring at a better price.

Please shop elsewhere for your flooring needs. Aside from salesman Craig, Worldwide has NOTHING else going for them. I am sorry that I looked up reviews after the new flooring purchase. While an overall score of 3.9 isnt bad, it is not a fair estimate of this companys service. Read the bad reviews. They are all true. We experienced every grievance expressed. This is a company of silos. One may luck out with a kind salesperson, but after that, all bets are off.Getting a call back from the installation department can take a few days up to a few weeks. After the sale is made and released (cut to size), it is up to the custome to chase down installation to get a date. This can be a process because they are not responsive. I dont have the time or energy to stalk the people who are supposedly providing a service, who are paid to provide that service. A month after attempts to schedule, a date was finally made.Today, right now, second floor carpet is being installed. As stated above, I dont have time or energy to spare, so I rarely post reviews. But, after the arrival of the installers, I prioritized publicizing our dissatisfaction with Worldwide.One of the two installers, not both, just one (the one who seems to be in charge... of us all) is RUDE and comes across as angry and spiteful. Now, Ive encountered plenty of rude people -- clerks, administrators, doctors, nurses, clients, students, supervisors ... I could go on. Weve also had an array of services come to my parents home -- an array, I tell you, an array. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER have we experienced a rude, indignant, spiteful in-home service provider until today. I was thisclose to sending them away and requesting new installers, but I figured I would file a formal complaint and utilize my resources to turn others away from this company. [By the end of the installation, he warmed up considerably. I appreciate that.]Nevertheless, the entire process has been awkward at best, with the exception of warm salesman Craig. Again, if you have flooring needs, shop elsewhere.

Excellent customer service at the store. My order just made it right on time for installation. The only issue is that they couldn’t match my carpet tile, I brought them a sample that is grey with bluish and they send me a grey with greenish design.

I came in here wanting a nice hardwood floor for my living room, because its getting old cause we were using it for so many years. Im glad I chose this place for my desired floor, because there was a fair selection of floors to choose from. Mara helped me decide on what floor was the best quality for the right price and it took around an hour but I found the right hardwood make for me.The Installers came a few days later than I hoped for but they did a professional job performing the installation and im satisfied with my new hardwood floor!I was shocked about all the bad reviews about this place, no complaints here! I recommend this store to my friends and family. I would like to thank the person who helped me pick my hardwood floor, and the installers that installed the floor for me.

Superb and patient assistance from Russell...took a while for us to speak the same language (e.g. professional vs eager customer), but eventually broke through the linguistic barriers. Took off one star since no one checked to see if we needed help and I had to go looking around for quite a while before Russell saw me.

We more than meet our critical needs to make the entrance to our home beautiful when we selected the perfect Karastan carpet. We could not have done this with the assistance of our wonderful Worldwide sales representative, Ron Griggs. His input and expertise could not be duplicated. He was extremely patient and guided us successfully through the entire process from start to finish. The installers were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Everything was done with precision. The carpeting is elegant, plush, and enjoyable to walk on for the many trips we make to our second floor. Nice people and easy to do business with but be sure to measure yourself carefully room by room. Write it all down and only buy what you need. I let them measure and we got a ton of extra material. They took it all back but it was a lot of extra work to get it and bring so much back. I think it was literally a ton. We could have done a whole extra room.

I ordered carpet for 4 rooms in my house, paid in full and waited for 4 weeks for the installation. Finally, the installation day arrived but-out of 4 carpets the installer only brought 2 and one of them was of the wrong size!The measurements were taken by the Worldwide worker.I called the sales person and the manager multiple times now. They are not helpful at all!In fact, the manager is rude and annoying.I hope that my review will save somebody time and money and they will not shop at Worldwide.Also, I hope that the owner of the company starts paying attention to how well his company delivers. Our experience was rated EXCELENT from our sales person Peter (who I would recommend to ask for) to the installation crew. We are so happy with our new wood floors. Great selection of various different types of flooring. Many options are in stock. Some items may take a little longer to receive and be installed. Overall the quality of products and professionalism is great.

Knowledgeable sales person. Prompt home appraisal. Hard working installers did a great job. A small piece of cove base was short, 4 x 4 taupe, but installer promised to return with same.

My girlfriend and i just bought a house and we needed to replace the upstairs floors. Im sure one can imagine how stressful the process can be. That being said, we went into world wide and spoke to Jim, and man we were blown away by the knowledge and time he spent with us. Jim answered all of our questions and gave us space when needed. He was not pushy and helped guide us to tue best fit for our new home. We will be going back. Great experience!

My experience at WWFC was surprisingly good. I didnt expect it to be because of its size. I worked with Denise who was very helpful. I have another barhroom to remodel so I will definitely go back and I would recommend to others to shop there as well. A big variety of flooring and tile. I found exactly what I was looking for after shopping at many other stores. Wish I went there first.
